Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian penerapan sistem pengendalian internal yang dilakukan pada instansi pemerintahan berdasarkan dengan unsur-unsur pengendalian intern. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah Dinas Kominfo Kabupaten Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan sistem pengendalian internal di Dinas Kominfo Kabupaten Semarang telah sesuai dengan unsur-unsur dalam Sistem Kontrol Internal yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 60 tahun 2008 tetapi masih ada beberapa kelemahan seperti kelebihan siswa magang yang diterima, tidak semua pegawai yang melakukan tugas pokok pengawasan, penganggaran dan perencaraan berlatar belakang pendidikan ekonomi, khususnya akuntansi, dan fasilitas gudang untuk dokumen dan barang-barang yang kurang efisien.

Abstract

This research is needed because in learning to write narrative essays, students are expected to be able to make a compelling and interesting narrative essay so that the contents of the message in the essay can be conveyed well to the reader and do not get bored when reading it. From these difficulties, this research will discuss the cohesion and coherence contained in the anthology of Hari-Hari Hello short story. After that this research discusses the use of cohesion and coherence in short stories which can be used as learning materials to write narrative essays made by the teacher and as a reference for students in writing narrative essays so that they can write essays coherently and interestingly. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. The existing data were analyzed using content analysis. Researchers limit the research subjects to only the Rumus Keriting short stories and Hello Potter short stories. The results of the research obtained from the results of the analysis are the cohesion and coherence of the Rumus Keriting short stories and the Hello Potter short stories. Thus, it can be concluded that the short story Rumus Keriting and the short story Hello Potter are a solid short story because there is cohesion and coherence used in the story and it is possible to make these short stories as learning materials to write narrative essays.

Abstract

English language textbooks play an essential role in presenting learning material and assisting students in acquiring language skills. Most Indonesian teachers heavily depend on textbooks; however, they often lack knowledge about the task types employed in textbooks. The study aims to analyze the tasks in the English textbook and the types of tasks presented in the English textbook English for Nusantara. English for Nusantara is the primary sourcebook for seventh and eighth-grade junior high school students in Kurikulum Merdeka. The analysis was conducted by utilizing Nunan's (1990) typology of tasks to determine the different categories and frequency of tasks within the textbooks. Stratified random sampling was used for this research, and tasks were taken from two different units in each textbook. The findings indicated that the textbooks comprise various types of tasks, and each of the textbooks emphasized distinct task types. The seventh-grade textbook places a greater emphasis on cognitive tasks, whereas the eighth-grade textbook places a greater emphasis on interpersonal tasks. Nonetheless, the task distribution is unbalanced, and certain categories of tasks remain unaddressed in both textbooks; specifically, creative and affective tasks are absent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal berbahasa anak dengan metode bercerita dapat meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa anak. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan penilaian. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Siklus 1 selama 5 hari dan siklus 2 selama 2 hari. Dari hasil penelitian, kemampuan awal bahasa anak di kelas B TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan 01 Dinoyo memang masih rendah. Tingkat persentasenya hanya 13,34% berdasarkan pengamatan secara langsung. Setelah diadakan PTK Siklus I, peningkatan anak dengan kriteria Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) mencapai 33,33% dan Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) mencapai 46,67%. Pada Siklus II, kemampuan berbahasa anak sudah baik. Ini terlihat dari persentase kriteria BSB meningkat menjadi 80%, kriteria BSH mencapai 13,33% dan tidak ada anak dengan kriteria Belum Berkembang. Dengan dilakukan metode bercerita, terlihat perkembangan kemampuan bahasa anak. Anak tidak lagi ragu untuk berkomunikasi dengan guru, menjawab pertanyaan guru ataupun menceritakan kembali cerita yang didengarnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality on customer intentions to repurchase, through Shopee customer satisfaction in Makassar City. Quantitative methods are carried out to obtain research data, where later the data is primary data from distributing questionnaires to research objects. In the process, Shopee customers in Makassar City are used as the population in the study. The sample needed in the study was taken by purposive sampling technique with 385 sample respondents. Regression analysis using the PLS (Partial Least Square) method was used with the help of software in the form of SmartPLS3.0. The results showed that e-service quality can affect customer satisfaction, e-srvice quality affects repurchase intentions, customer satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on repurchase intentions and e-service quality has a significant and positive effect on repurchase intentions through satisfaction.

Abstract

The rapid pace of globalization has led to the widespread adoption of English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) in Indonesia. Extensive attention has been devoted to examining academic challenges, yet the complexities associated with integrating English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) into homeschooling settings have remained largely unexplored. This case study delves into the utilization of EMI for teaching Science and Math within a homeschooling context. Through meticulous observation and interviews, this investigation reveals that two primary obstacles emerge: the comprehension of Science and Math terminology in English and students' proficiency in the language. In their daily classes, students typically engage with Science and Math concepts using Indonesian, which presents a significant hurdle when encountering English terminology. EMI classes, offered as extracurricular activities, attracted participation from third- and fourth-grade students. To address the linguistic challenge, the teacher implemented a strategy of code-switching, adeptly recontextualizing unfamiliar vocabulary using everyday language. Recognizing the diverse language competency levels among students, collaborative learning and grouping strategies were employed to enhance effectiveness in addressing these challenges. This approach fostered an environment where students could support one another, facilitating improved understanding and engagement with the material.

