Abstract

Deductive logic plays an important role in developing a student's critical thinking skills, especially Islamic Religious Education students. A student can use the deduction process to draw valid conclusions based on premises that have been accepted as true. In Islamic religious education, this ability is very necessary in analyzing and understanding religious concepts that require in-depth understanding, such as interpretation of the Koran, Hadith, and so on. Through deductive logic, students can develop a critical nature towards the many interpretations of existing religious teachings, and are able to differentiate between various points of view based on rationalism and dogmaticism. A mature abstraction of thought accompanied by the use of a deductive approach will help students build coherent and structured arguments in addressing contemporary issues related to the Islamic religion. Therefore, mastering the logic of deduction not only improves students' critical thinking skills, but also enriches their perspective in understanding and applying Islamic teachings in everyday life.

Abstract

The mangrove tourism area in Pasuruan has become an important economic potential through the existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises MSMEs. This phenomenon shows that MSMEs have a strategic role in building the local economy, especially in the tourism sector. MSMEs in the Pasuruan mangrove tourism area may face unique challenges related to entrepreneurial soft skills that can affect their business sustainability. This issue involves local factors such as culture, markets, and local government policies. Ideally, MSMEs in the Pasuruan mangrove tourism area need to understand and develop entrepreneurial soft skills to maintain and improve the sustainability of their business. This research aims to provide deeper insight and understanding regarding the role of entrepreneurial soft skills in supporting MSME business sustainability. Although there are several studies related to entrepreneurship and business sustainability, there is still a research gap, especially in the context of MSMEs in the Pasuruan mangrove tourism area. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on entrepreneurial soft skills in the context of MSME business in the Pasuruan mangrove tourism area, which has not been studied in depth before. The sustainability of MSME business has a positive impact on local economic growth and regional development. Therefore, a better understanding of the role of entrepreneurial soft skills is very urgent to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in the Pasuruan mangrove tourism area. The main objective of this study is to analyze the role of entrepreneurial soft skills in improving MSME business sustainability in the Pasuruan mangrove tourism area, by exploring its positive impact on economic and social aspects. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The research subjects involved MSMEs. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, display, and inference, with triangulation used to ensure validity.The results of research, observations, and interviews show that in this study, MSME actors in the Pasuruan Mangrove Tourism Area showed creativity, adaptability, and good communication skills. They also have quick collaboration and problem-solving skills. The success of MSME businesses is reflected in their resilience to environmental changes and market dynamics. Close partnerships with local communities also make a positive contribution. Their business strategy involves product diversification, technology utilization, and external cooperation, while maintaining environmental sustainability. Recommendations involve soft skills training and support on product innovation to improve competitiveness and business sustainability.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki peranan vital dalam membentuk karakter, moralitas, dan peradaban umat melalui integrasi nilai-nilai keislaman dengan ilmu pengetahuan modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran, sejarah perkembangan, dan tantangan lembaga pendidikan Islam di era modern. Menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research), kajian ini menelaah berbagai sumber ilmiah terbitan sepuluh tahun terakhir yang relevan dengan tema tata kelola, kurikulum, dan digitalisasi pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembaga pendidikan Islam berperan strategis dalam penguatan karakter, integrasi keilmuan agama dan umum, serta pemberdayaan sosial-ekonomi masyarakat Muslim. Namun, lembaga-lembaga tersebut menghadapi tantangan serius dalam modernisasi kurikulum, pendanaan, profesionalisasi pendidik, dan transformasi digital. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan inovasi tata kelola yang adaptif, penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, dan optimalisasi teknologi pembelajaran untuk mewujudkan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang unggul dan berdaya saing global.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the effectiveness and contribution of the This article discusses in depth the concept of educators according to Az-Zarnuji's perspective in his book "Ta'lim al-Muta'allim" (Education for Learners), which is one of the important works in the field of classical Islamic education. Al-Zarnuji does not view educators solely as conveyors of knowledge (teachers), but also as moral guides (educators) and character builders (educators). This study stems from the phenomenon of moral decline, a crisis of role models, and a decline in the integrity of educators, which contradicts the values of Islamic education. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, the discussion focuses on Az-Zarnuji's biography, his views on the nature, duties, and responsibilities of teachers, as well as the criteria for ideal teachers, which include knowledge, piety, honesty, fairness, and moral maturity. Al-Zarnuji also emphasizes the importance of the mystical and practical dimensions in education, namely the development of students' spirituality and the teaching of knowledge in a systematic, contextual, and useful manner for life. According to Az-Zarnuji, the ideal educator is a figure who combines intellectual intelligence, moral exemplarity, and spiritual sincerity, so as to be able to produce a generation that is educated, civilized, and has a strong character. This concept is still relevant as a philosophical and ethical basis for shaping the personality, professionalism, and moral integrity of teachers in a complex and spiritually difficult modern era, where teachers are expected to be able to deal with social and technological dynamics without forgetting the roots of pure Islamic values.

