Abstract

This research aims to analyze the market reaction that can be seen from the abnormal return and trading volume of activity against BI rate’s decrease announcement which is the lowest point in 2011. Research methods using paired samples t-test. Data used in this research include the date of announcement of the BI rate which is used as the event date (t0), daily closing share price of companies in a period of observation, LQ-45 index daily, the number of shares traded or daily volume, and the number of shares in circulation or listed share. This research uses 39 companies listed in the LQ 45 Index listed in BEI as samples. Result of this research is the absence of differences of Abnormal Return and Trading Volume of Activity before and after the announcement. The possibility of this situation was caused by the negative sentiment arising due to the debt crisis in Europe that there is never a solution so it affects the psychology of investors un decision-making.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis model pembiayaan yang sesuai dengan harapan pelaku UMKM melalui peran Lembaga Keuangan Mikro (LKM). Metode penelitian menggunakan mix methods dengan jenis deskriptif-eksploratif. Populasi 150 UMKM di Kota Bandung Jawa Barat, dengan 52 sampel yang telah mendapat pembiayaan melalui LKM dan telah beroperasi minimal 3 tahun. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis SWOT, IFAS dan EFAS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model pembiayaan belum sepenuhnya sesuai harapan pelaku UMKM, diantaranya prosedur pembiayaan dipersepsikan  rumit dan bunga masih tinggi, sehingga pelaku UMKM masih banyak yang mengandalkan modal sendiri dalam membiayai usahanya.  Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, maka model pembiayaan kooperatif dipersepsikan cocok untuk UMKM, dimana LKM  menjadi lebih optimal menjalankan perannya sebagai fasilitator pengelolaan keuangan, manajemen, dan pemasaran dengan melibatkan jaringan usaha dan komunitas. LKM lebih menjangkau UMKM sehingga mudah diakses, prosedur lebih sederhana, dan memberikan tawaran bunga lebih murah melalui pemanfaatan program pemerintah dan lembaga keuangan lain yang terkait.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing in the catering business. Customer satisfaction affect the profit earned by entrepreneur food. Things that can affect customer satisfaction among them is the quality of product and quality of services provided by the food producers.One way to determine customer satisfaction is to compare the expectation and the reality perceived by the customer.Research method used in this research is descriptive verification method. The number of samples in this research were 100 consumers, data collection is done by spreading the questionnaire and documentary study. Model analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 22 for windows. The results showed that the Product Quality and Service Quality has significant impact on customer satisfaction. Results of calculations using multiple linear regression analysis obtain the equation Y=3,291+0,059X₁+0,152X₂ it means an increase by 1 unit Product Quality, the Consumer Satisfaction Sushi Den Bandung will increase by 0.059 and any increase Quality of Service by 1 unit, the Consumer Satisfaction Sushi Den Bandung will also rise by 0.152. Food producers should further improve the quality of product quality and service quality by determining and implementing the Standard Operational Procedure properly in order to provide a positive impact for food company.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Company Size (Size) on Return On Assets (ROA) through Non Performing Loans (NPL). The object of this research is 180 secondary data from the financial statements of the Financial Services Authority, but there are only 164 data because the normality of the data does not reach 0.05. The method of data analysis in this research is descriptive analysis, data normality test, path analysis test and sobel test. The tool or application used to analyze the data in this study is SPSS v.24 software. The results of this study indicate that the LDR variable has a significant effect on ROA, the CAR variable has a significant effect on ROA, the Size variable has a significant effect on ROA, the NPL variable has no significant effect on ROA, the LDR, CAR and Size variables on ROA through NPL cannot mediate.

Abstract

This study was proposed to determine how much influence the liquidity ratio, capital structure and activity have on profit growth in food and beverage sub-sector companies. This study uses secondary data, the financial data of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017 – 2021. The sample technique uses purposive sampling and the analytical tool technique uses simple linear and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that liquidity ratio, capital structure rasio and activity ratio partially have no effect and are not significant on profit growth. The Liquidity ratio, capital structure rasio and activity ratio simultaneously also have no effect and are not significant on profit growth. The variables show no effect on profit growth, with an Adjusted R2 value of 0.029 (2.9%), which means that the variables, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Inventory Turnover, have no effect on profit growth of only 2.9 % while the remaining 97.1% is explained by other variables beyond this. Partially the quality of the liquidity ratio, capital structure and activities have no effect and are not significant on profit growth.