Abstract

Mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pendidikan telah menjadi elemen penting dalam membekali siswa menghadapi masa depan. Namun demikian, beberapa guru menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran, termasuk kurangnya pelatihan dan pendidikan, terbatasnya waktu dan persiapan, kurangnya kemahiran teknis, dan materi yang tidak memadai. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meminimalkan kesenjangan literasi teknologi di SD Pusaka Rakyat 02 dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam beberapa topik secara efektif. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini efektif meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemahiran guru dalam literasi teknis di era digital. Praktik ini selaras dengan kebutuhan dan harapan guru serta secara efektif memotivasi mereka untuk menggunakan teknologi pembelajaran dalam pengajaran mereka. Pada akhirnya, inisiatif pengabdian masyarakat ini berfungsi sebagai sarana yang ampuh untuk meningkatkan literasi teknologi kepada guru, sehingga mampu memperkuat standar pendidikan secara keseluruhan di sekolah dasar. Integrating technology into education has emerged as a vital element in equipping students for the future. Nevertheless, several teachers encounter obstacles when it comes to integrating technology into the teaching and learning process, including insufficient training and education, limited time and preparation, lack of technical proficiency, and inadequate materials. The objective of this community service initiative is to minimize the technological literacy gap at Pusaka Rakyat 02 Elementary School by effectively integrating technology into several topics. The activity was conducted in three distinct phases: preparation, implementation, and assessment. The assessment results indicate that this community service activity effectively enhanced teachers' comprehension and proficiency in technical literacy within the digital age. This practice aligns with teacher needs and expectations and effectively motivates them to use learning technology into their teaching. Ultimately, this community service initiative serves as a potent means to enhance teachers' technology literacy, therefore, it enables to bolster the overall standard of education in primary schools.

Abstract

Covid-19 menjadi masalah kritis yang harus segera diselesaikan. Karena telah menyebabkan peningkatan kasus dan kematian yang signifikan di seluruh dunia. Upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian yang dilakukan oleh berbagai negara meliputi penutupan, pembatasan sosial, dan termasuk vaksinasi tak terkecuali di Indonesia. Analisis dan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang hubungan antara vaksinasi dan penambahan kasus Covid-19 diperlukan. Dengan perkembangan teknologi dan berdasarkan penelitian terdahu model kecerdasan buatan yang salah satunya berupa jaringan saraf tiruan (neural network) dapat membantu dalam memodelkan dan memprediksi dampak vaksinasi terhadap penambahan kasus Covid-19. Penelitian ini melakukan perhitungan prediksi vaksinasi terhadap laju kenaikan kasus di Indonesia dengan Neural Network menggunakan struktur backpropagation. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data Covid-19 dan data vaksinasi ditahun 2020 sampai 2021. Hasil yang didapa bahwa model Neural Network dapat melakukan prediksi vaksinasi. Dengan pola skenario batchSize = 32, hidden layer = 5, learningRate = 0.3, momentum = 0.2 , dan trainingTime = 100 menunjukan akurasi 60,73% dengan nilai RMSE 0.484, yang mana diketahui bahwa 99 data yang berhasil diprediksi dengan tepat.

Abstract

Apendiktomi merupakan pengobatan melalui prosedur tindakan operasi hanya untuk penyakit apendisitis  atau pengangkatan usus buntu yang terinfeksi. Apendiktomi dilakukan sesegera mungkin untuk menurunkan risiko perforasi lebih lanjut seperti peritonitis atau abses. Tindakan apendiktomi akan menimbulkan efek pasca operasi berupa nyeri. Nyeri pasca operasi dapat terjadi baik setelah operasi besar maupun operasi yang relative kecil. Pembedahan apendisitis akan mengakibatkan rasa nyeri. Nyeri yang hebat pasca operasi akan dirasakan terutaa pada bagian dalam abdomen. Nyeri pada penderita post operasi akan mengalami pasien sulit untuk tidur karena pasien tidak dapat mengontrol rasa nyeri. Nyeri merupakan sensasi tidak menyenangkan yang dirasakan klien nyeri yang dialami klien pasca operasi usus buntu disebabkan oleh kerusakan jaringan akibat sayatan atau sayatan pada saat operasi. Rasa sakit pasca operasi menimbulkan reaksi fisik dan psikir seperti gangguan mobilitas, kecil kemungkinan untuk beraktivitas, susah tidur kehilangan nafsu makan dan kecemasan. Metode Penelitian: Laporan kasus ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan. Subjek laporan kasus adalah seorang laki laki yang mengeluh nyeri perut dengan menggunakan terapi massase pinggang. Hasil Penelitian: setelah dilakukan intervensi nyeri akut pada kasus appendicitis dapat peningkatan terhadap terapi massase pinggang. Didapatkan hasil intervensi terapi massase pinggang /terapi pijat pada appendicitis yaitu untuk menghilangkan rasa nyeri perut. Kesimpulan: melihat dari hasil laporan kasus ini. Maka penerapan  intervensi terapi massase/terapi pijat pinggang marupakan intervensi yang tepat pada penangan kasus appendicitis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is an influence of work discipline on employee performance, the influence of work discipline on work motivation, the influence of work motivation can affect employee performance. Is job satisfaction a mediating variable between work discipline, work motivation and employee performance. The research was conducted using the population and the sample in this study was 30 employees of PT Nikomas Gemilang Department of the Adidas Eva Pailon Section in Squad A. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling or total non-random sampling. The entire population was sampled; The questionnaire uses the likert method 1-5. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. For descriptive analysis, the author uses a computer-aided program with Smart PLS version 4. The results of the study showed that work discipline directly had a significant and positive effect on employee performance, work discipline had a significant and positive effect on work motivation, work motivation had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, and work discipline had a negative and significant effect on employee performance mediation. Indirectly, job satisfaction mediation does not mediate the relationship between motivation variables and employee performance variables.
