Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Influence of the Number of Tourist Visits and Business Creativity on Community Income in Parapat Simalungun Free Beach. The research method used involves community surveys, tourists and statistical data analysis to identify the relationship between the number of tourist visits and the level of community business creativity. The findings of this study are expected to provide strategic insight to the community to increase the effectiveness of the number of tourists and encourage better business creativity in order to increase overall community income. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis method used is an instrument test consisting of a validity test and a reliability test, a classical assumption test consisting of a normality test, a heterosdecadasticity test, a multiple linear regression analysis test and a hypothesis test consisting of a t-test and a determination coefficient test (R2). Based on Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Y = 2.945 + 0.333 X1 + 0.520 X2 +e which means that if the variable Number of Tourist Visits, Business Creativity is 0, then the Income value will remain at 2.945. The regression coefficient value of the Number of Tourist Visits is 0.333, which means that if the Number of Tourist Visits increases by 1 unit, then Income will increase by 0.333. Based on the hypothesis testing with the t test, the t count value is 7.835> t table, which is 1.985 and the significant value of the variable Number of Tourist Visits is 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the Number of Tourist Visits has a positive and significant effect on Community Income in Parapat Simalungun Free Beach. The result of the determination coefficient (R Square) is 0.529 so that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 52.9%. and the remaining 47.1% is explained by other variables that are not included in this research model

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada Penggunaan Dompet Digital pada mahasiswa di Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan dompet digital terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada Mahasiswa Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester genap tahun 2020/2021 di Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan dengan jumlah sampel 99 orang responden, dalam penelitian ini teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode Sampel Probability dengan jenis Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar melalui Google Form. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan dompet digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa di Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan. Dimana dalam penelitian ini melalui pengujian diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2,307 > nilai ttabel sebesar 1,98447 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,023 < 0,05. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,052 (5,2%), ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh penggunaan dompet digital terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 94,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain seperti faktor keadaan ekonomi, kelas sosial dan usia. Oleh karena itu disarankan bagi pengguna dompet digital khususnya pada mahasiswa Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan, agar dapat meminimalisir perilaku konsumtif ketika menggunakan dompet digital dengan lebih mempertimbangkan fungsi/kegunaan ketika membeli barang, mengonsumsi barang/jasa sesuai kebutuhan. Selain itu, mahasiswa pengguna dompet digital dalam melakukan transaksi harus bisa lebih rasional dalam membedakan antara kebutuhan dan keinginan, agar tidak terjadi adanya perilaku konsumtif dan mendahulukan kebutuhan tersebut, serta menggunakan skala prioritas.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of business capital, business opportunities and motivation on people's entrepreneurial interest through research with a quantitative approach. The research population was the entire community in Tanjungan village and the research sample consisted of 110 respondents. This research uses primary data and secondary data with a Likert scale questionnaire via Google Form. This research data was processed through structural model analysis (SEM) with the help of AMOS charts. The analysis in this research is validity test (CFA), reliability test, normality test, goodness of fit and hypothesis test. Based on the research results, Business Capital has a positive but not significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of the Community at the Aek Natonang Tourist Attraction Location in Tanjungan Village, Simanindo District, Samosir Regency. Hypothesis test results, Business Capital CR/tcount is 1.787 < t table nα/2df = 1.964 and value p-value is 0.007 < α = 0.05. This means that Business Capital has a positive but not significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. Business Opportunity with a calculated CR/t value of 3.109 > CR/t table 1.964 and a p-value of 0.022 < α =0.05. So it can be concluded that Business Opportunities have a significant and positive influence on Community Entrepreneurial Interest at the Aek Natonang Tourist Attraction Location in Tanjungan Village, Simanindo District, Samosir Regency. Motivation with a calculated CR/t value of 1.978 > CR/t table 1.964 and a p-value of 0.035 < α= 0.05. So it can be concluded that motivation has a significant and positive effect on Community Entrepreneurial Interest at the Aek Natonang Tourist Attraction Location in Tanjungan Village, Simanindo District, Samosir Regency.