Abstract

Interest group is a continuation of political participation in a political system.Interest group can be considered as an entity that seeks to articulate aspiration of its follower to the government of the state, without attempts to gain certain positions of public officials. One of prominent interest groups in Indonesia is Nahdlatul „Ulama. The existence of Nahdlatul „Ulama should be recognized as an interest group that is adequate and competent to transform condition of the nation-state into expectation of the society . Because of its comprehensive organizational structure and supported by a large number of followers, Nahdlatul „Ulama is considered able to act as opinion leader for people, particularlly for its followers, in order to respond situation that is occured in Indonesia.In the contemporary era, the existence of the Nahdlatul „Ulama can be assessed from results of National Conference of The „Ulama and Great Conference of Nahdlatul Ulama 2012. Two of four recommendations issued from the conference are corruption and tax fraud which are important to be eradicated for the sake of the wider community.In articulating, Nahdlatul „Ulama tended to combine the “top-down”, as form of guiding for the followers and “bottom-up”, as form of awareness of the problems. Related to issues of corruption and tax fraud, Nahdlatul „Ulama integrated the „Ulama‟s opinion and the expert‟s. It also based on the condition or situation that occurs in Indonesia. Eventually, the recommendations and the actions taken by Nahdlatul „Ulama aims to persuade the government to act seriously in solving corruption and tax fraud, as form of public interest articulation and moral support.

Abstract

AbstractPolitical socialization process is a process to help individual developmentbecome social beings who can adapt well in the society, become good citizens andunderstand their rights and obligations as citizens. School is a venue for theeducational process and part of the political socialization process either directly orindirectly. The overview of process and the result the political socialization inschool, especially in SMA N 1 Purwodadi can be seen from direct politicalsocialization that occurs active learning process in the classroom and indirectpolitical socialization can be seen become a member of an organization in theschool.This research is descriptive quantitative research. The method is surveyresearch method. Survey research method is a research that takes sample fromeone population and using the questionnaire as a primary data collection tool.Based on the results of research on political socialization process inSMAN 1 Purwodadi namely through intrakurukuler activities carried out in theclassroom based civic education curricula related to political issues . In additionthrough intra also performed ekstrakurukuler activities undertaken outside theclassroom such as student council and Scout , with lectures, discussions andsimulations . The material covered is matters related to political issues . Throughboth intra and extra-curricular activities , based on the results of the countingprocess of political socialization in SMAN 1 Purwodadi with an average successrate is as follows : good senagt 37.97 percent , 39.74 percent good , good enough16.00 percent and less either 6.29 percent .In order to create a conducive atmosphere in the government , theadministration and maturation cra understanding of political thinking for theyoung generation is very important . Starting from these objectives in the processof political socialization of the young generation will be more effective if done inschool with a special material that discusses the politics of knowledge containedin the educational curriculum .Keywords : Political socialization, students, SMA N 1 Purwodadi

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was undertaken to explain how the public perception of the obligation topay the Property Tax (PBB) in Slawi Sub-District. The aims of this study was to describe thepublic perception of the obligation to pay the Property Tax (PBB) in Slawi Sub-district, andto setermine the factors that influence the formation of public perceptions of the obligation topay Property Tax. This research uses quantitative-descriptive type with survey method,namely the taking of samples from a population and using a questionnaire as a datacollection tool By doing so, it produces to explain the variety of conditions where is theresearch was founded. Based on those founding then this research describe character/pictureof the condition, situation, or variables. Population of the research is the Slawi Sub-districtcommunity, the sample taken from the entire village using Frank Lynch with a total of 100samples. From the data processing research indicates that the most of respondent knew aboutwhat is Property Tax (PBB). Slawi Sub-districtawareness in the Property Tax to pay highenough it can be seen from the level of public education began to improve. Socializationprovided by the local government has also been quite good but not yet maximum, as well asthe Slawi Sub-district community agree that DPPKAD has prepared an integrated service