Abstract

Islamic education is a comprehensive process of human development based on Islamic teachings. This concept emphasizes not only intellectual growth but also spiritual, moral, and social dimensions. The primary foundations of Islamic education are derived from the Qur'an and the Hadith, which are further reinforced by scholars' ijtihad and the socio-cultural realities of the Muslim community. The foundation of Islamic education rests on tawhid as its core principle and on noble moral values as its goal. In practice, Islamic education is implemented through various forms of formal and non-formal educational institutions that emphasize methods such as exemplary behavior, habituation, and individualized approaches suited to students' developmental stages. In this study, many religious figures have contributed thoughts to the Islamic concept educational science, particularly KH. Ahmad Dahlan. He presented ideas concerning the educational system, objectives, curriculum, and methods of Islamic education. This journal explores three central themes: the life history of KH. Ahmad Dahlan, the general principles of Islamic education, and KH. Ahmad Dahlan's viewpoint on the concept of Islamic education. The study employs a library research method, focusing on the exploration and analysis of various relevant literary sources.

Abstract

Teknologi di era sekarang sudah menjadi kebutuhan primer bagi manusia di segala bidang kehidupan, tidak terkecuali bidang pendidikan. Pendidikan di era society 5.0 sudah banyak sekali memanfaatkan teknologi, seperti menggunakan PPT yang ditampilkan di layar proyektor untuk membantu penyampaian materi, penggunaan web kuis untuk melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran. Ditulisnya artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengulas salah satu teknologi tersebut, yakni software maktabah syamilah yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh para guru untuk membantu proses pembelajaran PAI di masa yang telah memasuki era society 5.0. Penelitian dalam penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan Referensi pada buku, artikel jurnal, serta website yang kredibel. Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa software maktabah syamilah dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para guru agama demi membantu proses pembelajaran, terutama pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, digunakannya teknologi ini juga demi mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang telah memasuki era society 5.0. Adanya artikel ini, dapat disampaikan kepada para guru, bahwa terdapat suatu teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan pada proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Manajemen adalah proses memanfaatkan kemampuan dan pemikiran orang lain dalam melaksanakan suatu aktivitas yang memiliki tujuan untuk meraih sasaran yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sekilas tentang Prof. Amin Abdullah, riwayat pendidikan, prestasi dan karyanya, memaparkan tentang konsep dasar manajemen sarana da prasarana pendidikan, serta menjelaskan tentang dimensi dan integrasi keilmuan spider web beserta hubungannya dengan manajemen sarana dan prasarana. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif yang lebih diarahkan pada penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Sumber penelitian ini diperoleh dengan membaca, menganalisis, meneliti, dan mengkaji artikel jurnal terdahulu terkait dengan topik pembahasan yang sesuai dengan pembahasan artikel ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pada manajemen sarana dan prasarana diperlukan konsep dasar yang berupa planning (perencanaan), procurement (pengadaan), inventory (inventarisasi), maintenance pemeliharaan, dan disposal (penghapusan). Manajemen sarna dan prasarana pendidikan diperlukannya penyatuan dengan konsep integrasi interkoneksi spider web. Integrasi interkoneksi spider web merupakan konsep dan penghubungan antara ilmu agama dan ilmu pengetahuan umum yang dikemukakan oleh Prof Amin Abdullah. Dengan adanya penggabungan kedua konsep ini akan mendorong peningkatan kualitas suatu lembaga pendidikan. Selain itu dapat mendorong terciptanya lulusan yang bertanggungjawab, bertakwa terhadap Allah SWT, dan dapat menerapkan