Abstract

The provision of agricultural land for food is currently facing pressure due to competition from other sectors as a result of economic growth and population growth. This condition causes food agriculture land to be faced with the problem of decreasing land area due to conversion to non-agricultural uses. The converted land area is mostly intended for residential housing developments in addition to the construction of public infrastructure, offices, shops and industries. This conversion of agricultural land can have a negative impact on agricultural development. Each district or city actually has to reserve and protect agricultural land that has the potential to be developed into sustainable food-producing agricultural land. However, in its implementation, the determination of the area for sustainable food-producing agricultural land has not been carried out by many districts or cities for various reasons. Likewise in Banten, the availability of agricultural land in Banten Province is getting depleted due to being eroded by development, new efforts and breakthroughs are needed in maintaining the availability of agricultural products while maintaining food security for the Banten people, one of which is by utilizing idle land owned by developers in urban areas so that they can be worked on by the community. farmer. Currently, the management of idle land owned by developers in urban areas is still not optimal. As a result, a lot of unused land is left empty before being built into housing. There needs to be support from all parties so that the management of unused land can be optimized in maintaining food security in Banten Province can always be maintained, in addition to avoiding consumptive people's habits, relying on all their daily needs from buying, while a lot of land can still be cultivated and cooperated. This study explains about Land Management and Land Use for Food in the area around the Untirta Sindang Sari campus and around the Sindang Sari village area which is still not optimal. This research is also to find out, examine and develop alternative policies related to efforts to optimize the potential of agricultural land used for food utilization. The long-term goal of this research is that this research aims to optimize land use and management to support food security in Banten and national food security. Food products in Banten can not only meet the needs of their own region, but can also meet the needs of National Food and even for export commodities to foreign countries. The specific target to be achieved from this research is to strive to achieve one of Untita's Visions and Missions, namely Realizing the Integrated, Smart, and Green Campus Vision. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) has made Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University a Center for the Study of Food Security and Local Food Innovation in Banten so that with the new Untirta Building from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Untirta can become a center of excellence. in Food Security. Abstract

The issue in this study is that regulations on halal certification have a very large role in supporting the national food security program. Halal certification on products is very important for consumers because in some cases people are reluctant to buy food products that do not have a halal label on their packaging. The government ratified Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee (UU JPH) which after being investigated it turned out that the JPH Law did not strengthen the existence of LPPOM MUI, but gave authority to the Government or the Ministry of Religion to form a new institution other than LPPOM MUI, namely the Product Assurance Organizing Body. Halal (BPJPH). The research objective to be achieved from this research is to ensure that BPJPH can cooperate with MUI in terms of halal auditor certification and the determination of halal products in order to support national food security. This study uses a normative juridical legal research method, this research is descriptive analytical and uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. The key finding of this research is that the authority of the MUI remains important because MUI is the institution authorized to issue a fatwa on the determination of the halalness of a product which is then submitted to BPJPH as the basis for issuing a halal certificate. The importance of this research to be discussed because with the union of the two institutions, hopefully in the future Indonesia will become the center of world halal products with various products made in Indonesia so that national food security will be maintained.

The average share price of energy sector companies in 2019 decreased to 1,248/share from 1688/share in 2018. The success of a manager in managing the resources of the company is viewed by investors as the firm value, which is typically linked to stock prices. This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, profitability, and financial distress on firm value. The objects of this research are energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018–2021 period. Based on several criteria in determining the sample, 53 company samples, or 212 data points, were obtained. Analysis of research data using panel data regression using Eviews 12 software. The results showed that good corporate governance, profitability, and financial distress simultaneously affect firm value. However, partially due to the good corporate governance variable, profitability has no effect on firm value, while the financial distress variable has a significant positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

The research being conducted investigates the effect of governance, risk management, compliance (GRC), and profitability on the value of firms. The audit committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and independent board of commissioners represent the corporate governance variables applied in this study. The research population covers firms in the basic materials sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2022. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, consisting of a sample size of 15 enterprises observed over four years. The testing methodology employed is panel data regression using Eviews. The findings indicate that business value is influenced by corporate governance, risk management, compliance (GRC), and profitability simultaneously. Partial testing suggests that the audit committee, independent board of commissioners, risk management, and compliance positively affect the firm's value. On the contrary, both managerial ownership and institutional ownership have adverse effects, but profitability does not affect the firm's value.

Abstract

Public financial supervision carried out by the community is one form of good governance in Indonesia, the existence of public participation is one indicator of good governance. Public participation in a country, especially related to the supervision of state financial management, is urgent, this is because it is a form of check and recheck of the government in a democratic country. So researchers feel it is important to examine the role of public participation in the supervision of state financial management. The research method used is normative juridical. The results of this study are that the main responsibilities in public participation include: a) Participation in decision making b) Implementation Participation, c) Participation in utilization d) Participation in Evaluation. Public participation in the National PK Strategy consists of public participation in the formulation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of strategies. Participation in the implementation of national strategies can be achieved through various means, such as participation in forums, monitoring, evaluation, and creation of financial ownership databases. The community can contribute by ensuring sustainable political engagement, good governance, and simple procedures. This goal can be achieved faster if the community actively assumes responsibility in dealing with state institutions. The community has the highest sovereignty, so the quality of a government is also influenced by the community that elects state representatives. The community also plays a preventive role when proactive action is needed to instill the values of honesty and hatred of corruption through ethical messages and moral education as early as possible.

Abstract

The Blood donation is an activity of taking blood from someone voluntarily to be kept as stock or given to patients in need. Blood donation activities are channeled through the Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD) of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) which is engaged in blood donation services for the community in their respective regions. Lack of public awareness of blood donation and ineffective blood donation activities during the pandemic caused the blood stock supply at PMI Sukabumi Regency to be running low and even empty. The purpose of this research is to create a blood donor inFormation system that is equipped with a website-based Geographic InFormation System. GIS is used to store and display inFormation on potential donors in a digital map. This study uses the Togaf Architecture Development Method approach which was developed using the PHP Version 7 programming language, MySQL 3.2.2 database and open source Leafletjs. The result of this research is a website-based geographic inFormation system for blood donors (SIGDORAH).

Abstract

UPTD Sukabumi District Vocational Training Center is a government agency that functions as a training ground for people who want to deepen their expertise in their respective fields. Currently, information services about the training of the UPTD at the Sukabumi District Vocational Training Center have not been presented optimally. Training information in the form of vocational training, training instructors and other data still uses social media such as Facebook to inform services to the public. This becomes a problem because it is less efficient in conveying information and is not comprehensive. This study aims to optimize information services about the training of the UPTD Work Training Center in Sukabumi Regency. To achieve this optimization, a job training information system is needed to make it easier to present training information. This research focuses on training information services that provide convenience in providing information about the vocational openings, training schedule, participant quota and other information related to the UPTD training at the Sukabumi District Vocational Training Center. The approach in this study uses the Zachman Framework approach which was developed using the PHP 7 programming language and MySQL database. The result of this research is a website-based job training information system design.