Abstract

Reformation era have been promising free and wide space in every life of the nation aspects, especially political aspect. Starting from the freedom to express political opinions to political behavior by politicians. Towards of the 2014’s legislative election in Indonesia, political agitation has occured in both the national and local levels. It also occurs in Wonogiri regency, where there is phenomenon of the moved-political-party by the legislative candidates in the case to fight the position as Wonogiri’s parliament member for 2014 to 2019.Public as the highest authority who noted as the voters in every general election has a very important role to vote the good public representatives. In fact, public now are2confronted with afield behaviors of the legislative candidates, so the trust and award for the legislature are getting lower. The phenomenon of legislative candidate’s movement in exchange nomination in Wonogiri regency had completing the problems.The goals in this thesis writing is to know how are the public perception about the moved-party’s politician by the 2014’s legislative candidates in Wonogiri regency. The type of research is quantitative descriptive.Perseption is the output from objects or informations which captured by human senses. The results of this study indicate that sufficient public attention to the phenomenon of the party moved among the legislative candidates in Wonogiri. Most of the Wonogiri’s public as the renpondents said that they assume this behavior is something that is negative and driven by personal motivation from each candidates. In addition, the belief that a majority of respondents to the public as the party moved legislative candidates in Wonogiri is in the lower level. It shows that there is a negative sentiment from public to the phenomenon of legislative candidate’s movement in Wonogiri regency.Keywords: public perception, legislative candidate’s movement, the legislative’s election.

Abstract

AbstractIndonesia is a developing country that wants to be developed later. Tobecome developed countries certainly Indonesia must have qualified humanresources. The quality of a person is not only determined by the level ofeducation but also of health. If someone is healthy then it will work fine.Therefore, the State is obliged to pay attention to the health of any of itscitizens, especially for the poor, one of which is to create a program JaminanKesehatan Nasional (JKN). This program may be said its implementation couldbetter if in fulfilling basic needs of public health services. So the quality isexpected by society.This research is done using methods quantitative a questionnaire surveyand spreading to the patient Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional service users toobtain data of hope and reality service quality Jaminan Kesehatan Nasionalprograms. Besides the research is done in RSUD Kota Madiun particularly inpatients hospitalized class III.The result showed that of answer the respondents about service quality ofprogram Jaminan Kesehatan Nasionail in RSUD Kota Madiun overall goodenough but, some indicators service according to patient still not good and notin conformity with expectation patients. Of research results are also obtainedwhat service indicators a priority improvements to enhance the quality ofservice and enhancing customer satisfaction index. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to describe the evaluation of the effectiveness of the public service division of the District after the District of South Kaliwungu Kaliwungu. The purpose ofthis program is to increase the expansion of public services to the community as well as the close relationship between the people and the Government.In order to explain the evaluation of the effectiveness of the public service division of the District Subdistrict Kaliwungu after South Kaliwungu , then used a qualitative research method .Subjects in this study is the government represented by the Regional Secretariat of Governance Section , Southern District Government and society Kaliwungu Kaliwungu south. The datacollection method is through interview , observation , research and documents .Evaluation of the effectiveness of the District Kaliwungu expansion can be seen from several factors , namely the incumbent initiative kendal hendy boedoro to split the sub Kaliwungu which later became the Government's program to unzip the District Kendal Kaliwungu the District Kaliwungu and South Kaliwungu . District of expansion and aims to improve public services closer to the community . But the reality is happening in the field of infrastructure readiness office building becomes a major obstacle in the obstacle in providing public services to the community Kaliwungu south in particular.

Abstract

Efektivitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa merupakan sebuah kemapuan pemerintah desa didalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi mengelola dana desa agar tujuan dapat tercapai. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk meneliti dan menjelaskan efektifitas pengelolaan dana desa oleh Pemerintah Desa Modang Mas, Kecamatan Mentobi Raya, Kabupaten Lamandau. Pertimbangan yang mendasari penelitian ini yakni pemerintah desa modang mas rutin menerima penyaluran dana desa dari pemerintah pusat untuk digunakan oleh pemerintah desa sesuai dengan susunan-susunan program yang telah dilaporkan. Pada jurnal yang ditulis penulis menerapkan model teori efektivitas kerja dalam (Kurniawan, 2005) yaitu efektivitas kerja merupakan bentuk atas mampunya menjalankan tugas, fungsi (menjalankan sistem yang terprogram dalam misi) berdasarkan sistem lembaga atau institusi dengan cara yang disiplin dan profesional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Modang Mas sudah efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan kejelasan tujuan untuk pembangunan dan pemberdayaan, strategi untuk mencapai tujuan yang digunakan melibatkan masyarakat, perencanaan yang dilakukan atas dasar tujuan bersama serta penyusunan program dituliskan padarencana kerja pemerintah desa. Adapun faktor yang mendukung yaitu dana desa menjadi pemasukan bagi desa, kerjasama antar lembaga desa, keterlibatan masyarakat, unggulnya Sumberdaya aparatur desa dan akses jaringan internet sudah memadai.