Abstract

The current pattern of city development is influenced by various aspects, one of which greatly affects the development is the development of the economic sector. The financial services sector which is one of the pillars of people's lives has led to very rapid development and of course, this is also what ultimately raises many problems in the financial sector, especially fundamental problems. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of law number 4 of 2023 on the sustainability of the financial services sector, especially the financing institution sector. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and is descriptive in nature with data collection tools, namely in-depth and gradual interviews. The results obtained are Law No. 4 of 2023 can optimize the intermediary function to productive sector businesses, increase inclusion and literacy of the financial services sector, develop and strengthen the financial sector ecosystem, and be able to create synergy and good coordination between regulators and increase community competitiveness so that they can do business effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV Tiga Putri Cahyono Di Pamulang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 55 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan, uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear sederhana, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil analisis menunjukan: Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerjakaryawan dengan persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 9,835 + 0,689X1. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,917 artinya memiliki tingkat hubungan kuat dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,813 artinya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja sebesar 18,7%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (15,183 > 2,006) dan diperkuat oleh nilai signifikan < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Lingkungan Kerja Fisik secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, ditunjukan oleh persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 8.951 + 0.736X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,904 artinya memiliki hubungan kuat dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,818 artinya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja fisik sebesar 18,2%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (15,416 > 2,006) dan diperkuat oleh nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil penelitian disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan, ditunjukan oleh persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 8,538 + 0,340 X1 + 0.396 X2, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,841 artinya memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 84,1% artinya kinerja dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik sebesar 15,9%. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel (137,665 > 3,18) dan diperkuat dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian terbukti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era 4.0 membuat persaingan usaha semakin meningkat. Pelaku UMKM perlu melakukan perubahan dan beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi tersebut guna dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor. Akibat pandemi, banyak pelaku UMKM yang beralih ke perdagangan elektronik (e-commerce) untuk meningkatkan penjualan, tetapi hal tersebut tidak di dukung dengan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menggunakan teknologi. Akibatnya, masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang tidak berkembang dan masih pada jangkauan yang sama. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan pada pelaku UMKM yaitu “Kacang Mede Dapur Umi” tentang bagaimana pemanfaatan media sosial dalam memasarkan produk. Melalui media sosial, pelaku UMKM dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan mempromosikan produk atau layanan. Disisi lain, media sosial sebagai sarana penjualan produk yang efektif dan efisien serta kegiatan ini juga melakukan pendampingan dalam memanfaatkan berbagai marketplace sebagai sarana penjualan produk. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kontektual yaitu dengan memberikan materi terlebih dahulu, kemudian workshop dengan mengunggah langsung produk-produk yang dihasilkan oleh pelaku UMKM “Kacang Mede Dapur Umi”. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu adanya pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang pemasaran melalui media sosial, memahami produk yang dihasilkan dan mampu melakukan promosi melalui media sosial secara mandiri

Abstract

Mata sebagai indera penglihatan memiliki peranan penting dalam kegiatan belajar. Buta warna dan gangguan penglihatan/refraksi seringkali tidak disadari oleh santri/wati, dikarenakan santri/wati sudah terbiasa dengan kondisi tersebut. Dalam rangka World Sight Day 2024, dengan tema kesehatan mata anak, Klinik Atria Waris bekerjasama dengan Ikatan Refraksionis (IROPIN) Papua memanfaatkan momentum ini untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat berupa edukasi dan skrining kesehatan mata kepada santri/wati Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTS) di Pondok Pesantren (Pontren) Santri Perbatasan Timur Merauke. Kegiatan edukasi terkait pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mata, pengukuran tajam penglihatan (visus) dengan snellen chart dan pemeriksaan buta warna menggunakan ishihara test. Sebanyak 74 santri/wati, yang terdiri dari kelas VII dan kelas VIII, 16 diantaranya mengalami penurunan tajam penglihatan, dan 1 santri mengalami buta warna partial. Kegiatan diawali dengan edukasi dan sesi tanya jawab terkait kesehatan mata serta cara menjaga kesehatan mata. Pada santri/wati dengan penurunan tajam penglihatan, dilakukan penggalian faktor risiko. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu mendata hasil pemeriksaan visus dan anamnesa singkat setelah pemeriksaan. Hasil pemeriksaan visus dianalisis dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, sedangkan wawancara dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif. Skrining kesehatan mata pada santri/wati diharapkan menjadi media promosi kesehatan yang tepat. Bagi santri/wati dengan kelainan refraksi, selanjutnya diberikan koreksi kacamata yang tepat agar dapat dipakai dalam kegiatan belajar sehari-hari. Bagi santri/wati dengan buta warna, diberikan informasi dan edukasi agar dapat dijadikan pertimbangan dalam menentukan tujuan sekolah dan karir selanjutnya

Abstract

Water is a variety of needs in everyday life. Raw water in Palangka Raya City is still influenced by peat water which has a low pH, while river water has quite high turbidity due to sedimentation. For residential areas that are far from the reach of PDAM, it will be difficult to get clean water and there is no fast technology to handle the decrease in acidity. An alternative innovation that can be used by people who are far from the reach of PDAM is to use appropriate technology tools for wasp nest water purifiers. The purpose of the study was to obtain a comparison of water treatment results from several variations of non-natural filter media in wasp nest water purifiers against pH and TDS. The method used in this experimental test was to test short, medium, and high wasp nest water purifiers with a filtration hole size of 0.25 cm and a distance between holes of 0.5 cm. The volume of non-natural filter media in various sizes of wasp nest water purifiers was conditioned the same in each experiment. The filtration process uses 4 pumps with a pump discharge of 45 l/minute each. The results obtained indicate that the filtration type water purifier functions well and is able to increase pH. There is an increase in the TDS parameter because during the water circulation process there is uncontrolled mixing of the filter media.