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the business world has experienced significant developments, especially the retail business. PT Alfamart is one of the retail businesses with the highest consumer value in Indonesia that provides daily needs. This study aims to determine whether Service Quality and Price affect Customer Satisfaction at PT Alfamart Jl. Bambu, Medan. Research Method: Shows that Service Quality (X1) does not have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y), Price (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). While Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Conclusion: The results of this study can be concluded that Service Quality (X1) does not have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y), Price (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y), while Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price and location on consumer purchasing decisions at USU Tax, one of the traditional markets in Medan with a strategic location and competitive prices. The research method used is quantitative with a non-probability sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using SPSS. The research results show that price and location significantly influence purchasing decisions, this is shown in the results of the partial test (t test) t value (The coefficient of determination (R2) was obtained at 0.818, meaning that the Purchase Decision variable can be explained by the Price and Location variables 81.8% and the remaining 18.2% is influenced by other variables outside the variables of this research. The conclusion in this research is that price and location have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions in Pajus.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence buyers' decisions in choosing subsidized housing in the Griya Harapan Baru Phase 1 area, Tanjung Anom, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency. With the increasing need for decent housing in Indonesia, this study highlights the importance of aspects of price, location, building condition, and environment as variables that influence purchasing decisions. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with 65 respondents taken through a questionnaire. Data calculations using the SPSS version 25 data processing application with the results showing that there is an influence of price, location, building condition, and environment on the decision to purchase a type 36 house in the Griya Harapan Baru Phase 1 Tanjung Anom area with a determination level of 42.23% and 57.77% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pendapatan terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian merek deterjen bubuk di Kecamatan Balige. Dalam era globalisasi, deterjen bubuk menjadi produk rumah tangga esensial yang sangat diminati karena kemudahan dan efektivitasnya dalam membersihkan pakaian. Berbagai merek deterjen bubuk bersaing untuk menarik perhatian konsumen melalui variasi harga, kualitas, dan promosi. Tingkat pendapatan konsumen menjadi faktor penting yang memengaruhi preferensi mereka terhadap merek tertentu. Konsumen dengan pendapatan tinggi cenderung memilih merek premium, sedangkan konsumen berpendapatan rendah lebih memilih produk yang terjangkau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi. untuk mengumpulkan data dari masyarakat Kecamatan Balige. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendapatan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian merek deterjen bubuk. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi produsen untuk merancang strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan segmentasi pendapatan konsumen, baik melalui produk premium maupun produk dengan harga terjangkau.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Simpang Limun Medan Branch Office. This study used a quantitative method with a nonprobability sampling technique and an accidental sampling approach with a sample size of 30 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out with primary and secondary data, using multiple regression analysis, which began with validity, reliability, classical assumptions, determination coefficient, F test, and t test with the help of SPSS Statistics version 22. Based on the partial t test and simultaneous F test, the results of the study showed that the variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the empathy variable had no significant effect. Based on the coefficient of determination (R²), it is known that the five independent variables explain 72.5% of the variability in customer satisfaction, while the remaining 27.5% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

J.CO Donut and Coffee is one of the most successful brands in meeting customer demand in the Indonesian donut and coffee industry. J.CO has grown rapidly since its inception in 2005, emphasizing unique product flavors, high quality, and modern and comfortable store designs. With a concept that combines urban and modern lifestyles, this donut brand has succeeded in attracting customers from various circles. Research Method : Shows that Price (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), Promotion (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y). While Price (X1) and Promotion (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y). Conclusion : The results of this study can be concluded that Price (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), Promotion (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), while Price (X1) and Promotion (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Lolofaoso Village Office, South Nias. The research method used involves a survey of village officials and statistical data analysis to identify the relationship between the leadership style applied by the village head and the level of work discipline with individual performance results. The findings of this study are expected to provide strategic insights to companies to improve leadership effectiveness and encourage better work discipline in order to improve overall employee performance. This research was conducted using a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Based on the hypothesis testing with the t test, the t-test value was obtained 6.747> t table which was 1.989 and the significant value of the Leadership Style variable was 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Belawan Main Port Authority.
