Abstract

The Monopoly System According to Yusuf Qardhawi’s Perspective in the Book Halal wa Haram fil Islam. The concept found in this study is that monopoly can be either permissible or impermissible. Thus, there is a distinction between monopoly and hoarding. In Islam, storing goods for inventory purposes is not considered haram as long as it does not disrupt market mechanisms. This study employs library research, which is conducted using literature sources such as books, journals, notes, and reports from previous studies. Therefore, this type of research aims to examine the ideas, perspectives, and views on monopoly as expressed by Yusuf Qardhawi in his book Halal wa Haram fil Islam. The results of this study explore Yusuf Qardhawi’s view on monopolistic practices and how monopoly is perceived within Islamic economics. According to Yusuf Qardhawi, monopoly involves withholding goods from market circulation to raise prices. He prohibits monopolizing all essential human needs and states that this prohibition applies at all times, without distinguishing between times of scarcity and times of surplus. The study concludes that monopoly practices are acts that are forbidden and haram in Islam, as such practices can harm society by potentially causing economic crises and making essential goods difficult to obtain. However, in Islam, the concept of hoarding for the benefit of the ummah is permissible by scholars—provided that the goods are sold at fair prices.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is how to analyze the juridical pawn agreement at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Maros Branch. The subject matter is further broken down into several subproblems, namely how to implement the lien agreement at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Maros Branch and how the process of resolving the default of the lien agreement at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Maros Branch. This research is a type of qualitative field research. This research will be conducted by interviews with branch leaders, employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Maros Branch and customers of PT Pegadaian. This research uses a sociological legal approach, namely direct field research. Data collection is obtained from observation, interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it was answered that the implementation of the pawn agreement at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Maros Branch has not been effective because there are still many customers who do not heed the implementation of the pawn agreement so that only 57% is carried out and the implementation of the lien agreement is not carried out 43% of the total percentage of 100%. Meanwhile, the process of resolving the default of the pawn agreement at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Maros Branch is 1) for customers who do not pay credit installments or maturity, PT Pegadaian will reprimand customers by calling, SMS, writing to customers and the last resort taken is by parate execution or auction, 2) regarding the provision of compensation for lost customer collateral by indemnifying them in full or in whole while damaged collateral can be done by paying compensation of 125% of the estimated value of goods listed in SBK or can be more in accordance with the agreement and policy of PT Pegadaian it self.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kualitas layanan, yang mencakup dimensi berwujud (tangible), keandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (empathy), terhadap kepuasan pasien gigi dan mulut di RSGMP Nala Husada Surabaya, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto, memanfaatkan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 93 pasien. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Secara parsial, dimensi keandalan, daya tanggap, dan empati menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, sedangkan dimensi berwujud dan jaminan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek keandalan, daya tanggap, dan empati dalam layanan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kepuasan pasien. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, direkomendasikan kepada manajemen RSGMP Nala Husada Surabaya untuk memprioritaskan perbaikan pada dimensi keandalan, daya tanggap, dan empati guna meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Meskipun dimensi berwujud dan jaminan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, perbaikan pada aspek-aspek ini tetap penting, khususnya terkait kelengkapan jadwal pemeriksaan peralatan medis dan ketersediaan teknisi yang kompeten. Selain itu, optimalisasi sistem supervisi dokter senior terhadap mahasiswa koas dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan pasien terhadap tenaga medis yang merawat mereka.

