Abstract

Young children are growing up amid a digital revolution that has changed the way we interact with the world around us. While the benefits are great, the use of technology at an early age also brings risks and challenges. Exposure to inappropriate content, screen addiction and lack of supervision can be serious issues affecting children's development. Early education plays an important role in shaping early childhood digital literacy. Digital literacy is critical knowledge, wise attitudes and creative skills in utilizing digital media. The objectives of the training on implementing a digital literacy management model in schools are: (1) increasing awareness and understanding of the importance of digital literacy among teachers and school management; (2) equipping teachers and school management with practical skills in managing digital literacy in the school environment. The expected impact of this service activity is the application of an effective management model to manage digital literacy in schools. The results of the digital literacy management training activities successfully achieved their objectives by improving participants' understanding and skills. Feedback from participants showed positive results: 95% of participants felt the training was very useful, 85% felt more confident in using technology in learning, and 90% stated that they would apply the skills acquired in the teaching process. With the knowledge gained, teachers, principals and staff are expected to apply digital literacy in the learning process, so that students can also become wise users of technology. ABSTRAKAnak-anak usia dini tumbuh di tengah-tengah revolusi digital yang telah mengubah cara kita berinteraksi dengan dunia di sekitar kita. Meskipun manfaatnya besar, penggunaan teknologi pada usia dini juga membawa risiko dan tantangan. Paparan terhadap konten yang tidak sesuai, kecanduan layar, dan kurangnya pengawasan dapat menjadi masalah serius yang mempengaruhi perkembangan anak-anak. Pendidikan awal memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk literasi digital anak usia dini. Literasi digital adalah pengetahuan kritis, sikap bijak, dan keterampilan kreatif dalam memanfaatkan media digital. Adapun tujuan pelatihan penerapan model manajemen literasi digital di sekolah adalah: (1) meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya literasi digital di kalangan guru dan manajemen sekolah; (2) membekali guru dan manajemen sekolah dengan keterampilan praktis dalam mengelola literasi digital di lingkungan sekolah. Adapun dampak yang diharapkan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah penerapan model manajemen yang efektif untuk mengelola literasi digital di sekolah. Hasil kegiatan Pelatihan manajemen literasi digital berhasil mencapai tujuannya dengan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Umpan balik dari peserta menunjukkan hasil positif: 95% peserta merasa pelatihan sangat bermanfaat, 85% merasa lebih percaya diri dalam menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, dan 90% menyatakan bahwa mereka akan menerapkan keterampilan yang diperoleh dalam proses pengajaran. Dengan pengetahuan yang diperoleh, guru, kepala sekolah, dan staf diharapkan dapat menerapkan literasi digital dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga siswa juga dapat menjadi pengguna teknologi yang bijak.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang efek langsung kekuatan otot lengan, daya ledak otot tungkai, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kecepatan renang 25 meter gaya dada. Sampel penelitian seluruh anggota club renang Rinjani (KU I dan KU II) sebanyak 32 orang yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. tes kecepatan renang gaya dada adalah dengan menggunakan tes renang gaya dada jarak 25 m dengan tetap mempertahankan gaya renangan yang benar yang ditinjau dari sikap posisi tubuh, gerakan tungkai, gerakan lengan, gerakan mengambil nafas serta koordinasi gerakan, Kekuatan Otot Lengan dengan menggunakan tes dynamometer, Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai menggunakan Vertical Jump, Motivasi Berprestasi menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: kekuatan otot lengan berpengaruh langsung positif dimana (R² = 0,657), daya ledak otot tungkai berpengaruh langsung positif dimana (R² = 0,989), motivasi berpengaruh langsung positif dimana (R² = 0,993)), kekuatan otot lengan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi dimana (0,643), daya ledak otot tungkai berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi dimana (0,984), Secara keseluruhan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah analisis statistik data empiris diperoleh dari lapangan, dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel independen memiliki pengaruh langsung positif signifikan terhadap kecepatan renang dengan daya ledak otot tungkai yang memiliki pengaruh lebih besar yaitu 0,989 atau 98,9% kecepatan pada renang gaya dada. Daya ledak otot tungkai merupakan prediktor tunggal terbaik dari kecepatan renang pada atlet club Rinjani. Untuk memperhitungkan hasil ini, sangat penting untuk mempertimbangkan parameter teknik stroke spesifik ketika memprediksi keberhasilan pada perenang muda

