Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang semakin besar membuat UMKM Nasi Merah Mbak Retno harus mengikuti perubahan yang ada karena persaingan bisnis yang semakin tinggi. Sehingga mbak Retno harus memanfaatkan dunia digital ini dengan membuka usaha online. Peneliti berfokus pada digital marketing menggunakan analisis dan evaluasi google my business (GMB) serta e-commerce dengan pembuatan akun pada aplikasi online yakni Go-biz untuk memudahkan konsumen mengenali produk dan mendapatkan konsumen baru. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara secara terstuktur dan mengamati langsung evaluasi GMB dan pembuatan akun Go-biz. Proses pembinaan yang dilakukan dua kali, yakni pemberian materi langsung di lingkungan kampus dan kunjungan ke rumah mbak Retno. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan setelah menerapkan digital marketing pada usaha bisnisnya dengan penggunaan GMB dan harapannya dengan pembuatan akun Go-biz membuat konsumen lebih mudah dalam melakukan pembelian kembali secara online.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital startup companies in Indonesia brings its own challenges in human resource (HR) management, especially related to workload and organizational commitment. High work dynamics, aggressive targets, and intense operational pressure can cause an imbalance in workload that impacts motivation, work stress, and increased turnover intention. HR commitment is a key factor in startup success, but it is difficult to achieve without effective and humane workload management. This community service activity was carried out by Karangturi National University (UNKARTUR), through the Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities (FEBHum), which aims to improve the understanding, skills, and awareness of digital startup entrepreneurs and employees in Bugangan Village, Semarang, regarding workload management strategies. The methods used include workshops, group discussions, and direct assistance. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the impact of disproportionate workloads, as well as the ability to implement efficient and sustainable work strategies. This activity also encourages collaboration between academics and practitioners in designing a healthy and adaptive work environment. With better workload management, it is hoped that the level of commitment, satisfaction, and retention of employees in digital startups can increase, while strengthening the competitiveness of local businesses in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

Effective and efficient financial management is essential for the success of UMKM. However, UMKM are often hampered in optimizing their performance and competitiveness due to lack of knowledge and skills in financial management. Therefore, this community service aims to train UMKM in financial management to improve their financial literacy and their ability to utilize skills in business management. This activity uses a participatory approach by involving UMKM in the Bugangan Village area and the method includes theoretical explanations and direct practical assistance. The training materials include basic concepts of financial management and simple financial report analysis. The results showed that participants had a better understanding and skills to manage business finances more effectively. In addition, participants also reported increased time efficiency and accuracy of financial records after the training was implemented. Thus, this program is expected to help UMKM become more adaptive to the demands of the digital era and contribute to sustainable local economic growth.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a crucial factor to be considered in the management and empowerment of human resources within a company. This research aims to achieve the following objectives: (1) Determine the impact of career development on employee job satisfaction at PT Putmasari Perkasa Semarang. (2) Assess the influence of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Putmasari Perkasa Semarang. (3) Examine the combined impact of career development and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Putmasari Perkasa Semarang. Descriptive analysis is employed in this research, utilizing the multiple linear analysis method. The SPSS program is utilized for data processing and analysis. A quantitative descriptive research method is applied, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. Data collection involves the distribution of questionnaires to respondents, who are employees of PT Putmasari Perkasa Semarang. The findings of this research indicate that: (1) Career development significantly and positively influences employee job satisfaction at PT Putmasari Perkasa Semarang, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Compensation also has a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction at PT Putmasari Perkasa Semarang, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) The combined influence of career development and compensation significantly affects employee job satisfaction at PT Putmasari Perkasa Semarang, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The interest in purchasing is an essential aspect to consider in managing an institution or company to achieve its goals. This research aims to determine the influence of Instagram social media on purchasing interest at Maju Aquarium Fish Store, the influence of product variation on purchasing interest at Maju Aquarium Fish Store, the influence of product quality on purchasing interest at Maju Aquarium Fish Store, and the simultaneous influence of Instagram social media, product variation, and product quality on Maju Aquarium Fish Store. This research uses descriptive analysis. The method applied is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The data analysis technique applies the SPSS program to process and analyze data. Quantitative descriptive is applied as a method in this study in which variables are measured through a Likert scale. Data collection methods are carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research sample is consumers of Maju Aquarium Fish Store. The results of this research state that: (1) Instagram social media has a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest at Maju Aquarium Fish Store with a significance of 0.015 < 0.05. (2) Product variation has a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest at Maju Aquarium Fish Store with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. (3) Product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest at Maju Aquarium Fish Store with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. Instagram social media, product variation, and product quality simultaneously provide a significant influence of 0.001 > 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di CV. Makin Makmur kota Semarang. Variabel penelitian ini ada tiga, yaitu variabel pengembangan sumber daya manusia (X1), variabel kompetensi (X2), dan variabel produktivitas tenaga kerja (Y). Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner (angket) dan populasi berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisa data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis diskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan dan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh kuat terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan melalui software SPSS versi 22, yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,696, artinya variabel independen (Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia) mampu mempengaruhi variabel dependen (Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja) sebesar 69,6%. Variabel pengembangan dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja secara parsial dan simultan. Secara parsial dengan uji t diperoleh koefisien regresi bernilai positif sebesar 0,684 untuk variabel pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan 0,460 untuk variabel kompetensi sumber daya manusia dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Sedangkan secara simultan hasil uji F diperoleh F hitung sebesar 114,117 dan probabilitas sebesar 0,000. Karena sig Fhitung<5% (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengungkapan CSR dengan memaksimalkan profitabilitas perusahaan perbankan serta pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh dewan komisaris. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan mempublikasikan annual report periode tahun 2021-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga sampel yang dihasilkan sebesar 18 perusahaan sehingga total keseluruhan sampel sebesar 54 laporan keuangan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa adanya ukuran dewan komisaris dan profitabilitas mampu memaksimalkan pengungkapan CSR. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa perusahaan pertambangan dengan profitabilitas dan dewan komisaris perusahaan lebih terdorong untuk mengungkapkan CSR memenuhi tuntutan pemangku kepentingan. Implikasi kebijakan meliputi perlunya regulasi ketat bagi perusahaan besar, dorongan transparansi oleh manajemen, serta peran investor dan masyarakat dalam mengawasi praktik keberlanjutan perusahaan.
