Penelitian ini berjudul Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Kereta Api Ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pola pikir masyarakat terhadap kereta api ekonomi. Saya menggunakan metode wawancara dan literatur untuk membuat Penelitian ini. Dengan beberapa referensi, saya menyusun penelitian ini berdasarkan fakta yang ada dan pengalaman para narasumber. Saya berpikiran bahwa masyarakat memiliki persepsi buruk tentang kereta api ekonomi karena berbagai sebab. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, hasilnya adalah terbukti bahwa masyarakat mempunyai pola pikir buruk terhadap kereta api, tetapi, pola pikir tersebut dapat diubah dengan sosialisasi dan publikasi yang diikuti dengan peningkatan pelayanan.

Insiden kebakaran Depo Pertamina Plumpang menjadi sebuah krisis yang dihadapi Pertamina awal tahun 2023. Insiden yang disebabkan karena masalah teknis berdampak adanya korban jiwa, kerusakan beberapa fasilitas, dan hancurnya rumah warga sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa apakah insiden kebakaran Depo plumpang akan membuat reputasi perusahaan menjadi buruk dengan pendekatan teori Sistuasional Crisis Communication. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisa isi sumber. Data didapat melalui informasi terkait kebakaran Depo Plumpang dari media online dan sosial media. Berdasarkan Analisa dengan teori SCC didapatkan bahwa reputasi Pertamina cenderung lebih baik. Hal ini karena atribusi-atribusi positif yang diciptakan oleh stakeholder dan masyarakat. Atribusi positif ini dipengaruhi oleh 3 hal: pertama karena program CSR yang telah lama dilakukan, kedua pelayanan Pertamina dalam mensuplai BBM yang dinilai prima. Dan terakhir karena respon cepat Pertamina dalam menyelesaikan insiden tersebut dan bertangung jawab secara penuh kepada para korban.

This documentary was made to document the activities of the community along the Neglasari riverbank which is considered unique and interesting in the midst of modern settlement development. Neglasari River is an irrigation river that is part of the Cisadane River. The existence of this river is very close to the activities and needs of the surrounding community. The main function of Neglasari River is as an irrigation river that flows vegetable and rice plantations along the riverbanks. Vegetable plantations are the main commodity of this area, so irrigation from the Neglasari river is vital to the sustainability of plantations and agriculture of the surrounding community. In addition to these benefits, the Neglasari river is also a resource that is widely used by the surrounding community to meet their daily needs, such as bathing, washing clothes, washing vegetables from the plantation harvest, playing facilities for children, and even washing motorized vehicles. These community activities are carried out not because they do not have water resources at home, even some residents' houses look quite livable with adequate toilet facilities. This is due to cultural factors that have long been practiced by the surrounding community. Since childhood they have used the river to fulfill their daily needs, and this is still maintained and carried out until now. he main factor of community activities in the river is still ongoing because they can interact with fellow residents, and are not bored if they have to take care of household chores at home alone.

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh komunikasi pemasaran, electronic word of mouth dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung Galaxy di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian pengguna smartphone Samsung Galaxy di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Sampel yang diperoleh 100 responden. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah komunikasi pemasaran, electronic word of mouth dan kualitas produk, yang menjadi variabel dependen adalah keputusan pembelian. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui daftar pertanyaan (questionaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Instrumen untuk penelitian menggunakan software aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 26, untuk melakukan analisa data regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial bahwa komunikasi pemasaran, electronic word of mouth dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran, electronic word of mouth dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung Galaxy.

Industri musik di Indonesia terus berkembang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari semakin banyaknya ragam musik yang hadir di Indonesia. Salah satu ragam musik tersebut adalah J-Pop. J-Pop merupakan ragam musik pop yang berasal dari Jepang. JKT48 merupakan salah satu grup musik J-Pop yang membawakan konsep idola dan memiliki basis utama di Jakarta. JKT48 merupakan sister group atau grup cabang dari grup idola asal Jepang, AKB48. Konsep idola yang dimiliki oleh JKT48 adalah konsep idola binaan. Konsep idola binaan berfokus untuk menampilkan perjuangan, proses, dan usaha yang dilakukan oleh anggota grup idola binaan terkait untuk bisa menjadi seorang idola yang sempurna. Salah satu bentuk konten yang dibuat penggemar adalah Kamaniya’s Diary. Kamaniya’s Diary membuat akun khusus di media sosial X dengan username @kamaniya_diary yang didedikasikan untuk mengabadikan momen seorang anggota JKT48 bernama Greesella Sophina Adhalia. enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fanatisme fansite @kamaniya_diary dalam menciptakan brand attachment antara penggemar dengan idola melalui konten media sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui wawancara informan dan observasi sebagai data primer serta dokumentasi dari informan, artikel, penelitian terdahulu, dan konten yang relevan sebagai data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fanatisme yang dimiliki oleh fansite Kamaniya’s Diary adalah fanatisme yang positif.