Abstract

Ketidaksetaraan gender dalam dunia kerja telah menjadi isu yang mendalam dan relevan dalam perkembangan sosial dan ekonomi global. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dua aspek utama ketidaksetaraan gender dalam dunia kerja, yaitu ketidaksetaraan gaji dan hambatan dalam mobilitas karir. Melalui pendekatan campuran yang menggabungkan survei kuantitatif dan wawancara kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pola-pola dan faktor-faktor yang mendorong ketidaksetaraan ini.Dari analisis survei kuantitatif, ditemukan bukti adanya perbedaan gaji antara pria dan wanita, bahkan dengan kualifikasi yang serupa. Selain itu, survei juga mengungkapkan adanya hambatan dalam mobilitas karir bagi perempuan. Wawancara mendalam memberikan wawasan lebih dalam tentang dampak norma sosial dan kurangnya dukungan dalam lingkungan kerja terhadap perkembangan karir perempuan. Namun, wawancara juga mengungkapkan upaya dan strategi yang digunakan perempuan untuk mengatasi hambatan ini. Hasil penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya upaya untuk mengatasi ketidaksetaraan gender dalam dunia kerja. Implikasi dari temuan ini dapat membantu merancang kebijakan dan inisiatif yang lebih efektif dalam mengatasi ketidaksetaraan gaji dan memfasilitasi mobilitas karir yang setara bagi semua individu, tanpa memandang jenis kelamin.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Lingsar pada tanggal 20 November 2021, peneliti menemukan beberapa masalah yang dihadapi sekolah terkhusus pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, yaitu Guru masih mengunakan media cetak seperti buku paket, pengunaan TIK dalam pembelajaran belum maksimal, masih kurangnya guru dalam memanfaatan fasilitas yang telah tersedia di sekolah. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Explainer Video Tehadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas X UPW di SMKN 1 Lingsar Kabupaten Lombok Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket sebagai metode pokok, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pelengkap. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik dengan rumus chi square. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai = 26,735 sedangkan nilai chi square dalam tabel dengan db= 4 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% = 9,488 dengan demikian bahwa nilai chi square analisis lebih besar daripada nilai chi square tabel (26,735> 9,488). Sungguh dapat disimpulan bahwa hasil penelitian ini “signifikan”.

Abstract

Higher education currently faces significant challenges in integrating information and communication technology (ICT) into the learning process and equipping students with Critical Thinking Skills. However, in the post-pandemic era, many universities rarely incorporate ICT into their teaching, and students' critical thinking abilities still need improvement. Hybrid Learning, which combines Level of Inquiry (LoI) and Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (Moodle), can be an effective solution to address these issues. The combination of LoI and Moodle creates a learning environment that allows students to engage in independent and collaborative learning while developing skills through investigative activities. The aim of this research is to develop Hybrid Learning that integrates LoI and Moodle to enhance students' Critical Thinking Skills. This research employs an instructional development model by Fenrich, which includes: Analysis, Planning, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation and Revision. The implementation stage utilizes a pre-experimental research design with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design conducted at the Faculty of Science and Applied Technology at Undikma. The research instruments consist of validation sheets and critical thinking skill tests. Data analysis is conducted using quantitative descriptive methods and n-Gain tests. The results indicate that the developed Hybrid Learning model combining LoI and Moodle is valid and reliable for use in the learning process. The validation scores for the Syllabus (3.9), Lesson Plans (3.9), Student Worksheets (3.8), and Critical Thinking Skills tests (3.9). Additionally, the Hybrid Learning combining LoI and Moodle are effective in significantly improving students' Critical Thinking Skills.

