Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has transformed how organizations create and deliver marketing elements. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using digital templates as a practical and fast solution for organizing marketing elements. The research method used is a literature review analyzing various studies related to digital marketing, graphic design, and digital template usage. The findings indicate that digital templates can accelerate the marketing material production process by up to 50%, maintain design consistency and quality, and significantly reduce production costs. Furthermore, the use of digital templates enhances organizational responsiveness to market changes and marketing trends, providing competitive advantages, especially for small and medium enterprises. However, successful implementation depends heavily on technological readiness, user training, and appropriate template selection. This study offers strategic recommendations for organizations to optimize digital template use in digital marketing strategies to support business growth and sustainability in the digital era.

Abstract

This research is motivated by employee performance caused by leadership style and training at Nagari Koto Baru bank, Dharmasraya Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and training on employee performance at Nagari Koto Baru bank, Dharmasraya Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents measured by a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 then described descriptively. The results showed that (1) there is an influence of leadership style on employee performance as evidenced by the t value of the leadership style variable count greater than the t table of 6.948>2.011 or a significance level smaller than 0.05; (2) there is an influence of training on employee performance as evidenced by the t value of the training variable count greater than the t table of 3.953>2.011 or a significance level smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative method and focuses on a cattle breeder named Nur Amin, aged 53, who has been raising sacrificial cattle since 2022 in Medan Krio Village, Sunggal Subdistrict. The purpose of this study is to analyze the breeder’s profile and the strategies implemented in developing the sacrificial cattle business. The farm consists of 12 cows—10 males and 2 females—mainly of Simmental and Brahman breeds. The study found that feed fermentation and regular vitamin administration play significant roles in improving cattle growth and health. In addition, regular stable hygiene and the application of artificial insemination are key factors in livestock management. Although no major obstacles have been encountered, limited promotion and market access remain challenges for business expansion. The research also emphasizes the importance of treating cattle farming as a primary business, not just a side activity. The inclusion of Islamic principles and religious texts reinforces that this business aligns with Islamic values, especially in providing halal and high-quality sacrificial animals for religious rites.

Abstract

This study employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach to examine the economic thought of al-Ghazali, a prominent scholar in the Islamic intellectual tradition renowned not only for his contributions to Sufism and philosophy but also for his insights into economic and social ethics. The research aims to explore situs big77 al-Ghazali’s contributions to Islamic economics, particularly in the framework of justice, ethical trade, and equitable wealth distribution. The study begins by tracing a brief biography of al-Ghazali, his intellectual journey, and his leadership in the classical Islamic scholarly world. The discussion then focuses on his core economic thoughts as reflected in his works such as *Ihya’ Ulum al-Din* and *al-Mustasfa*, which emphasize the balance between spiritual and material needs in economic activity. The research also explores the impact of al-Ghazali’s economic thought during the caliphate era and its relevance in modern economic contexts, especially in addressing challenges related to wealth distribution and business ethics. The findings indicate that al-Ghazali’s ideas remain relevant and can serve as a reference for developing an Islamic economic system grounded in justice and oriented toward public welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the urgency of listing business locations on digital platforms such as Google Maps, with a case study on the small and medium enterprise (SME) producing tempeh “Nek Timbli” in Bandar Malela Village. The push for economic digitalization has become one of the key factors in increasing the competitiveness of SMEs in the era of Industry 4.0. The availability of online business location information is expected to improve SME visibility, expand consumer reach, and support local economic growth. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving direct interviews with the business owner, field observations, and literature analysis on SME digitalization. The findings reveal that listing the business location on Google Maps has a positive impact by increasing customer visits, facilitating access to information, and strengthening business image. This study highlights the importance of digital technology adoption by SMEs to face increasingly intense market competition. Therefore, digitalizing business location becomes an effective strategy to accelerate rural economic transformation.