Abstract

From the perspective of Islamic business ethics, behavior in the business world must align with the teachings of the Qur'an. The purpose of this study is to examine Islamic business ethics in the implementation of control systems at PT. SIR (Sawit Inti Raya) to achieve inventory cost efficiency. This research uses a qualitative approach, with the research subjects being employees at PT Sawit Inti Raya, located in Bongkal Malang Village, Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The analysis results show that the volume of incoming and outgoing goods is relatively balanced, indicating a fairly stable inventory management system. The main challenge in material management is ensuring that stock is available without shortages or surpluses. Effective inventory management can optimize the availability of goods and reduce the risk of errors that could harm the company. Organized arrangement and storage of goods in the warehouse greatly contribute to stock control and support the smooth operation of activities at PT Sawit Inti Raya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the practice of Mu'athah in Contemporary Ba'I Transactions from the perspective of Abu Zakariya Muhyiddin An-Nawawi. This study is a type of library research or literature research using qualitative methods by conducting content analysis with the Content Analysis model. The results of the study indicate that mu'athah is converted from classical Ba'I to contemporary ba'I. Abu Zakariya Muhyiddin An-Nawawi stated that the practice of Mu'athah is categorized as buying and selling and its law is valid (legal), referring to urf (customs in society) and based on the argument that Allah has permitted buying and selling, in this case there is no specific editorial provision in the sharia and there is not a single hadith that requires ijab qabul in buying and selling, there is no sin in seeking sustenance in the field of commerce, mutual consent, not difficult and there is no prohibition from the Prophet regarding ba'I mu'alahah. Apart from the Koran and Sunnah, another basis for allowing ba'i mu'alahah is the rules of Ushul Fiqh where the law can change with changing situations, conditions and conditions. Ba'i Mu'athah is a commercial transaction that is carried out by the process of taking and handing over goods without saying I sell and I buy (ijab and qabul)

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Menurut data World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2019 Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di dunia yaitu 289.000 jiwa. Beberapa negara memiliki AKI cukup tinggi seperti Afrika Sub – Saharan 179.000 jiwa, Asia Selatan 69.000 jiwa, dan Asia Tenggara 16.000 jiwa. Angka kematian ibu di negara – negara Asia Tenggara yaitu Indonesia 190 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup, Vietnam 49 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup, Thailand 26 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup, Brunei 27 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup, dan Malaysia 29 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Metode : Studi Pustaka dilakukan Penulis dengan membaca dan mempelajari buku – buku serta literal yang berhubungan dengan kasus retensio plasenta. Kemudian melakukan Studi Kasus dengan menggunakan teknik : anamneses, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik ,pengkasian psikososial dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil Diagnosa: Inpartu Kala III dengan Retensio Plasenta dan Masalah Kecemasan karena plasentanya belum lahir setelah 30 menit lahirnya bayi Pembahasan : Sebelum menegakkan diagnose penulis melakukan pengkasian data kemudian di analisis untuk mendapatkan diagnose dan masalah setelah itu dalam pembahasan ini antara teoro dan asuhan yang diberikan di rumah sakit Umum Daerah Majene tidak terdapat kesenjangan. Kesimpulan Dari kasus retensio plasenta petugas harus memiliki keterampilan yang cukup dalam mengatasi kasus tersebut karena jika kasus tersebut tidak tertangani maka kasus pendarahan bisa terjadi pada ibu.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi keputusan nasabah memilih tabungan akad Wadiah di BSI KCP Jambi Sipin Bakaruddin, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi bank, serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan minat nasabah dengan analisis SWOT. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan nasabah dan pihak BSI serta studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk Wadiah diminati karena bebas biaya administrasi, aman, dan sesuai prinsip syariah. Tantangan internal relatif tidak ditemukan, sedangkan tantangan eksternal berasal dari kondisi ekonomi dan persaingan dengan bank konvensional serta platform digital. Strategi yang disarankan meliputi peningkatan edukasi literasi keuangan, promosi digital, dan program hadiah untuk menarik minat masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Akad Wadiah, BSI,  Keputusan Nasabah, Strategi Pemasaran, SWOT   Abstract This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors influencing customers’ decisions to choose Wadiah savings accounts at BSI KCP Jambi Sipin Bakaruddin, identify the challenges faced by the bank, and formulate strategies to increase customer interest using SWOT analysis. The research employed a qualitative approach through interviews with customers and BSI staff as well as a review of relevant literature. The results indicate that Wadiah savings are preferred because they are free of administrative fees, secure, and compliant with Sharia principles. Internal challenges were not identified, while external challenges include economic conditions and competition from conventional banks and digital platforms. Recommended strategies include improving financial literacy education, enhancing digital promotion, and providing reward programs to attract potential customers. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi manfaat, dan keamanan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam menggunakan layanan BSI Mobile pada BSI KCP Muara Bulian. Layanan perbankan digital menjadi solusi utama dalam memenuhi kebutuhan transaksi finansial nasabah yang cepat, efisien, dan aman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 95 responden yang merupakan nasabah pengguna BSI Mobile di BSI KCP Muara Bulian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kemudahan penggunaan (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan BSI Mobile, persepsi manfaat (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan BSI Mobile, dan keamanan (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam menggunakan BSI Mobile. Secara simultan kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi manfaat dan keamanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan BSI Mobile. Kata kunci: Kemudahan Penggunaan, Persepsi Manfaat, Keamanan, Keputusan Nasabah, BSI Mobile   Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of ease of use, perceived benefits, and security on customers' decisions in using BSI Mobile services at BSI KCP Muara Bulian. Digital banking services are the main solution in meeting customers' financial transaction needs that are fast, efficient and safe. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 95 respondents who were BSI Mobile customers at BSI KCP Muara Bulian. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method using SPSS software. The research results show that partially ease of use (X1) has no significant effect on customers' decisions to use BSI Mobile, perceived benefits (X2) has a significant effect on customers' decisions to use BSI Mobile, and security (X3) has no significant effect on customers' decisions to use BSI Mobile. Simultaneously, ease of use, perceived benefits and security influence customers' decisions to use BSI Mobile. Keywords: Ease of Use, Perceived Benefits, Security, Customer Decisions, BSI Mobile.