ilmu yang telah diperoleh dengan tetap berpegang teguh pada Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang Mengkaji Dan Memahami berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi Pendidikan islam di era modern. Pendidikan Islam memegang peranan penting dalam membentuk generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki akhlak yang mulia dan jiwa spiritual yang kuat. Namun, dalam perjalanannya, pendidikan Islam menghadapi berbagai hambatan, baik dari segi internal seperti kurikulum yang belum optimal, maupun eksternal seperti tantangan globalisasi dan stigma sosial. Melalui Jurnal ini, saya berusaha menyajikan analisis mendalam mengenai problematika pendidikan Islam serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis dalam Upaya modernisasi. Dalam peneliti ini Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research dimana semua datanya berasal dari pustaka. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini akan dilakukan melalui metode pengumpulan data yang diperlukan dengan mencari informasi dan bahan-bahan tertulis. Kurikulum pendidikan Islam berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai alat pembelajaran, tetapi juga sebagai kontrol ideologi negara dan media pembentukan identitas nasional. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, studi ini mengungkap bahwa campur tangan pemerintah terhadap kurikulum institusi pendidikan Islam menghasilkan dualisme kurikulum, perubahan nila-inilai tradisional, dan tantangan dalam menjaga otonomi serta identitas keislaman. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya rumusan kurikulum yang seimbang antara nilai-nilai Islam tradisional dengan kebutuhan global dan kebijakan negara

Abstract

Pancasila, as the foundational ideology of Indonesia, plays a fundamental role in shaping a democratic system and ensuring the protection of human rights based on justice. From Yusril Ihza Mahendra’s perspective, Pancasila is not merely a normative ideology but serves as a political and legal paradigm that integrates the values of divinity, humanity, unity, democracy, and social justice into the practice of governance. According to Yusril, Indonesian democracy cannot be equated with Western liberalism, which emphasizes individual freedom; rather, it is a constitutional democracy grounded in the moral and spiritual foundations of Pancasila. The values of Pancasila position human rights in a balanced relationship between rights and responsibilities, as well as between individual and collective interests of the nation. Thus, democracy and human rights, in Yusril’s view, are integralistic—citizens’ freedoms are directed toward realizing social j  ustice and order in national life. This article aims to examine Yusril Ihza Mahendra’s thoughts on the relationship between Pancasila, democracy, and human rights, and their relevance within the context of Indonesia’s contemporary constitutional system.

Abstract

This study analyzes the legal consequences for auction winners involved in the auction of dependent rights due to the implementation of the execution of the right of dependency auction in Indonesia which often does not follow standard procedures, such as unreasonable limit pricing, lack of notification to debtors, and indications of collusion between creditors, auction officials, and auction winners. The method used in this study is normative juridical with a legislative approach, a case approach, and a conceptual approach. The results of the study show that the panel of judges in the case declared the auction process invalid because it was proven to violate the principles of transparency, accountability, and fairness in the implementation of state auctions. The auction winner is declared not entitled to acquire the auction object due to his involvement in a legally defective process, thus losing the legal protection that should be given to the auction winner in good faith. A judgment ordering the return of the auction object to the debtor is also a form of restoration of substantive justice. Analysis of the verdict using John Rawls' theory of justice shows that the verdict is in line with the principle of justice as fairness, especially in the protection of the most disadvantaged parties and correction of unfair procedures.
