Abstract

A Training in creating interactive learning media assisted by the Canva application which was carried out in the Potential Based Community Service (PMBP) program which is one of the activities important for the Academic Community as academic functional staff both for develop knowledge and solve problems. Devotion to This society aims to provide education to the public regarding development and management of resources, especially in media training Canva based learning, Activities Doing this will certainly have an impact on the school. Where the results can be obtained, namely increasing the results of creativity can create a simple Canva-based learning media product, the results obtained from this training in making learning media will be a provision for students after completing their education. The research results show that the use of the Canva application in the process of creating interactive learning media becomes an interesting and creative learning media development of 21st century schooling, especially in all areas of use innovation in everyday life. Thus, the final conclusion in writing This article explains that the Canva application is very easy and practical to access in learning activities. Application of the Canva application in interactive learning media is the right solution to help educators in creating media computerized learning in the 21st century so that the delivery of material learning can be more easily accepted by students.

Abstract

This research studies working students' perspectives on the flipped classroom model as a strategy to enhance their reading skills. Using qualitative research methods, semi structured interviews are conducted with 20 working students balancing work and studies. The findings show that 75% of participants perceive the flipped classroom approach as significantly improving their reading skills by allowing them to prepare theirself before class. However, 25% of the participants show that its effectiveness depends on the quality of materials given. These findings highlight the importance of designing high quality of material to maximize the benefits of flipped classrooms for diverse learners. Future research can explore ways to optimize flipped classroom materials for students woith limited time. For addition, educators need to address technological and accessibility challenges to ensure inclusivity.

Abstract

UMKM di Desa Tritiro memproduksi produk olahan makanan dan produk kerajinan tangan. Olahan makanan yang diproduksi dan dihasilkan 5 (Lima) UMKM ini adalah Kacang Tumbuk roll, Kacang Disko, Tenteng, Kacang Kentucky, Abon Telur dan Ikan Asap serta produk anyaman yang berbahan baku daun lontar. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku UMKM adalah kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai teknologi pemasaran digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengidentifikasi permasalahan adalah (1) survey para pelaku UMKM, (2) penyampaian materi dan diskusi, (3) pendampingan yang diisi dengan praktik pembuatan akun istagram dan facebook dan cara beriklan di akun media sosial dengan memanfaatkan feeds, story, maupun reels. Hasil dari identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa banyak UMKM di Desa Tritiro masih menggunakan metode pemasaran konvensional dari mulut ke mulut, pelaku UMKM belum tahu cara memanfaatkan media sosial untuk pemasaran produknya. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan pemasaran digital mendapatkan tanggapan yang positif dari pelaku UMKM dan masyarakat Desa Tritiro, Kecamatan Bontotiro, Kabupaten Bulukumba karna dinilai dapat memberikan pengalaman dan ilmu serta memberikan inspirasi kepada para pelaku UMKM dalam memasarkan produknya dan mengembangkan usahanya.

Abstract

: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada Toko Roti maros lempangan. Penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis datanya menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini berdasrkan tujuannya merupakan penelitian Verifikatif dan penelitian asosiatif berdasarkan Tingkat eksplanasinya. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil seluruh populasi menjadi sampel. Adapun sampel pada peneilitan ini sebanyak 73 orang. Pengolaan data dengan IBM SPSS Statistic 20 dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, secara simultan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out and analyze 1) KUR Syari'ah financing procedures at PT. Pawnshop Bontoala Makassar Branch. 2) Effectiveness of KUR Syari'ah Financing at PT. Pegadaian Bontoal Branch in improving the Creative Industry in Makassar City. The research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The population of this research is all Pegadaian customers who receive KUR Syariah funding assistance. The sampling technique in this research is to use the Snowball sampling method or chain-referral sampling method. Data analysis techniques are deductive and inductive analysis. The research results are; 1). Syari'ah KUR Financing Procedure at PT. Pawnshop Bontoala Makassar Branch is very simple starting from; a) customer fills in the application form, a) submits required documents, c) survey, d) signs the contract, e) Rahin (Customer) receives sharia KUR disbursement within 3 working days if all requirements are met. 2) KUR Syariah pawnshop financing is effective in increasing the Creative Industry in Makassar City. This can be proven through 4 elements of researcher observation, namely; Business capital, sales turnover, profits and working hours have all increased significantly.

