Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa (KKM) is an integrated community service activity that involves students as participants and lecturers as supervisors that focus on the theme of entrepreneurship. The type of method used is a qualitative method. There are several stages of activities carried out namely the preparation stage, the assessment stage and the planning stage. The conclusion from the results of legal socialization activities regarding Halal products and UMKM, that based on the data of residents who have not worked is quite high, this can be overcome by being able to start a micro / small scale business to be able to help the family economy and of course with interesting creative ideas to get profits

Abstract

. According to the observations made in Cidikit Village's primary and junior high schools, pupils' lack of interest in reading affected their willingness to visit the library. This is because there are few books, the kids from Cidikit Village and the Village Reading Park live quite far apart, and school reading is not a habit. A reading garden was created by Jumyadi, an elementary school teacher in Cidikit Village, out of worry for his kids' ability to learn. It is envisaged that adding micro libraries to each settlement in Cidikit Village will contribute to the children's literacy growth. The PAR (Participatory Action Research) method was used to carry out this research. The social phenomena of Taman Baca are observed, heard, and understood using this technique. Cidikit Village benefits significantly from Al-Fatih Reading Park's existence as a hub for local knowledge.

Abstract

CSR disclosure is an important topic that proves whether the company isresponsible for economic, environmental and social factors or not. Company activities havean impact that can harm stakeholders, especially those around the company. Therefore thecompany must disclose its social activities into social responsibility reports to prove thecompany's commitment to the economy, environment and social.This study aims to analyze what factors can affect corporate social responsibilityreports. This study intends to determine whether the independent variables (board feminism,GRI adoption, and firm size) have a simultaneous or partial effect on the dependent variable(Corporate social responsibility disclosure).This study uses a population of infrastructure,utility and transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013to 2017. This research uses purposive sampling technique and obtained 8 companies with a 5-year research period, so that 40 sample data were obtained. The method of data analysis inthis study is panel data regression using software eviews 10.The results of this study state that board feminism is divided between the board ofdirectors' feminism and the boarder's feminism, the GRI adoption and the size of the companyjointly influence the disclosure of corporate CSR in the infrastructure, utilities andtransportation sectors for the period 2013-2017. Firm size has a significant negative effect onCSR disclosure. While board feminism and GRI adoption do not affect CSR disclosure.

Abstract

The background of the research is that cross-border haze pollution that hits Indonesia and Malaysia occurs almost every year and this problem has not been resolved from the past until now. Humans, as the caliphs of Allah SWT on earth, are still unable to maximize their duties in preserving nature, forests and the environment. The aim of the research is to find out the latest issues in the problem of cross-border haze pollution in Indonesia and Malaysia so that we can analyze solutions according to Islamic law and international environmental law. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory approach, concept approach and case approach. Using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the research are that the management of natural resources is not in accordance with the principles of international law, causing air pollution which has a negative impact on Indonesia and Malaysia. The research conclusion is that the biggest factor triggering the problem of smoke pollution is forest and land fires, which are mostly caused by human actions. Law enforcement in preventing and taking action against perpetrators is still not effective, especially since there is interference from powerful elements who take part. The research suggestion is that society in its role as caliph must be able to act wisely and judiciously in managing the natural wealth on this earth so that environmental sustainability will be maintained. The government must be proactive in collaborating with neighboring countries in overcoming the haze problem

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic had a major impact on the world economy, including Indonesia. Rp. 677.2 Trillion is prepared by the Indonesian government for the recovery of this condition by providing assistance to business actors. Then eligibility of beneficiaries based on certain criteria is a complicated process, the aid process has an opportunity to make inaccurate decisions because the process of determining aid is based on subjectivity. It is likely that the selected business actors do not achieve the standards desired by the government. For this reason, a decision support system was developed that could perform the calculation process against all the criteria for determining beneficiaries. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which can be used in determining the eligibility of beneficiaries as a decision support system for the government. Business actors who will be selected to be eligible aid recipients have the criteria that have the highest ranking value that hasm been determined. The criteria needed are the criteria for not receiving people's business credit (KUR), the criteria for starting business capital, the criteria for having business information (SKU) and the criteria for not being a civil servant. Due to the large number of business actors who received this assistance, it made it difficult for the government to mminimize errors in providing assistance, so that quite a number of business actors received this assistance but did not comply with government criteria. The final results of this study found that the decision support system with the SAW method problem in determining the provision of method can produce the largest value with a weight of 1.00 which is selected as an alternative "Acceptable" and the smallest value is chosen as an alternative " Not Eligible to Receive "assistance with a calculation result of less than 0.500.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong banyak perubahan terhadap standar aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh manusia. Seperti dalam industri pariwisata, adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menjadi faktor pendukung dalam pengembangan dan promosi pariwisata suatu daerah. Sekarang ini telepon seluler menjadi hal yang tidak bisa lepas dari kehidupan manusia karena dengan adanya telepon seluler dapat membantu memudahkan berbagai aktivitas manusia. Oleh karena itu, perancangan sistem informasi Situ Gunung Suepension Bridge berbasis android ini diharapkan akan dapat memudahkan wisatawan dalam mencari informasi mengenai Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge. Adapun metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode prototype dengan menggunakan konsep Unified Modeling Language (UML), sedangkan diagram yang digunakan adalah Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Class Diagram. Abstract

