Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of the addition of cucumber tree (Averrhoa bilimbi L) and boiling on levels of residual formaldehyde and protein profiles of formalin-contaminated pacific white shrimp (Letapenaeus vannamei) and its utilization as a source of nutrition and food safety education in society. Research using experimental methods with a factorial randomized block design. The independent variable in this study is the long boiling with three levels of variation (0 minutes, R0; 30 minutes, R1; and 45 minutes, R2) and the concentration of cucumber tree fruit juice with five levels of variation (0%, BW0; 20%, BW1; 40%, BW2, 60%, BW3, and 80%, BW4). The results of this research has shown that (1) addition of cucumber tree concentration of 80% and boiling time 45 minutes (R2BW4) can reduce levels of residual formaldehyde pacific white shrimp highest, amounting to 99.20% of the formaldehyde levels from 1.127 g% to 0.009 g% (2) the addition of cucumber tree concentration of 80% and without boiling (R0BW4) can increase the protein levels of total retturn of pacific white shrimp with the smallest loss rate, amounting to 0.76% of protein levels from 23.205 g% to 23.028 g%; (3 ) addition of cucumber tree and boiling water can alter the existence of molecular weight protein bands of pacific white shrimp, (6) the addition of cucumber tree and boiling can eliminate immunogenicity properties of the BM 37.38 kDa protein of fresh pacific white shrimp (US) and formalin-contaminated pacific white shrimp (UF) in male mice (Mus musculus) strain BALB/C. From the results of this study can be concluded that the addition of cucumber tree and boiling significantly affect the residue levels of formaldehyde and protein profiles of formalin-contaminated pacific white hrimp. Further results of this study have been compiled in the form of popular science books as a nutrition and food safety education in society. Key words: residual formaldehyde, protein profile, formalin-contaminated pacific white shrimp , cucumber tree, nutrition and food safety ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi L) dan perebusan terhadap kadar residu formalin dan profil protein udang putih (Letapenaeus vannamei) berformalin serta pemanfaatannya sebagai sumber pendidikan gizi dan keamanan pangan pada masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan acak kelompok faktorial. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah lama perebusan dengan tiga tingkat variasi (0 menit, R0; 30 menit, R1; dan 45 menit, R2) dan konsentrasi perasan buah belimbing wuluh dengan lima tingkat variasi (0%, BW0; 20%, BW1; 40%, BW2; 60%, BW3; dan 80%, BW4). Hasil penelitian ini telah menunjukkan bahwa (1) penambahan belimbing wuluh konsentrasi 80% dan lama perebusan 45 menit (R2BW4) dapat menurunkan kadar residu formalin udang putih paling tinggi, yaitu sebesar 99,20% dari kadar formalin asal 1,127 g% menjadi 0,009 g%; (2) penambahan belimbing wuluh konsentrasi 80% dan tanpa perebusan (R0BW4) dapat meningkatkan kembali kadar protein total udang putih dengan tingkat kehilangan paling kecil, yaitu sebesar 0,76% dari kadar protein asal 23,205 g% menjadi 23,028 g%; (3) penambahan belimbing wuluh dan perebusan dapat merubah keberadaan pita berat molekul protein udang putih; (6) penambahan belimbing wuluh dan perebusan dapat menghilangkan sifat imunogenisitas protein BM 37,38 kDa udang segar (US) dan udang berformalin (UF) pada mencit jantan (Mus musculus) galur BALB/C. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan belimbing wuluh dan perebusan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kadar residu formalin dan profil protein udang putuh berformalin. Hasil penelitian ini lebih lanjut telah disusun dalam bentuk buku ilmiah populer sebagai bahan pendidikan gizi dan keamanan pangan pada masyarakat. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Impact of Domestic Violence on Children's Social Welfare (Case Study in Padalaa Village, Menui District, Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi). This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to 4 children who experience violence in Padalaa Village. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used a qualitative approach with the following steps, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. There are three forms of violence committed by parents in the household against children in Padalaa Village, Menui District, Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi, namely: physical violence, psychological violence and neglect. There are three impacts of domestic violence on children, namely: fear, stress and dropping out of school.