Abstract

This study explores students' perceptions of podcast-based reading tasks in enhancing reading skills among fourth-semester English Department students at a private university in Malang. Using a qualitative case study approach, twelve intermediate-level students participated in podcast-based reading activities, followed by semi-structured interviews. The collected data were transcribed and analyzed using thematic analysis to identify recurring patterns in students’ experiences. The findings reveal that students experienced improved reading comprehension when listening to podcasts before reading transcripts, particularly in initial text understanding, word recognition, attention to textual details, and active engagement with intentionally gapped transcripts. Despite minor challenges related to speech clarity, students reported increased reading confidence and expressed interest in continued use of this method. The integration of listening and reading through podcasts demonstrates potential for enhancing EFL students’ reading development and engagement with English texts.

Abstract

Speaking is one of language skills which has to be mastered by the students. By being able to speak, students will be able to transfer their thought to others. Unfortunately, sometimes students, at SMP Islam Paramitha especially, failed to utter their idea in spoken manner due to several factors as lack of vocabulary, not knowing what and how to say the ideas, and mostly feeling unconfident. This problem cannot be neglected; therefore, the researcher decided to carry out a two-cycle Classroom Action Research (CAR). In This CAR the researcher implemented question and answer technique to improve students’ speaking ability on expressing their daily activities. By using observation sheets, interview guide, and test, it was found that 70% of the students had been successfully improving their speaking ability. As a result, the intended spoken communication, either between students and students or teacher and students, did take place.

Abstract

Komunitas Jelajah Jejak Malang (JJM) merupakan komunitas yang bergerak dalam bidang pengenalan warisan dan peninggalan sejarah dan budaya yang ada di Kota Malang. Komunitas Jelajah Jejak Malang (JJM) melakukan aktifitasnya dengan aktif dalam suatu diskusi ilmiah dan perawatan peninggalan warisan-warisan budaya yang ada di Malang dengan mempromosikannya melalui platfom facebook, Instagram dan youtube dimana platfom tersebut sangat dirasa kurang dalam mempromosikan sejarah dan budaya Kota Malang ke tingkat dunia. Dalam pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan pengalaman wisata di situs-situs sejarah Malang, dengan menyediakan tour guide secara virtual atau elektronik dengan e-heritage arts and culture yang di dukung oleh aktivitas komunitas Jelajah Jejak Malang (JJM). Metode yang dipakai dalam mendukung tujuan pengabdian ini terlaksana adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan untuk komunitas Jelajah Jejak Malang (JJM) tentang e-heritage arts and culture sebagai upaya dalam mengenalkan warisan sejarah dan budaya Kota Malang lebih luas lagi. Sehingga hasil pengabdian ini menjadikan Komunitas Jelajah Jejak Malang (JJM) dapat memanfaatkan platfom teknologi informatika lebih luas dan lengkap dalam mengenalkan warisan dan budaya Kota Malang melalui e-heritage arts and culture.

Abstract

The Objectives – This study aims to determine 1) The influence of shopping motivation on e-impulsive buying on the Shopee marketplace, 2) The influence of shopping lifestyle on e-impulsive buying on the Shopee marketplace, 3) The influence of shopping motivation & shopping lifestyle simultaneously on e-impulsive buying on the Shopee marketplace. The Methods/approaches – This study uses a quantitative approach with a comparative causal research type. Data were collected through the distribution of offline questionnaires distributed directly. Each variable was measured with a Likert scale and then processed through SPSS 25 where the appropriate data analysis was multiple linear regression analysis, partial t-test, and F-test. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with a final sample of 104 respondents using the Slovin formula. The Results – The research results show that shopping motivation and shopping lifestyle, both partially and simultaneously, influence e-impulsive buying. The emergence of positive emotions, the practicality of the Shopee marketplace, the presence of circulating trends, a high level of lifestyle, and the influence of external factors such as advertising, discounts, and prices confirm that these are triggers for e-impulsive buying. The Research Implications – This research contributes to the understanding of e-impulsive buying behavior on the Shopee marketplace. Shopee needs to develop more effective business strategies to address the factors influencing e-impulsive buying, such as considering the influence of shopping motivation and shopping lifestyle.
