Abstract

 Pembelajaran  IPA yang ada di jenjang sekolah dasar merupakan mata pelajaran yang berkaitan dengan makhluk hidup dan fenomena alam yang sering terjadi dalam kehidupan nyata, pembeljaran IPA menuntut keaktifan belajar siswa agar tujuan pembelajaran IPA itu dapat tercapi. Untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran guru dapat menerapkan tutor sebaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat perspektif guru terhadap penerapan tutor sebaya dalam keaktifan belajar siswa di madrasah ibtidaiyah se-kecamatn Kebumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian berupa survei. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah guru yang berasal dari 5 madrasah yang berada di kecamatan Kebumen. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket atau kuisioner dalam bentuk google form. Dan hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan perspektif guru dalam penerapan tutor sebaya berpengaruh positif terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa. Adapun perspektif guru terhadap penerapan tutor sebaya pada pembelajaran IPA adalah cukup dengan presentase (57.36%) dan perspektif guru terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa adalah cukup dengan presentase (40.31%). Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan dampak positif, yaitu tutor sebaya memiliki pengaruh pada keaktifan belajar siswa. Adanya rencana dari pihak sekolah untuk menambah fasilitas pembelajaran, guru-guru berupaya untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa dan ada rasa semangat dari siswa untuk aktif dalam pembelajaran khususnya dalam pembelajaran IPA.Kata Kunci: Tutor Sebaya, Keaktifan Belajar Siswa

Abstract

 Handle kopling merupakan komponen yang terdapat pada sepeda motor manual, yang digunakan sebagai tempat penghubung mesin dengan transmisi. Handle kopling sendiri harus juga didesain dengan seringan mungkin, kuat dan juga memiliki nilai ergonomic bagi penggunanya. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk memodifikasi desain handle kopling dengan menggunakan metode Optimasi topology. Optimasi topology merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengoptimalisasi bentuk dari komponen yang akan dibuat yang berupa pertimbangan batasan dari disain, kondisi pembebanan tertentu dll secara matematis. Hasil dari optimasi handle kopling ini mampu mengurangi masa sebanyak 67,12% dengan hasil akhir safety factor sebesar 1,9568.

Abstract

Various companies want to improve product quality and process speed for customer satisfaction in the current era, including PT. X. Problems at PT. X is the number of defects that exceed the company's tolerance limit. The methodology used is a structured DMAIC method to identify the root causes of defects and resolve them. This study aimed to reduce defects in sportswear products caused by problems in the sewing process. The results showed that the problem in the sewing process was due to the process performance that still did not meet the standard process requirements, so the resulting output did not match the company's specifications. Therefore, it is necessary to design an alarm timer integrated with the sewing machine to minimize the frequency of defects in the sewing process. The design of the alarm timer uses the Reverse Engineering design method, which can minimize defects in the sewing process and increase the capability of the PT. X process.

Abstract

The increasing use of expedition services due to the Covid-19 pandemic has also increased various types of risks in companies. This study discusses solutions to the complexity of supply chain management in the expedition services industry due to pandemic Covid-19. This study aims to analyze the risk of security management systems based on every activity in the supply chain of an expedition company. The method used in this study is the matrix risk assessment to determine the risk ranking by multiplying the possibilities and consequence values. Descriptive analysis approaches and in-depth interviews are needed to identify the types of risks in the supply chain of PT.X. The application of risk assessment consists of five stages: development mapping of supply chains, risk identification, risk assessment, risk response development, and risk response control. The results of this study indicate that three types of extreme risks need to be handled in priorities by providing proposed mitigation, namely bad weather, road accidents, and damaged items. Risk mitigation strategies are carried out to prevent the types of extreme risks in the company.

Abstract

Social media is not only used to find information but also as a means of conveying religious teachings. Many cleric use social media to spread Islam. Currently, da'wah is packaged neatly, creatively, and innovatively without reducing the message conveyed. This research is entitled The Effect of Instagram Social Media on the Effectiveness of Da'wa Messages. This study aims to determine how much influence the use of social media Instagram has on the effectiveness of da'wa messages. This type of research is quantitative research and the instrument used is a questionnaire. Using the theory of mass communication effects and simple regression test in the data analysis technique. The validity of the data is obtained through validity and reliability. Based on the results of the simple regression test that has been carried out in this study, the value of r = 0,829 and has a coefficient of determination of 75,9%. This shows that there is a positive and very strong relationship between the effect of using social media on the effectiveness of da'wah by 75,9%. Abstract

The tourism industry has an important role in a region's economic growth and development. However, the success of the tourism industry is highly dependent on the strategic policies adopted to increase optimal performance. One way to increase the optimal performance of the tourism industry is to maximize support system facilities. Therefore, this study aims to optimize the performance of the tourism industry by selecting the right strategy based on the support system facilities variable. Support system facilities include telecommunication, power sources, transportation, waste management, location, clean water sources, supporting industries, spatial, hospitality, safety, and security. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method selects strategies based on support system facilities. Data is collected through a survey of tourism industry experts and related stakeholders. The results of this study indicate that indicators with high-ranking weights are telecommunication, spatial, and waste management, respectively. Each indicator is calculated for each sub-indicator to find out more in detail about producing the relative priority of the strategy. The analysis shows the importance of each factor in influencing the tourism industry's performance to assist decision-makers in planning and implementing effective strategies. Alternative strategies are prepared based on calculating the weighting of the criteria and sub-criteria. By considering support system facilities as an important factor, strategic decisions can be taken based on clear and measurable preferences.

