Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of price perceptions and product attributes of medical and cloth mask users on consumer satisfaction in the Tampan district of Pekanbaru city. This research employs quantitative methods and both primary and secondary data. This study's population included everyone in the Tampan sub-district. The snowball sampling method was used on a non-probability side, with each 100 respondents wearing medical and cloth masks. The results of this study indicate that price perception significantly affects consumer satisfaction when using medical masks and cloth masks in the Tampan district of Pekanbaru city. Product attributes have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction when using medical masks and cloth masks in the handsome district of Pekanbaru city. Price perception and product attributes simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction when using medical masks and cloth masks in the Tampan district of Pekanbaru city.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence of Online Customer Review and Perceived Risk on E-Trust and Purchase Intention on E-Commerce Lazada in Pekanbaru City. Primary data was collected by questionnare and hypothesis testing was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square (SEM – PLS) method with software SmartPLS version 4 program. Technique sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method with total of 180 respondents were selected based on certain criteria. The result of this study showed that online customer review has a significant effect on perceived risk, online customer review and perceived risk has a significant effect on e-trust, online customer review has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention, perceived risk and e-trust has a significant effect on purchase intention. This result also showed that online customer review and perceived risk has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention with mediation of e-trust as an intervening variabel on e-commerce Lazada in Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

This study analyzes production cost management and pricing strategies in the batik industry at BUMDesa Langgam Sako, Desa Teluk Latak, Bengkalis Regency. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, the research aims to identify key production cost components and develop pricing strategies that align with market characteristics. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and secondary data analysis. The findings indicate that efficient cost management is crucial for setting competitive prices and supporting creative village development. The proposed model enables BUMDesa Langgam Sako to strengthen its market position, expand distribution reach, and contribute to sustainable village economic growth. This research provides practical guidance for entrepreneurs and policymakers in managing creative industries in rural areas.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDesa Langgam Sako, Bengkalis Regency, has great potential in regional superior products, but faces challenges in marketing products effectively. This article discusses the community service activities carried out by the community service team in order to support BUMDesa Langgam Sako to achieve Sustainable Competitive Advantage through marketing digitalization. The method of implementing activities begins with an analysis of the needs and potential of BUMDesa Langgam Sako. Furthermore, the procurement of a marketing website was carried out to provide a digital platform that facilitates the promotion and sale of regional superior products. The website was designed with user-friendly features and optimized for internet searches. Online marketing training was provided to BUMDesa members through intensive workshops covering the use of social media, digital content creation, and online marketing strategies as an effort to strengthen BUMDesa's ability to manage their business more effectively and achieve Sustainable Competitive Advantage. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in the visibility of regional superior products online. BUMDesa members also demonstrated improved skills in managing digital marketing and business in general. This activity successfully assisted BUMDesa Langgam Sako in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage and positively impacted the local economy through the increased contribution of flagship product sales, namely Bengkalis woven batik, it has also become a source of income for artisans and strengthened the village's economic competitiveness at the regional level. This initiative underscores the importance of digitalization for the overall economic development of the village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan di FKTP dengan tingkat kepuasan dan loyalitas peserta BPJS Kesehatan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner di 13 FKTP yang memiliki jumlah peserta di atas 10.000 jiwa. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan di klinik-klinik tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas peserta BPJS Kesehatan. Selain itu, kepuasan peserta juga berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan loyalitas. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi BPJS Kesehatan dan pemilik FKTP untuk meningkatkan standar pelayanan kesehatan guna memperbaiki kepuasan dan loyalitas peserta BPJS Kesehatan.