Abstract

Abstrak Pemberdayaan industri kreatif lokal melalui inovasi artificial intelligence (AI) melalui unit usaha mikro di bidang sablon dan bordir di jl. Marsda abdurahman saleh rt.11 paal merah, jambi selatan, kota jambi, bertujuan mendorong pelaku umkm untuk mengadopsi teknologi ai dalam operasional dan dapat mendukukung efisiensi produksi, membantu personalisasi desain, serta meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku umkm dalam digital marketing termasuk manajemen media sosial, content strategy dan penggunaan e-commerce untuk memperluas pasar. Hasilnya, mitra mampu menghasilkan 10 desain produk dengan ai, terwujudnya sistem pencatatan keuangan digital serta mitra mampu memahami dan mengaplikasikan 3 prinsip ekonomi islam dalam usahanya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan penggunaan artificial intelligence (AI) terhadap mitra umkm menghasilkan dampak yang cukup memuaskan.   Kata Kunci: Industri Kreatif Lokal, Ekonomi Islam, UMKM,  AI, Kota Jambi   Abstract Empowering the local creative industry through artificial intelligence (AI) innovation through a micro-business unit specializing in screen printing and embroidery on Jl. Marsda Abdurahman Saleh RT. 11 Paal Merah, South Jambi, Jambi City, aims to encourage MSMEs to adopt AI technology in their operations. This technology can support production efficiency, assist with design personalization, and enhance MSMEs' understanding of digital marketing, including social media management, content strategy, and the use of e-commerce to expand their market. As a result, partners were able to produce 10 product designs using AI, a digital financial recording system was established, and partners were able to understand and apply three principles of Islamic economics in their businesses. This demonstrates that training in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for MSME partners has had a quite satisfactory impact. Abstract

In this paper, we define and investigate the properties of null Bézier curves in Minkowski 3-space. The method applied is a theoretical literature study, applying the definitions of Bézier curves and the geometric framework of null curves in semi-Riemannian geometry. We establish several fundamental characteristics of these curves, including the causal nature of their tangent vectors at endpoints and their Frenet frame apparatus when parametrized by pseudo-arc length. Furthermore, we define the concept of a null Bertrand pair for such curves and prove that if a null Bézier curve of degree n≥3 admits a Bertrand mate, then both curves are necessarily helices. Finally, we provide a conclusive parametric representation of any null Bézier curve in terms of a single non-constant function. This representation offers a powerful tool for explicitly constructing null Bézier curves within this geometric setting.