Abstract

Student activeness in class is one of the important factors that influence student learning outcomes. This activity can be influenced by several factors one of the learning models used by lecturers. The lack of variations in the learning model has an impact on the monotonous learning process so that students are easily bored and bored with the learning process. Therefore, lecturers are always required to create an interesting learning condition process, including by applying a varied learning model. There are several learning models that can be used by lecturers to improve student learning outcomes, one of which is to implement super-learning learning models. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of super-learning models on student learning outcomes in the course of the Diffusion of Educational Innovation. The population of this study is all Education Technology students who have programmed the Education Innovation Diffusion course in the even semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. Data collection techniques used tests to determine the differences in student learning outcomes before and after the super-learning learning model was used ” data analysis using t-test formula. Based on the results of the study it is known that the results of the t-test show the value of t-count greater than t-table at a significance level of 5% with db = 30-1 = 29 (12,963> 2,045). Based on the results of the calculation it can be concluded that it can be concluded, there is the influence of the Superitem learning model on student learning outcomes in the educational innovation diffusion course in Education Technology Study Program Mataram IKIP academic year 2018/2019.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the transformation of traditional customary institutions from conflict mediators into development agents that support village independence through community-based tourism. The focus is on the Majelis Krama Desa (MKD) in West Nusa Tenggara, which has evolved from a reactive dispute resolution body to a proactive institution in community-based development. The research method employed a literature review with a thematic approach, analyzing scientific publications, policy documents, and official reports published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that the transformation of MKD from a conflict resolution institution into a driver of village self-reliance through tourism significantly contributes to the achievement of SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). The main challenges include cultural erosion, authority conflicts, and limited institutional capacity. This study recommends strengthening MKD through systematic capacity-building programs and integrating its roles into the Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa (Village Medium-Term Development Plan).

Abstract

Inclusive education aims to provide equitable learning opportunities for all students, including those with special needs, yet its implementation faces challenges such as limited resources and curriculum adaptation. Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerges as a promising solution to personalize learning and enhance accessibility. This study investigates the optimal utilization of AI in inclusive education management, focusing on strategies to support students with special needs while addressing implementation barriers. Employing a qualitative case study design, the present research was conducted in AI-implementing inclusive schools in Mataram City, Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 12 participants, including principals, education managers, teachers, students with special needs, and parents, supplemented by participatory observations and document analysis. Thematic analysis was utilized for data interpretation, with triangulation and member checking ensuring validity. Key findings reveal AI's significant role in personalizing learning and enhancing accessibility through adaptive systems, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech functionalities, leading to improved student engagement and comprehension. However, implementation faces substantial challenges, including inadequate digital infrastructure, insufficient teacher training, and a lack of clear ethical and regulatory policies. To optimize AI's use, the study proposes four key strategies: strengthening teacher AI training, developing robust digital infrastructure, establishing clear AI policies and regulations, and fostering the development of more adaptive, human-centered AI. These findings offer theoretical implications for technology integration and socio-constructivist learning, and practical implications for policymakers, educational leaders, teachers, and AI developers in fostering truly inclusive and equitable educational environments.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi dan Informasi berjalan begitu pesat.Teknologi tersebut tidakhanya ditujukan untuk memudahkan pekerjaan manusia tapi juga ditujukan untuk memudahkanmanusia dalam belajar-mengajara. Salah satu teknologi yang banyak dimanfaatkan untuk membantumemudahkan pekerjaan manusia khususnya bidang statistik adalah aplikasi SPSS (statistical programfor social science). Pemanfaatan aplikasi ini dalam pembelajaran matakuliah statistik mutlakdiperlukan guna membantu memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mengolah data pada saat penyelesaiantugas akhir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa yangmengontrak matakuliah statistik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, diperoleh angka 3,08> 2,024 (nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel). Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut makaditarikhipotesis (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis (Ho) ditolak. Karena nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel makahasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh memanfaatan aplikasi SPSS terhadappeningkatan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam mengolah data statistik.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi SPSS dan Statistik

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the effectiveness of the project-based learning model with an environmental issue approach (E-PjBL) model assisted by computational simulation in fostering environmental literacy and data interpretation competence among students. This study is a quantitative descriptive research. The sample consisted of 22 individuals. The research was conducted on students taking general chemistry courses at Mandalika University of Education. The variables studied were environmental literacy and data interpretation competence. Data were collected through descriptive tests. The tests were based on themes and data during the project conducted in the chemistry laboratory of Mandalika University of Education. The data were then described in graphical form and analyzed using the N-Gain test assisted by SPSS 22 application. The results of the E-PjBL assisted by computational simulation proved to increase environmental literacy and data interpretation competence. This statement is supported by the N-Gain test results where 50% of students were in the moderate and high categories, while the rest were in the low category. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the E-PjBL model assisted by computational simulation is able to improve students' environmental literacy and data interpretation competence.