Abstract

Kacang merah (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) adalah salah satu jenis kacang-kacangan yang banyak ditemukan dan dimanfaatkan di Indonesia. Kacang merah kering merupakan sumber protein nabati, karbohidrat kompleks, serat, vitamin B, folasin, tiamin, kalsium, fosfor, dan zat besi. Rumput laut (Euchema cottonii) merupakan salah satu komoditi kelautan Indonesia yang cukup potensial sebagai penghasil devisa negara. Kadar karagenan dalam setiap Eucheuma berkisar antara 54-73% tergantung pada jenis dan tempat tumbuhnya. Rumput laut ini digunakan dalam pengolahan permen jelly bertujuan untuk membantu tekstur dari permen jelly kacang merah, karena rumput laut mengandung karagenan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsentrasi perbandingan antara kacang merah (Phaseolus Vulgaris L.) dan rumput laut (Euchema cottonii) yang tepat terhadap karakteristik permen jelly. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada C (kacang merah 50% dan rumput laut 50%) dengan kadar air total 22,95 %, kadar gula reduksi 19,10 %, kadar abu 1,012 %, dan hasil uji organoleftik rasa 4,15%, warna 3,9%, aroma 4,2% dan tekstur 4,15%. Pada pembuatan permen jelly kacang merah dan rumput laut belum menghasilkan permen dengan kadar air yang sesuai standar SNI.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the world of stock investment, there is a phenomenon of rising stock prices in January, known as the "January Effect". The purpose of this study was to determine the January Effect phenomenon in the LQ-45 index stock companies with an observation period of 2015-2018. This research is based on a problem in the form of an indication of the tendency of stock returns and trading volumes in January which is higher than the other eleven months.The method used in this research is quantitative analysis method. Where this method uses secondary data in the form of published company financial statements, which are then carried out statistical analysis using paired sample t-test. By using efficient market hypothesis theory and anomalous theory.Based on the results of the t-test using significance (α) 0.05 shows that there is no significant difference between the level of stock returns and trading volume before and after January 1. With the three research periods the results of the sig t showed a positive value. It could also be caused in Indonesia has a different tax year.Keywords: January Effect, Abnormal Return, Trading Volume Activity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are differences in financial performance between companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after the implementation of e-commerce. The data analysis technique used in this research is the sample T-test for data that is normally distributed. The variables analyzed consisted of the profitability ratio proxied by Return On Assets (ROA); liquidity ratio proxied by Current Ratio (CR); solvability ratio proxied by Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR); and activity ratio proxied by Total Assets Turnover (TATO). Based on the results of this study, the criteria for ROA, CR, DAR and TATO showed significant differences before and after the implementation of e-commerce.Keywords: Financial Performance, E-commerce, ROA, CR, DAR, TATO.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Political Cost, and Litigation Risk Against Accounting Conservatism. The population of this study is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2018. Samples selected by use purposive sampling and get 63 companies based on criteria. This research uses multiple linear regression model. The results of this study indicate that the adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Political Cost, and Litigation Risk influences Accounting Conservatism. The adoption of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) has a negative effect on Accounting Conservatism. Political Cost has a positive effect on Accounting conservatism. Political Cost has a positive effect on Accounting Conservatism.Keywords: IFRS, Political Costs, Litigation Risk, Accounting Conservatism.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to analyze the effect of Rupiah currency exchange rates on US dollars against stock prices on the IDX after an initial public offering (IPO) ". The sample in this study is a company that conducts an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2016-2018. The analytical method used is Simple Linear Regression with SPSS 16, 2019 Software. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that simultaneously the model formed to predict the exchange rate affects the stock price. Partially, it shows that individual exchange rates have a significant influence on stock prices.Keywords: Currency Exchange Rates and Stock Prices After IPO

Abstract

This study aims to analyze profitability, liquidity, and firm size affect the timeliness of financial reporting. The population used in this study is the property of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2021. While the sample used in this study is purposive sampling. There are 83 companies that are included in the property sector but the sample that can be processed is 33 companies. The results of this study indicate that profitability and firm size affect timeliness in financial reporting, liquidity does not affect timeliness in financial reporting.Keywords: Profitability, liquidity, firm size, financial reporting timeliness.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to analyze the "effect of professional commitment, locus of control and anticipatory socialization of students on whistleblowing". The sample in this study was all Accounting Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 22 For Windows software. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that simultaneously professional commitment, locos of control and anticipatory socialization of students affect the whistleblowing. Partially it shows that professional commitment, locus of control and anticipatory socialization of students have an effect on whistleblowing.Keywords: “Professional commitment, locus of control and anticipatory socialization affect whistleblowing”.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, leverage, and price earning ratio to the value of the company at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2019 period. The data used is secondary data. In this study the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique and obtained 35 manufacturing companies that fit the sample criteria that will be used as the object of research. Based on the test results that simultaneously capital structure variables, profitability, leverage, and price earning ratio have a significant effect on firm value. Partially shows that capital structure and profitability variables have a significant effect on firm value, while leverage and price earning ratio variables have no significant effect on firm value.Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability, Leverage, Price Earning Ratio, and Company Value
