Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana strategi dalam pembiayaan pendidikan yang dikelola oleh yayasan Yatim Mandiri Surabaya dalam memberdayakan anak-anak yatim dan dhuafa. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif adalah prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa MEC merupakan salah satu program unggulan yang digulirkan Yatim Mandiri, MEC sendiri merupakan program pendidikan dan pelatihan yang diperuntukan bagi purna Yatim yang berada dalam rentang usia 17 – 21 tahun. Tujuan dari progam ini ialah mencetak enterpreuner yatim dengan pembekalan tiga pilar yaitu akademik, keagamaan dan wirausaha. Dana pembiyaan pendidikan program MEC diperoleh dari Yatim Mandiri yang mengalokasikan sebesar 7% dari keseluruhan dana yang dihimpun Yatim Mandiri. Setiap mahasiswa MEC akan memperoleh dana sebesar 32 juta selama masa pendidikan satu tahun di asrama MEC. Dana ini dipergunakan sebagai pembiayaan pendidikan dan asrama selama satu tahun, terhitung sejak mahasiswa mendaftar dan menyelesaikan tahapan pendidikan dan pengkaderan selama satu tahun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang gagasan islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode atau pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), bahwa studi pustaka atau kepustakaan dapat diartikan sebagai serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa munculnya isu Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan merupakan sebuah respon atas dikotomi antara ilmu agama dan sains yang dimasukkan Barat sekuler dan budaya masyarakat modern ke dunia Islam. Kemajuan yang dicapai sains modern telah membawa pengaruh yang menakjubkan, namun di sisi lain juga membawa dampak yang negatif, karena sains modern (Barat) kering nilai atau terpisah dari nilai agama. Di samping itu Islamisasi Ilmu Pengetahuan juga merupakan reaksi atas krisis sistem pendidikan yang dihadapi umat Islam, yakni adanya dualisme sistem pendidikan Islam dan pendidikan modern (sekuler) yang membingungkan umat Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas terkait dengan nawa cita sebagai core value pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya. Melalui telaah pemahaman secara tekstual dan kontekstual. Permasalahan yang ada dijawab melalui penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada praktiknya di sekolah, nawa cita diimplementasikan dengan penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK) dengan adanya perpres no 87 tahun 2017 dan permendikbud no 20 tahun 2018. Secara Implementasi PPK di sekolah menunjukan variasi yang berbeda-beda yang disesuaikan dengan kearifan lokal satuan pendidikan di sekolah. Kehadiran nawa cita sebagai core value dari kebijakan pemerintah diadaptasikan dengan budaya lokal di lingkungan dimana penguatan pendidikan karakter diterapkan. Kebijakan ini menjadi core value dari kebijakan pemerintah yang dilaksanakan secara struktural untuk mewujudkan pembudayaan pada tri pusat pendidikan: Keluarga, Sekolah dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi tingginya angka buta aksara Al-Qur'an di Indonesia, khususnya di Desa Kedung Halang, dengan memberikan pembinaan literasi digital menggunakan Aplikasi Android Tilawati Mobile. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas membaca Al-Qur'an bagi masyarakat lansia di kelompok pengajian Bogor Mengaji dan meningkatkan literasi digital bagi para tutor. Program ini memberikan manfaat bagi berbagai pihak, antara lain Warga Belajar Bogor Mengaji, Dosen Tetap Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor, dan STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor. Kendala utama yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat lansia antara lain keterbatasan waktu belajar dan keterbatasan media pembelajaran. Aplikasi Tilawati Mobile Android memberikan kemudahan belajar Al-Qur'an dengan cara mendengarkan dan melihat maqra' yang dibaca oleh Qori, sehingga pembelajar dapat mengakses Al-Qur'an kapanpun dan dimanapun. Model pembelajaran yang didukung teknologi ini bertujuan untuk membuat pembelajaran Al-Qur'an menjadi lebih mudah dan menyenangkan bagi masyarakat lansia.

Abstract

Islamic religion teachers act as educators who not only teach religious materials, but also shape students' characters. This study aims to explore the role of Islamic religion teachers in overcoming students' egocentrism in madrasah. Egocentrism, which is characterized by excessive focus on oneself, can hinder students' social interaction and character development. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects involved religion teachers, students, and parents at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ibrahimy Sukoerjo, Situbondo, East Java. The results showed that religion teachers have an important role in instilling moral and ethical values through interactive teaching methods. The strategies applied include example-based learning, group discussions, and social activities that prioritize empathy and cooperation. In addition, parental support and a positive school culture contribute significantly to reducing students' egocentrism. However, challenges such as a lack of training for teachers and academic pressures remain limiting factors. The findings emphasize the importance of collaboration between teachers, parents and the community in creating a learning environment that supports students' character development. This research is expected to provide insights for the development of more effective educational programs in shaping empathic and social attitudes among madrasah students.

Abstract

Employee discipline is the employee's ability to carry out obligations, avoiding prohibitions. If an employee commits a violation, he will be given disciplinary sanctions as regulated by law. The type of research in this paper is descriptive qualitative, namely explaining the data obtained through observation during field research and applying the theory obtained from lectures. The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) How is employee discipline towards the regulations that have been determined at the North Sumatra Province Culture and Tourism Office? (2) How do superiors assess employees regarding discipline in using working time at the North Sumatra Province Culture and Tourism Office? (3) What are the efforts at the Department of Culture and Tourism so that all employees can be disciplined and follow the rules that apply at the Department of Culture and Tourism of North Sumatra Province? The research method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative by means of direct field research (field research) and library research, namely reading books related to the researcher's written work. The conclusions of this research are: (1) Employee discipline towards the regulations that have been determined by the North Sumatra Province Culture and Tourism Office has a very important influence on the company, to train employees to do their work on time. (2) Supervisor's assessment of employees regarding discipline in using work time at the North Sumatra Province Culture and Tourism Service. (3) efforts to realize employee discipline and responsibility in completing tasks given by superiors at the North Sumatra Province Culture and Tourism Service in providing stricter supervision of employees. Suggestions in this research are expected to be given to the head of the North Sumatra Province Culture and Tourism Service to provide strong sanctions against employees who do not follow the applicable rules.

Abstract

The increasing demand for qualified Qur’an teachers in the digital era requires innovative training models that combine pedagogical quality with technological accessibility. The Tilawati Method, a widely used system for Qur’anic recitation instruction in Indonesia, has been adapted into an online format to meet this need. This study aims to optimize the implementation of online-based Qur’an Teacher Training using the Tilawati Method with a SWOT analysis approach to improve the quality of education. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation studies that are analyzed using a SWOT matrix. The results of the analysis show strengths such as time flexibility, cost efficiency, and detailed program structure; weaknesses such as dependence on internet connections and limitations of practice sessions; opportunities in equitable access to Qur’anic education; as well as threats in the form of infrastructure constraints and miscommunication between institutions. The proposed strategy includes technology optimization, improving post-training assistance services, and strengthening cooperation between central institutions and branches. This research is expected to be the basis for the development of Qur’an-based education policies based on the Tilawati Method that is continuous improvement.
