Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of lifestyle on the consumption behavior of students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, HKBP Nommensen University, Medan. Lifestyle variables were measured through three indicators: activities, interests, and opinions. This research employed a quantitative method using a survey approach, with data collected from 194 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using instrument tests, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and the coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that activities, interests, and opinions have a positive and significant effect on students’ consumption behavior, both partially and simultaneously. The F-test obtained a value of 38.188 > 2.65 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating that the independent variables jointly influence consumption behavior. The Adjusted R² value of 0.371 demonstrates that the three variables explain 37.1% of the variation in consumption behavior, while the remaining 62.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study, such as economic conditions, family influence, and social media. These findings highlight that students’ lifestyle plays an important role in shaping their consumption patterns. Therefore, students are expected to manage their lifestyle wisely to avoid excessive and consumptive behavior.

Abstract

Semangat untuk menjadi pelaku usaha merupakan cita-cita banyak masyarakat agar bisa menjadi warga negara yang produktif. Saat ini sektor UMKM banyak digeluti oleh masyarakat sebagai salah satu sektor yang bisa diandalkan untuk menopang ekonomi masyarakat. Pelaku UMKM tentu bisa dibina melalui penguatan mental wirausaha. Semangat untuk berwirausaha bagi masyarakat sangat dibutuhkan agar menjadi penopang ekonomi kerakyatan. Masyarakat di Jalan Sekata Kelurahan Sei Agul Kecamatan Medan Barat Kota Medan adalah masyarakat yang penting dan sangat perlu untuk diberdayakan agar menjadi pelaku usaha melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan berwirausaha sehingga mereka bisa menajdi lebih poroduktif. Dalam hal tujuan inilah Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat jalan Sekata di Keluragan Sei Agul Medan agar mereka mau, mampu dan termotivasi untuk melakukan wirausaha untuk menopang dan memperkuat ekonomi kerakyatan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of business capital, business opportunities and motivation on people's entrepreneurial interest through research with a quantitative approach. The research population was the entire community in Tanjungan village and the research sample consisted of 110 respondents. This research uses primary data and secondary data with a Likert scale questionnaire via Google Form. This research data was processed through structural model analysis (SEM) with the help of AMOS charts. The analysis in this research is validity test (CFA), reliability test, normality test, goodness of fit and hypothesis test. Based on the research results, Business Capital has a positive but not significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of the Community at the Aek Natonang Tourist Attraction Location in Tanjungan Village, Simanindo District, Samosir Regency. Hypothesis test results, Business Capital CR/tcount is 1.787 < t table nα/2df = 1.964 and value p-value is 0.007 < α = 0.05. This means that Business Capital has a positive but not significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. Business Opportunity with a calculated CR/t value of 3.109 > CR/t table 1.964 and a p-value of 0.022 < α =0.05. So it can be concluded that Business Opportunities have a significant and positive influence on Community Entrepreneurial Interest at the Aek Natonang Tourist Attraction Location in Tanjungan Village, Simanindo District, Samosir Regency. Motivation with a calculated CR/t value of 1.978 > CR/t table 1.964 and a p-value of 0.035 < α= 0.05. So it can be concluded that motivation has a significant and positive effect on Community Entrepreneurial Interest at the Aek Natonang Tourist Attraction Location in Tanjungan Village, Simanindo District, Samosir Regency.

Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif verifikasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Pemilik “SOLUSI” Cash Credit Electronic & Furniture menjual produk elektronik dan furniture rumah tangga sebagai produk utamanya, dan “SOLUSI” Cash Credit Electronic & Furniture lebih berfokus pada penjualan produk secara kredit, Produk-produk yang ditawarkan oleh pemilik “SOLUSI” Cash Credit Electronic & Furniture memiliki harga yang terjangkau, hal ini sudah dibuktikan oleh peneliti saat meneliti pelanggan “SOLUSI” Cash Credit Electronic & Furniture. Strategi pemberian harga yang terjangkau juga memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada penjualan, karena dinilai sebagai daya tarik “SOLUSI” Cash Credit Electronic & Furniture dan juga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, pemilik menyatakan harga yang mereka tetapkan sudah bisa bersaing di lokasi Batu Bara, karena sering kali pemilik dan tim marketing mengadakan riset tentang harga yang ditetapkan usaha sejenis, Lokasi Solusi Cash Credit Electronic & Furniture berada ditempat yang strategis, karena terletak di pinggir jalan lintas yang selalu ramai dilewati orang, dan berada di tempat yang kebanyakan perempuan bekerja sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Pemilik juga mendesain tempatnya dengan warna cerah dan mencolok sehingga orang akan lebih tertarik untuk masuk ke dalam showroom, Pemilik melakukan strategi diversifikasi produk sebagai strategi pertumbuhan usahanya. Pemilik meningkatkan penjualan melalui penganekaragaman produk yang dijual, dari segi jenis produk dan merek produk yang dijual, serta Banyak pelanggan yang suka mengkredit barang secara berulang, karena pelayanan karyawan atau tenaga lapangan yang baik dan ramah, serta penawaran harga yang dinilai sudah sangat terjangkau oleh pelanggan.

Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen adalah sikap yang ditunjukkan konsumen terhadap barang atau jasa setelah mereka memperoleh atau menggunakannya. Maka dari itu agar tercapainnya kepuasan konsumen tersebut pelayanan dan kualitas produk tersebut dilaksanakan dengan baik dan benar. Pelanggan adalah raja adalah sebutan yang tidak bisa di sepelekan justru harus dilakukan, karena jika pelanggan kita tidak merasa puas maka di suatu hari kelak mereka tidak Kembali lagi dan dapat mengurangi nilai atas penjualan bloum coffe di padang bulan medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di bloum coffee padang bulan Medan, berapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen di bloum coffee padang bulan Medan, dan berapa besar pengaruh pelayanan dan kualitas produk secara Bersama sama terhadap kepuasan konsumen di bloum coffee padang bulan Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Besarnya koefisien regresi yaitu 0,460, artinya kualitas produk mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,460 satuan, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Besarnya koefisien regresi yaitu 0,231, artinya kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,231 satuan. Dan pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan (bersama- sama) terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tabel menunjukkan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0.613. artinya pengaruh pelayanan dan kualitas produk memberikan sumbangan pengaruh secara bersama sama sebesar 61.3% terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan sisanya 38.7 % dipengaruhi variabel lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan pihak Bloum Coffee dapat meningkatkan lagi pelayanan dan kualitas produk sehingga membuat kepuasan konsumen menjadi semakin meningkat

Abstract

J.CO Donut and Coffee is one of the most successful brands in meeting customer demand in the Indonesian donut and coffee industry. J.CO has grown rapidly since its inception in 2005, emphasizing unique product flavors, high quality, and modern and comfortable store designs. With a concept that combines urban and modern lifestyles, this donut brand has succeeded in attracting customers from various circles. Research Method : Shows that Price (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), Promotion (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y). While Price (X1) and Promotion (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y). Conclusion : The results of this study can be concluded that Price (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), Promotion (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), while Price (X1) and Promotion (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y).

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the business world has experienced significant developments, especially the retail business. PT Alfamart is one of the retail businesses with the highest consumer value in Indonesia that provides daily needs. This study aims to determine whether Service Quality and Price affect Customer Satisfaction at PT Alfamart Jl. Bambu, Medan. Research Method: Shows that Service Quality (X1) does not have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y), Price (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). While Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Conclusion: The results of this study can be concluded that Service Quality (X1) does not have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y), Price (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y), while Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Lolofaoso Village Office, South Nias. The research method used involves a survey of village officials and statistical data analysis to identify the relationship between the leadership style applied by the village head and the level of work discipline with individual performance results. The findings of this study are expected to provide strategic insights to companies to improve leadership effectiveness and encourage better work discipline in order to improve overall employee performance. This research was conducted using a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Based on the hypothesis testing with the t test, the t-test value was obtained 6.747> t table which was 1.989 and the significant value of the Leadership Style variable was 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Belawan Main Port Authority.