Geopark Ciletuh Sukabumi is an earth park with biodiversity such as geological, social, and cultural elements, to locations for research and tourism. Tourist destinations in the Ciletuh Geopark include waterfalls, beaches, mountain peaks, islands, cultural tourism, and biodiversity. Due to the lack of information media about tourist objects in the Ciletuh Geopark, not many tourists visit to enjoy the beauty of natural attractions and local cultural wisdom still maintained at the Ciletuh Geopark. Based on these problems, research was conducted to design and build a tourist information system with a virtual tour feature based on the Geopark Ciletuh Sukabumi website. In this study, the author designed the system using the Zachman Framework system development method and was built using CMS WordPress and Page Builder as well as PHP and MySQL programming languages. Testing the Virtual Tourism Information System at the Ciletuh Sukabumi Geopark using Blackbox Testing. The results of the design of a web-based virtual tourist information system at the Ciletuh Sukabumi Geopark can be used as a medium of tourist information for the general public and visitors who will travel to the tourist attraction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan perkawinan masyarakat Baduy (baik Baduy Dalam, Baduy Luar, maupun Baduy Muslim) dengan perkawinan yang diatur dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan tentang perlunya pembentukan peraturan daerah yang berkaitan dengan prosedur perkawinan bagi masyarakat Baduy dalam rangka mendukung kelestarian hukum adat Baduy, seperti peraturan daerah yang telah ada sebelumnya (Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Lebak No. 32 Tahun 2001 tentang Perlindungan Atas Hak Ulayat Masyarakat Baduy). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif, dengan studi terhadap bahan hukum. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat banyak perbedaan antara perkawinan masyarakat Baduy dengan perkawinan yang diatur dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam, seperti masyarakat Baduy tidak mengenal poligami, tidak mengenal perceraian, melakukan pernikahan dini, dan lain-lain. Padahal Kompilasi Hukum Islam telah mengatur poligami, perceraian, dan batas umur menikah. Karena masyarakat Baduy semakin lama-semakin banyak keturunannya, maka peraturan daerah yang mengatur perkawinan Baduy pun harus segera dibentuk sesuai dengan hukum adat Baduy dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam (bagi Baduy Muslim). The Comparison of Marriage Procedures Between Baduy and Kompilasi Hukum Islam This study aims to compare between the marriages in the Baduy community (Inner Baduy, Outer Baduy, and Muslim Baduy) and marriages arranged by the Compilation of Islamic Law. This study also examine the need for the establishment of a Regional Regulation relate to marriage procedures in the Baduy community in order to support the preservation of Baduy customary law (such as the pre-existing Regional Regulation namely Lebak District Regulation No. 32 of 2001 concerning Protection of the Customary Rights of the Baduy). This study uses normative methods. The results indicate that there are many differences between Baduy marriages and marriages arranged in the Compilation of Islamic Law such as Baduy people never do a polygamy, divorce, early marriage, and others. Though Compilation of Islamic Law has regulated polygamy, divorce, and the age limit for marriage. In addition, because the Baduy community is getting more and more offspring, as aresult it needs the Regional Regulation governing Baduy marriages in accordance with the Baduy Customary Law and Compilation of Islamic Law (for Muslim Baduy).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya yang bisa dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pelaku UMKM dengan memaksimalkan potensi lokal masyarakat Desa Kaungcaang sebagai salah satu faktor pendukung kesejahteraan perekonomian dan untuk ketahanan pangan masyarakat Desa Kaungcaang. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan untuk menganalisis peran digital marketing dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM Masyarakat Desa Kaungcaang. Wawancara dilakukan kepada Masyarakat desa Kaungcaang, sample yang diambil yaitu pelaku usaha UMKM Serbuk Jahe Situmleg. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha UMKM di Desa Kaungcaang masih kesulitan untuk melakukan digital marketing sehingga peneliti memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan Digital Marketing melalui aplikasi Shopee untuk pemasaran Jahe Situmleg agar dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu agar peserta didik SMPN 4 Satu Atap Serang dapat mengetahui dan memahami dampak serta bahaya yang ditimbulkan dari penyalahgunaan narkoba baik secara fisik, secara psikis maupun secara sosial ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Adapun data yang dikumpulkan dalam data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap siswa, guru, dan civitas akademika SMPN 4 Satu Atap Tunjungteja Serang. Sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dalam bentuk arsip atau dokumen tertulis lainnya yang menunjang penelitian peneliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perkembangan teknologi saat ini menyebabkan peredaran narkoba semakin meluas sehingga dampak bahaya yang ditimbulkannya semakin meluas juga dengan bahaya yang sangat besar di kalangan siswa SMPN 4 Satu Atap Serang. Penyuluhan tentang Hukum dan Pangan Halal berupa Sosialisasi Penyalahgunaan Narkoba Bagi Siswa SMPN 4 Satu Atap Tunjungteja Serang dapat memberikan sugesti positif dan meningkatkan pemahaman bagi masyarakat khususnya bagi siswa sekolah SMPN 4 Satu Atap Serang agar mampu menghindari penyalahgunaan narkoba. Lingkungan yang baik dalam keluarga, sekolah, maupun di lingkungan masyarakat mampu memberikan dukungan positif bagi siswa sekolah untuk menghindari penyalahgunaan narkoba. dan sebaliknya lingkungan yang buruk dapat menjerat masyarakat khususnya siswa sekolah dalam penyalahgunaan narkoba.