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan bertindak inovatif dapat dikembangkan melalui Pekan Kreativitas Mahasiswa (yaitu: PKM). Di sebuah perguruan tinggi, yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan kompetisi mahasiswa merupakan tanggung jawab unit kemahasiswaan. Saat ini kemahasiswaan Fakultas Rekayasa Industri menghadapi sejumlah permasalahan yang perlu dibenahi, seperti belum adanya proses bisnis dan juga dokumentasi terkait pelaksanaan kompetisi mahasiswa. Sehingga rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam rangka persiapan kompetisi mahasiswa dinilai kurang sistematis dan tidak optimal. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dirancang e-archive yang dapat mengawasi proses kegiatan kompetisi PKM. Sistem e-archive juga mampu mengumpulkan semua informasi proses bisnis untuk memudahkan mahasiswa mengakses semua informasi dengan mudah dan terbuka. Metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) digunakan dalam proses perancangan karena perancangan  sistem e-archive membutuhkan pengembangan yang cepat dan juga kolaborasi yang intensif dengan pengguna. Hasil rancangan pada penelitian ini adalah sistem  e-archive  yang mampu menjadi sistem terpusat untuk semua informasi terkait proses bisnis, dokumen, dan kegiatan di unit kemahasiswaan Fakultas Rekayasa Industri. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan akses informasi akan lebih mudah, transparan, terintegrasi, dan juga memungkinkan pengawasan pelaksanaan kompetisi mahasiswa yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Competition in the world of retail business today requires companies to continue to find various kinds of strategies and creativity in running a business. CV Harmoni Medicine Indonesia is a retail company engaged in the sale of health and beauty products. One of the business strategies that can be done is cross-selling or offering other products that have a relationship with the product purchased so that it can increase sales. This study aims to analyze consumer purchases by looking at the relationship between products that are often purchased. The data used in this study is sales transaction data of CV Harmoni Medicine Indonesia for 3 years from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2023, which has 9,844 data rows and 10 attributes. The method used in this study uses an association data mining approach with the Frequent Pattern Growth (FP-Growth) algorithm which has a process stage starting from collecting sales transaction data, selecting relevant attributes, preprocessing data, dataset association process, and evaluating patterns formed. The determination of the association pattern uses the minimum value of support, the minimum value of confidence, and the minimum value of lift. Based on the test results, 9 association rules were formed using the minimum value of Support = 0.005, the minimum value of Confidence = 0.1, and the minimum value of Lift = 1.0, with 9 forming products. Association rules formed using the FP-Growth algorithm can help cross-selling sales strategies be easier and more efficient by providing detailed information on consumer product purchase patterns with a high chance of success.

Abstract

General Background:The Legal Assistance and Consultation Institute (LKBH) is vital in supporting the Muhammadiyah organization through comprehensive legal services, addressing both internal and external legal challenges. Specific Background:LKBH's role in Muhammadiyah's legal complexities is significant, but research on its effectiveness is limited, highlighting the need for further investigation. Knowledge Gap:Current literature lacks a detailed exploration of how LKBH’s services contribute to resolving legal issues and strengthening the organization’s legal standing amidst Indonesia's socio-political dynamics. Aims:This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by Muhammadiyah, examine LKBH's strategies in addressing these challenges, and evaluate the impact of its legal services on the organization's sustainability and mission. Results:Through qualitative methods, including case analysis, surveys, and interviews, the findings highlight LKBH’s effective legal interventions and educational initiatives, which significantly enhance members’ legal awareness and compliance.Novelty:This research provides new insights into the multifaceted role of LKBH within Muhammadiyah, emphasizing its contributions not only to legal enforcement but also to organizational integrity and public advocacy.Implications:The study underscores the importance of LKBH in promoting social justice and formulating progressive policies, thereby positioning Muhammadiyah as a proactive player in Indonesian society, committed to the welfare of its members and the broader community. Abstract

Masalah: Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) di sekolah adalah komponen yang sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa siswa mencapai potensi mereka secara optimal. Namun, terdapat masalah yang terjadi pada proses BK di SMK XYZ seperti ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah siswa dan jumlah guru BK di sekolah, proses pengelolaan data administrasi yang manual, berkas yang terselip maupun hilang.Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi berbasis web untuk mendukung kegiatan Bimbingan Konseling pada SMK XYZ agar lebih optimal.Metode: Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode scrum. Tahapan dalam melakukan perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web dimulai dari penentuan peran tim scrum, identifikasi product backlog oleh product owner, selanjutnya dilakukan tahapan-tahapan scrum yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu sprint planning, eksekusi sprint backlog, daily scrum, sprint review dan sprint retrospective. Permodelan sistem yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan diagram Unified Modelling Language (UML). Pengujian sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode, yaitu uji fungsionalitas sistem dan user acceptance test.Hasil: Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi BK yang dapat digunakan oleh SMK XYZ yang memiliki berbagai fitur untuk mendukung kegiatan Bimbingan Konseling.Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan praktis bagi SMK XYZ untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penyediaan layanan BK, manajemen data siswa dan informasi bimbingan konseling, sehingga sekolah dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya dan waktu dalam memberikan layanan kepada siswa