Abstract

Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini berupaya mengkaji fenomena endorsement dalam kerangka etika bisnis Islam. Hasil observasi pelanggan dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa responden setuju bahwa endorsement adalah cara yang baik untuk mendongkrak penjualan. Namun, para responden berpendapat bahwa nilai-nilai syariah tidak sepenuhnya dijunjung tinggi dalam praktik ini. Beberapa influencer mempunyai kecenderungan untuk meminimalkan kelemahan suatu produk, yang bisa jadi tidak jujur dan bertentangan dengan penekanan Islam pada kejujuran. Untuk memastikan bahwa endorsement menguntungkan dan konsisten dengan nilai-nilai Islam, penelitian ini menyarankan influencer dan profesional bisnis untuk mempertimbangkan konsep etika seperti tanggung jawab sosial dan transparansi. prosedur. Temuan penelitian ini diyakini akan membantu industri memahami betapa pentingnya etika bisnis Islam dalam praktik endorsement.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the risk of work accidents among PT field officers. PLN West Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi Province using the HIRADC method. This type of research is based on the philosophy of post-positivism and is carried out to study the state of natural objects (not experiments). There were 7 research informants including 1 key informant, namely the K3L Implementing Officer of PT. PLN Kuala Tungkal, 2 main informants, namely the Head of PT. PLN Kuala Tungkal, and PT Performance Analysis. PLN Kuala Tungkal, 4 supporting informants, namely PT field employees. PLN Kuala Tungkal. Based on the results of the research, conclusions related to the risk analysis of work accidents among PT field officers. PLN West Tanjung Jabung Regency found 11 potential dangers after evaluating the risk ranking of accidents in the implementation of electricity production work in the operations division. There are 15 types of risk (37.5%) classified as medium risk, 22 types of risk (55%) classified as high risk, and 3 types of risk (7.5%) classified as very high risk (extreme risk). , and After analyzing the classification of work procedures, there are several work procedures, namely inappropriate work procedures, not being disciplined in using PPE when working.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of tax, foreign ownership and company size on transfer pricing. The data used in this study are secondary data and quantitative research methods. This study uses the observation method for the company`s financial reports and annual reports. This research focuses on basic materials and industrials sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. The sampling method used purposive sampling. This study uses SPSS 25 to analysis 175 observational data. Data analyzed using descriptive statistics, model feasibility test, classic assumption test, logistic regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Research has shown that taxes have no influence on transfer pricing, foreign ownership and company size affect transfer pricing.

Abstract

Efektivitas program ini dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia dapat diukur dari beberapa indikator, seperti pemahaman terhadap program, target, jangka waktu, pencapaian target, dan perubahan nyata. Pemerintah memiliki program-program kerja yang akan dilaksanakan selama siklus pemerintahan, di mana program tersebut merupakan kumpulan kegiatan dan tindakan nyata dan sistematis yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan suatu sistem yang menyeluruh dan terstruktur, yang dilakukan oleh satu atau lebih instansi pemerintah atau bekerja sama dengan masyarakat untuk mencapai tujuan dan sasaran yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya, dengan harapan dapat dicapai secara efektif. Penelitian ini menjelaskan efektivitas program investasi pemerintah dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah pemerintah dapat meningkatkan efektivitas program investasi dengan, menciptakan kebijakan yang ramah investasi, seperti menyederhanakan proses perizinan, memberikan insentif pajak, dan menjamin perlindungan hukum bagi investor. Program investasi pemerintah memberikan dampak efektif dalam bidang ekonomi juga mampu menciptakan lingkungan investasi yang kondusif, sehingga dapat memaksimalkan peluang pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

To achieve the desired DC voltage, a variety of DC-DC converter types are employed, including buck converters, which can generate output voltages lower than the input voltage, boost converters, which can generate output voltages higher than the input voltage, and buck-boost converters, which can raise and lower the output voltage value based on the input voltage value. MOSFET is used in this study's buck-boost converter design because to its lower cost. The Pulse Widening Technique, commonly known as the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) approach, is one way to control the MOSFET modulation pulse. In designing the buck-boost converter using the ATMega8535 microcontroller, it consists of several main components, namely: The ATMega8535 microcontroller functions as a PWM signal generator, the MOSFET gate drive consists of an optocoupler 4N25 IC, which is used for switching the IRFP 250N MOSFET. In this study, a buck-boost converter will be made that can increase and decrease DC voltage. The output voltage setting of the buck-boost converter can be done by adjusting the power switch modulation pulse used in the buck-boost converter. The test results of the buck-boost converter circuit show that the converter can work well to increase and decrease the voltage according to the desired set point. Both in testing the tool with different loads and constant voltage, the tool is able to work as desired
