Abstract

Visitors' Perception of Malini Agropark as an Agriculture-Based Tourist Attraction in Pecatu Village, South Kuta District, Badung Regency Malini Agropark is one of the agricultural-based tourist attractions in the Pecatu area. The development of the Pecatu area has become the tourism sector to date. This study aims to analyze the characteristics and perceptions of visitors to tourist attractions, namely Attraction, Amenities, Accessibility, and Ancillary. This study uses accidental sampling technique with data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and interview guidelines. The sample in the study amounted to 50 people. This study uses a quantitative qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that visitors who visit Malini Agropark Uluwatu have various types of characteristics. In the analysis results, the highest perception is the perception of facilities with a percentage of 87.92%, followed by an attraction indicator with a percentage of 87.6%, an additional service percentage of 84% and the last percentage of accessibility being 83.9%. The perception of visitors as a whole is obtained with a percentage of 84%, so the perception of visitors to tourist attractions is categorized as very good. Advise promotion to private companies, enhance the development of accessibility indicators and development Sunday Market.

Abstract

Analysis of Subsidized Fertilizer Distribution System in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra (Study Case: Cv. Mas Ayu Lestari) To increase production and productivity, fertilizer is one of the main keys to success in farming systems. Subsidized fertilizers are fertilizers whose procurement and distribution receive subsidies from the government for the needs of farmers. The scarcity of subsidized fertilizers occurs due to uncertain causes, such as delays in distribution or missing somewhere, while farmers must pay attention to the planting period. The purpose of this study was to identify subsidized fertilizer distribution system and identifying subsidized fertilizer distribution problems in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra. The research method used is qualitative with the type of case study. Sources of data obtained are primary data and secondary data. The results of the study concluded that there were still problems with the distribution system of subsidized fertilizers in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra which resulted in not achieving the right 6 principles, especially in the right place, in the right amount and at the right time. The suggestions that can be submitted are to pay more attention to the management of the availability of subsidized fertilizers among farmers through supervision and communication among actors in distributing subsidized fertilizers.

Abstract

Strategy for the Development Eden Park 100 Agrotourism in The Midst Of The Covid-19 Pandemic in North Sionggang Village, Lumban Julu District, Toba County North Sumatra Eden Park 100 is an open space agrotourism in North Sionggang Village, North Sumatra. The results showed that the I-E matrix analysis was classified into cell V, where agrotourism was obliged to develop its tourist attraction while encouraging market expansion. The SWOT analysis produces four alternative strategies, namely: (a) SO Strategy (market expansion, collaboration with government and entrepreneurs, improving health protocols), (b) ST Strategy (reinforcing the concept of environmentally friendly agro-tourism, optimizing agricultural processing), (c) WO Strategy (implementing diversification of Learning Farm, improving the quality of human resources management, and improve the digital ability to expand the market share of Andaliman, (d) WT Strategy (improving productivity of Andaliman and developing agricultural tourism attractions). Priority analysis of agro-tourism strategy sequentially starts with market expansion by highlighting the attractiveness of agricultural activities.

Abstract

AbstrakPasar Badung yang merupakan pasar tradisonal terbesar di Kota Denpasar memiliki dua kelompok pedagang buah-buahan, yaitu pedagang los daa pelataran. Perbedaan lokasi berjualan diyakini mempengaruhi kendala yang dihadapi, skala usaha, struktur biaya, volume penjualan, dan akhirnya pendapatan pedagang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan pendapatan usaha antara pedagang buah-buahan los dan pelataran serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang mereka hadapi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terhadap 40 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan mencakup analisis biaya, penerimaan, dan pendapatan usaha, serta uji independent sample t-test untuk mengetahui signifikansi perbedaan pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan pedagang buah-buahan los sebesar Rp 12.839.884 per bulan, sedangkan pedagang pelataran sebesar Rp 5.818.532 per bulan. Uji t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (Sig. 2-tailed) sebesar < 0,001, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang sangat signifikan antara kedua kelompok pedagang. Selain itu, masing-masing kelompok juga menghadapi kendala, seperti fluktuasi harga buah yang tidak stabil, persaingan ketat atar pedagang, modal usaha yang terbatas, dan menurunnya daya beli masyarakat. Kata kunci: Perbandingan, pendapatan, pedagang buah-buahan, Pasar Badung.AbstractBadung Market, the largest traditional market in Denpasar City, hosts two groups of fruit traders: those operating in permanent stalls and those selling in open spaces (courtyard). The difference in selling locations is believed to affect the challenges faced, business scale, cost structure, sales volume, and ultimately, traders' income. This study aims to analyze the income differences between stall and courtyard fruit traders and to identify the specific challenges they face. Data were collected through interviews with 40 respondents using proportional random sampling. The analytical methods used include cost, revenue, and income analysis, along with an independent sample t-test to determine the significance of income differences. The results show that the average monthly income of stall traders is Rp 12.839.884, while courtyard traders earn Rp 5.818.532. The t-test yielded a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of < 0.001, indicating a statistically significant difference between the two groups. In addition, both groups of traders faced several challenges, such as unstable fruit prices, intense competition among sellers, limited working capital, and a decline in consumer purchasing power. The study concludes that selling location significantly affects fruit traders’ income at Badung Market, with stall traders earning higher profits.