YouTube is a social media where individuals and organizations interact with each other to share information and entertainment. The public service advertisement belonging to the South Jakarta Regional Tax Office I, “Ask AR Aja” is the object of research by researchers. In this public service advertisement, it is seen that there are other meanings of using Islamic religious symbols, and telling stories (Taaruf) with externalization, objectivation and internalization processes using Robert Entman's framing analysis with a qualitative methodology with a case study approach. Based on text analysis, the results of the study frame the way young men and women who are Muslim make introductions to find a mate without going through the courtship process. The externalization process is highlighted in the framing of the scavenger family's condition, which means less prosperous and nice cars on the road, which shows a prosperous family. This is externalized to unmarried individuals, and there are impressions of the struggle of a Muslim woman (Najwa) who is tough, patient, sincere because she has to sell her wealth to pay tax fines. So that these individuals only see messages about tax obligations that must be complied with and high tax fines for violating applicable tax regulations.

Pemberitaan yang melakukan trial by the press terhadap Aditya Mukti oleh media baru dalam hal ini media online tersebut dipublikasikan sebelum adanya penetapan oleh pihak kepolisian yang berkekuatan hukum. Tentunya dengan demikian, trial by the press tersebut sangat bertentangan dengan asas praduga tak bersalah, di mana asas tersebut telah diatur di dalam ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan maupun kode etik jurnalistik. Penelitian kualitatif berhubungan dengan ide, persepsi, pendapat, atau kepercayaan orang yang diteliti dengan metode penelitian yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah normatif dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif. Dengan banyaknya pemberitaan yang tergolong trial by the press oleh media online, harus dicari faktor penyebabnya dan kemudian mencari cara agar trial by the press dapat dikurangi khususnya dalam kasus video syur mirip Gisella Anastasia agar ke depan tidak ada lagi korban baru akibat pemberitaan media online yang merugikan. Meski akhirnya Gisella Anastasia ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh pihak kepolisian bersama pria dalam video tersebut bernama Michael Yokinobu de Fretes (MYD), bukan Aditya Mukti.

This study examines corporate communication related to the decision to make mass layoffs in the television industry using a critical discourse analysis approach. The main focus of the study is to understand how the narratives of efficiency and social exclusion are framed and constructed in print and online media discourse. Data were collected from various news reports and official corporate statements during the period of mass layoffs. The results of the analysis show the dominance of the efficiency narrative used by companies to legitimize the decision to make layoffs, with an emphasis on restructuring and business optimization. However, alternative discourses emerging from the media and trade unions reveal the reality of social and economic exclusion experienced by affected workers, which is often hidden from the official corporate narrative. This study confirms that corporate communication functions as a tool for legitimization and image management, but tends to ignore the crucial social dimension of exclusion. These findings reinforce the importance of a critical approach in understanding the dynamics of power through language in the context of mass layoffs. This study also highlights the role of the media as an arena for discourse battles between corporate interests and workers' rights.

The music industry in Indonesia continues to grow. This can be seen from the increasing variety of music that is present in Indonesia. One of these types of music is J-Pop. J-Pop is a type of pop music originating from Japan. JKT48 is one of the J-Pop music groups that carries the concept of idols and has its main base in Jakarta. JKT48 is a sister group or branch group of the Japanese idol group, AKB48. The idol concept owned by JKT48 is the concept of fostered idols. The concept of fostered idols focuses on showing the struggles, processes, and efforts made by members of the fostered idol group in order to become a perfect idol. One form of content created by fans is Kamaniya's Diary. Kamaniya's Diary created a special account on social media X with the username @kamaniya_diary which is dedicated to capturing the moments of a JKT48 member named Greesella Sophina Adhalia. This study aims to determine the fanaticism of the @kamaniya_diary fansite in creating brand attachment between fans and idols through social media content. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach. Research data were obtained through informant interviews and observations as primary data and documentation from informants, articles, previous research, and relevant content as secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the fanaticism of the Kamaniya's Diary fansite is positive fanaticism.

Management communicating easily and efficiently using cyber public relations. Corporate management in the industrial era 4.0 by exploring potential with a digitalization system. The current social media platform is Instagram which is often used as cyber public relations. The researcher cyber public relations social media industry era 4.0 in the activities of the KT&G Sangsang Univ Indonesia program using Instagram with industrial corporate cyber public relations in the 4.0 era. The research was conducted on the activities of the KT&G Sangsang Univ Indonesia program with qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis and the research subjects were informants through in-depth interviews in providing the required data. The findings in this study are that Instagram's cyber public relations social media can be useful for public relations. Corporate management can communicate with a broad target audience through social media Instagram.