Abstract

Political marketing is necessary both for politicians and political parties. Political marketing is believed to be the methods and instruments that can help politicians and political parties in order to create competitive advantage and win the competition. Actually there are some similarities in terms of selling politicians and to sell products. Most political sell products in the shape of abstracs and intangible, related to the value (value laden), the promise in the future, or something that satisfaction gained in the long term, vague, and uncertain. The purpose of this study was to find out level of perceptions of urban and suburban groups on the political product, the price of politics, political campaigns, and political distribution of the decisions to vote at the urban and suburban groups, as well as examine the differences between urban groups with a group of suburban. This study sampled at village of Cintaraja and the village of Kulim in the city of Pekanbaru by respondents as many as 100 people. The data used are primary data obtained from a questionnaire with five-point Likert scale to determine the perceptions of respondents on the variables observed. The findings obtained are known effect of a political product, the price of politics, poltical campaigns and political distribution in the urban and suburban groups. Political campaign and the distribution of politics does not affect the vote decision of urban group. On the outskirts of the distribution of political groups does not affect the decision to choose, there is a different partially, but simultaneously, there is no difference in the decision to vote in urban with a group of suburban.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and corporation image on student satisfaction and student loyalty at the Lembaga TOEFL Indonesia (LTI) Pekanbaru. The population in this study were students who were registered and directly involved in the teaching and learning process and received facilities in the TOEFL ITP preparation program at LTI Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 160 respondents. Data analysis using PLS – SEM (Partial Least Square - Sturctural Equation Modeling) with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that service quality affects student satisfaction and student loyalty at LTI Pekanbaru. Then the corporation's image has an effect on student satisfaction and student loyalty at LTI Pekanbaru. Student satisfaction has an effect on student loyalty at LTI Pekanbaru. Increasing student satisfaction and student loyalty is needed in various ways, especially providing immediate and fast service and acting quickly in handling requests and complaints so that students feel satisfied and loyal with the services provided by LTI Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap kepuasan siswa dan loyalitas siswa pada Lembaga TOEFL Indonesia (LTI) Pekanbaru. Populasi pada penelitian ini siswa yang terdaftar dan terlibat secara langsung dalam proses belajar mengajar dan menerima fasilitas pada program TOEFL ITP preparation di LTI Pekanbaru. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 160 responden. Analisis data menggunakan PLS – SEM (Partial Least Square - Sturctural Equation Modeling) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan siswa dan loyalitas siswa di LTI Pekanbaru. Kemudian citra perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan siswa dan loyalitas siswa di LTI Pekanbaru. Kepuasan siswa berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas siswa di LTI Pekanbaru. Peningkatan kepuasan siswa dan loyalitas siswa diperlukan dengan berbagai cara terutama memberikan layanan yang segera dan cepat serta bertindak cepat tanggap dalam menangani permintaan dan keluhan sehingga siswa merasa puas dan loyal dengan layanan yang diberikan LTI Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of content marketing, brand ambassadors, and product reviews on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening consumers in Pekanbaru City. With 190 responders the population in examination was Scarlett Whitening in Pekanbaru City. Purposive and non-probability sampling techniques are used in sample dedicating. Multiple linear regression analysis is the analytical technique utilized in this research, and SPSS V.25 helpline to process the data. Research findings indicate that content marketing has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, brand ambassadors has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, product reviews has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, there is a simultaneous relationship betweeen content marketing, brand ambassadors, and product reviews and purchasing decisions

Abstract

Entrepreneurship Clinic for Finance and Marketing was conducted as an effort to empower business groups within BUMDesa Langgam Sako to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. In an era of increasing competition, it is essential for rural enterprises to strengthen their production capacity, management, and marketing strategies to maintain business sustainability. Therefore, this training was designed to provide participants with relevant knowledge and skills. The objective of this activity was to enhance the capacity and competitiveness of BUMDesa Langgam Sako's business groups through comprehensive training in production, management, and marketing. The training was held from August 4th to 9th, 2024, at BUMDesa Langgam Sako, Teluk Latak Village, Bengkalis Regency. The training consisted of workshops and interactive classroom sessions. Participants were provided with relevant materials and opportunities to practice the skills they learned. This activity was attended by 30 participants from BUMDesa Langgam Sako’s business units, who showed significant improvement in their understanding of production techniques, business management, and online marketing. Monitoring and evaluation revealed that this training successfully strengthened managerial foundations, improved production standards, and expanded the digital marketing reach of the participants. Participants were also provided with training modules to ensure ongoing understanding. This training was effective in enhancing the capacity of BUMDesa’s enterprises and is expected to provide sustainable impacts on the growth and competitiveness of these business units in the future.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengenai pemberdayaan Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Pembina Pekanbaru melalui transformasi digital, optimalisasi tata kelola keuangan dan manajemen usaha berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan daya saing di era ekonomi digital. Metode terdiri dari empat tahapan pelaksanaan program yaitu Persiapan Pelatihan, Pelatihan sistem penjualan online berbasis marketplace dan pelatihan sosial media marketing, Pelatihan Keuangan dan Penggunaan Software Akuntansi Sederhana serta Mentoring Keuangan, dan Evaluasi dan Monitoring. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta dalam semua aspek yang diuji melalui pre-test dan post-test. Peningkatan yang signifikan pada setiap soal menunjukkan efektivitas materi pelatihan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang cara memanfaatkan marketplace untuk penjualan online dan memahami fitur-fitur dalam transaksi keuangan yang ada di dalam Sistem Informasi Keuangan. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan praktis yang dapat membantu guru dan siswa SLBN Pembina Pekanbaru untuk lebih mandiri secara finansial dengan memanfaatkan platform digital untuk memasarkan produk keterampilan dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan mereka.
