Abstract

Character education is a process of applying moral and religious values to students through science, the application of these values to oneself, family, fellow friends, education and the surrounding environment as well as God Almighty. The social development of elementary school age children has increased, initially only socializing with family at home, then gradually getting to know the people around them. Children at this age are also familiar with the digital lifestyle during the pandemic, be it from home, friends, school and the surrounding environment. The digital era in the pandemic era is not only a positive impact, but also a negative impact, hereinafter our role as parents, education and adult society, guiding and supervising children to live it well, accurately, and positively beneficial for the children themselves.Keywords: Character Education, Elementary School Children, During the Pandemic

Abstract

This research was conducted at Al Washliyah Junior High School 30 Medan which aims to improve the ability to read the Qur'an through the introduction of hijaiyyah letters using baghdadiyah method in class VIII-1 Al Washliyah Junior High School 30 Medan. This type of research is classroom action research. The approach is a qualitative and quantitative approach that leads to an increase in the ability to read the Quran through Baghdadiyah methods. The instruments used in this study are in the form of tests, observation sheets and documentation. This research consists of three cycles,consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, reflection, also accompanied by discussion. The subject of the researchers of this study were students of class VIII-1 Al Washliyah Junior High School 30 Medan which amounted to 20 people. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in the reading ability of the Quran of learners through the Baghdadiyah method in Al Washliyah Junior High School 30 Medan, in the initial condition (precycle) by 31.25%, increased in cycle I to 42.5%, in cycle II the reading ability of learners increased to 66.25% and in cycle III increased to 82.50%.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities in Indonesia during COVID-19 Pandemics are getting worse day by day due to the implementation of online schools from their respective homes and even face-to-face schools, but using the wave system is a big obstacle for teachers and guardians in general. With online schools, all teaching and learning activities should be delivered in totality. This also imposes distance learning (PJJ) which makes students' interest in learning decrease.

Abstract

Students' perceptions of skills in teaching PKP Students (Professional AbilityDevelopment). This study aims to determine how much interest students in the world of education. The method used is descriptive method, discussion, practice. Students' opinions (90.5%) or students rarely express theresults of their thoughts, so that it has an impact on students who are bored (less interested) to take part in teaching and learning activities.Teachers in teaching activities are required to use the method so that the objectives of learning activities can be achieved to the maximum. In using the descriptive method, it aims to provide opportunities for students who want to express their opinions, so that students are active and look for solutions/answers to the lesson. The discussion method is to help students who do not understand astudent so that other students can provide statements on the problem. So that students can understandeverything they do not know

Abstract

This research is entitled “Implementation Of The Talaqqi Method in LearningTahfidz Qur’an at SMP IT Nurul Azmi Medan”. This study aims to determine the implementation of teachers in tahfidz learning with the talaqqi method, describe the design of tahfidz learning in carrying out the learning process for students, and the benefits of implementing the talaqqi method in tahfidz learning. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection technique is to use observation, interviews and documentation at the school.

Abstract

Based on field experience the understanding of the material received by students in pie lessons is still not optimal, this study uses the Pie simulation learning method. Muhammadiyah 50 Medan .Development of PKP Professional Capability which is carried out in one month. The location of the research subjects is class VII, VIII, IX. Islamic religious education in general can be understood as an effort to increase students' faith, understanding, appreciation and practice of the Islamic religion so that they become Muslim individuals who believe and are pious and have noble character in personal, community, nation and state life. This study is to determine the evaluation of the simulation process Islamic religious education learning at Muhammadiyah 50 Medan Middle School is in accordance with the planned program. a) By using the method the teacher has used media/approaches in the variation learning process

Abstract

The development of education is currently being tested with various cases and problems that befall, not only curriculum problems, and infrastructure but also now overwritten with problems in actions such as sexual harassment experienced by students. The harassment that occurred was in the form of online and some in person. Some of this sexual harassment is done not by outside parties but can happen by people close to the victim, such as girlfriends and classmates. The role of Islamic religious education must have a big role in solving this problem, how can religious education actually be a control in doing something so that the measure is right and wrong or good and bad. This study aims to find information on how the actual role of Islamic religious education in suppressing sexual harassment both online and directly, then whether any of the students studied in this study experienced or were perpetrators of online sexual harassment, who the perpetrators were, and what types of online sexual harassment were received. by the victim. In addition, the purpose of this research is to provide anticipation and lessons to reduce the occurrence of online sexual harassment. This study involved 232 students at the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra from various majors and different residential areas. This research method uses mixed research, where the approach in the research is quantitative by analyzing numbers, and in the qualitative approach uses descriptive analysis. Searching for information about the things being researched by researchers uses a questionnaire in the form of a google form, to strengthen the results of the answers from the respondents, the researchers also conduct limited questions and are bound to the respondents. As for testing the validity of the data, the researchers used Melles and Huberman. The results obtained indicate that the provision of Islamic religious education materials has a very high role in overcoming or controlling students so that they are not involved as perpetrators of online or offline sexual harassment. The types of sexual harassment experienced by students are starting from using social media that is not well controlled, the harassment they get is in the form of sending pornographic photos, and pornographic videos and asking for nude photos and videos.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kefektivitas penggunaan terhadap media Qiro’ah dalam kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an pada siswa di Betong Junior Khalifah School Yala, Thailnd. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode ini dipilih untuk memaparkan secara lebih jelas terkait suatu masalah dalam kajian yang diteliti sehinga peneliti dapat menghasilkan kajian atau suatu fenomena yang terbukti kejelasannya. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak kelas 3 SD. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Qiro’ah digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik dalam kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an. Penggunaan media pembelajaran Qiro’ah dan flashcard menjadikan pembelajaran lebih menarik serta mempengaruhi kemampuan anak dalam mengenal huruf. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan media pembelajaran Qiro’ati dapat meningkatkan kefektivan peserta didik dalam mempelajari huruf hijaiyah, sehingga paham akan hukum tajwid yang ada didalam Al-Qur’an sehingga dalam membaca Al-Quran siswa tidaksalah lagi melafaskannya serta meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap Al-Qur’an yang berdampak pada hasil belajar peserta didik.
