Abstract

Landslides along riverbanks pose significant risks to infrastructure, human safety, and environmental stability. This study used a GIS-based approach to map landslide hazards and implement bio-engineering solutions for riverbank stabilization in the Cisanggarung River Basin (CRB), Indonesia. The analysis incorporated multiple parameters, including slope, soil type, land use, and riverbank characteristics, to identify potential landslide-prone areas. Data from DEMNAS, soil type maps, and land cover maps were processed using GIS tools to generate a comprehensive landslide hazard map. The results indicated that the upper and middle sections of the Cisanggarung River are particularly vulnerable to landslides, with high-risk areas identified based on slope gradients and soil sensitivity. The study further evaluated the suitability of bio-engineering techniques, such as vegetation-based stabilization, to mitigate landslide risks. The proposed solutions were focused on the highest-risk points, which were determined through scoring analysis of the identified parameters. This research provides critical insights for local authorities and environmental planners, offering a practical framework for landslide risk management and sustainable riverbank restoration in the region.

Abstract

One structure utilized in commercial and industrial buildings is the gable frame. This frame is tapered with slopes on both sides, making it a sturdy and effective construction. Since the stability of the rigid frame must be ensured by using gable frames, internal forces impact the frame's stability. Additionally, gable frames are made to support various kinds of loads. By analyzing the cross-sectional area and inertia that give rigidity to the size of the beams and columns in each element, the structure may be made more flexible. The impact of internal forces on the column on changes in roof slope will be analyzed as part of this study. To analyze the effect of columns on roof slopes, gable frame modeling is done using the STAAD Pro aid program, and the profile utilized is IWF 588x300x12x12. The 5o, 7o, 10o, 15o, and 20o slope variations are used to observe the impact of internal forces that occur in shape within the column for the Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) method of cross-section control calculation analysis. SNI 1727:2020 is used for cross-section checks, and 17226:2019 is used for load calculations. According to the modeling results, a considerable axial force will be produced at a slope of 20 degrees. In contrast, a lesser slope angle will result in larger compressive and tensile stress, namely at a slope of 5 degrees. The gable frame's use of slope will impact the axial force by 4%.

Abstract

Stunting remains a significant health problem in Indonesia, especially for toddlers in areas with limited access to good nutrition and health services. The purpose of the Community Service Program (PKM) is to improve understanding of clean water management and the provision of nutritious food for pregnant women and toddlers, as well as to empower Posyandu groups. The methods used include the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages, with a focus on education and training. The subjects in this study were mothers, babies, toddlers, and pregnant women. The data analysis of this study used descriptive data analysis. Data collection used interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that empowering Posyandu through training and education on stunting prevention has a positive impact on increasing the knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres. Before the training, most cadres had a limited understanding of the concept of stunting, causative factors, and prevention efforts. However, after being given intensive training, there was a significant increase in cadres' understanding of the importance of good parenting, providing balanced nutritious food, and routine child growth monitoring practices. This study concludes that providing stunting prevention education can increase the knowledge and awareness of pregnant women and mothers with babies and toddlers regarding efforts to prevent stunting through providing balanced nutrition and clean water sanitation. The implications of this study indicate that empowering Posyandu through training and education on stunting prevention can be an effective strategy for improving the quality of public health services.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of fiscal decentralization and foreign direct investment (FDI) on regional income inequality and examine the role of economic growth in mediating the effect of independent variables on income inequality in Indonesia. The analytical tool used was path analysis (Path Analysis). The sample data were taken from 34 provinces in Indonesia in the period of 2015-2019. The results show (1) fiscal decentralization has a significant negative effect on economic growth in Indonesia in the period of 2015-2019. (2) FDI has a significant positive effect on economic growth. (3) Fiscal decentralization has a significant positive effect on income inequality. (4) FDI does not affect income inequality. (5) Economic growth has a significant positive effect on income inequality. (6) Economic growth cannot mediate the effect of fiscal decentralization on regional income inequality. (7) Economic growth can mediate the effect of FDI on regional income inequality.

Abstract

The availability of clean water is a basic need often unmet in several areas of Indonesia, including Sukagalih Village in Jonggol District, Bogor Regency, West Java. The village faces difficulty accessing clean water due to population growth, climate change, and a lack of water management infrastructure. The community service initiative aims to help address these issues by identifying available water sources and mapping the potential recharge areas in Jonggol District. The methods used include primary data collection through field observations and interviews with the community, direct measurement of water discharge at the source using a flow meter to determine the flow rate at the water source, while the determination of the groundwater recharge area is based on four parameters: rainfall; slope; land use; and soil type. Based on the results of activities and analysis, four water sources are located in Dusun 2 and Dusun 3 with a discharge of 0.126 liters/second, which does not yet meet the community's raw water needs. Based on the analysis of the potential of the groundwater recharge area, Sukagalih village has a high potential for groundwater recharge areas based on rainfall data, soil, land use, and slope gradient.

Abstract

Banjir kerap terjadi di Perumahan Villa Mutiara Cibitung, yang mana pada tahun 2016 peristiwa banjir terparah pernah terjadi di lokasi ini dengan ketinggian mencapai 80 cm. Banjir tersebut telah menyebabkan kerugian yang signifikan bagi warga yang tinggal di perumahan ini. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab terjadinya banjir pada lokasi ini dan menemukan solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Analisis yang dilakukan berupa Analisa Hidrologi meliputi Uji Konsistensi menggunakan metode RAPS (Rescaled Adjusted Partial Sums), Analisa Curah Hujan dengan menggunakan Metode Distribusi Gumbel, Analisa Intensitas Hujan menggunakan hujan harian rencana atau Metode Mononobe dengan kala ulang 5 tahun, Analisa Debit Banjir Rencana menggunakan Metode Rasional dan Intensitas Hujan yang digunakan sesuai dengan Waktu Konsentrasi. Debit rencana yang didapat dari analisa memiliki nilai yang berbeda disetiap saluran, dimana rentang nilai dari terkecil berada pada Kuarter 34 dengan nilai sebesar 0,1378 m3/detik dan 1,1371 m3/detik pada Sekunder 1. Setelah dilakukan perbandingan antara debit banjir rencana dengan debit saluran didapat 14 saluran drainase yang tidak mampu mengatasi angka Debit Banjir yang tinggi. Maka diperlukan desain baru pada saluran-saluran tersebut dengan merubah tinggi saluran (h) dengan metode trial and error agar mampu menampung debit hujan rancangan, rentang tinggi perubahan saluran pada setiap saluran yang tidak sesuai adalah 0,05 m pada Kuarter 50 hingga 0,30 m pada Sekunder 1. Setelah mendapatkan desain saluran yang baru diharapkan akan dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam mengatasi permasalahan banjir di Perumahan Villa Mutiara Cibitung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik akibat kurangnya aktivitas belajar yang melibatkan mereka secara langsung, karena proses pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPAS melalui model Kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) di kelas IV SD Negeri 30 Lubuk Lintah Kota Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes dan non-tes. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru kelas sebagai pengamat, peneliti sebagai praktisi, serta 16 peserta didik kelas IV yang terdiri atas 8 laki-laki dan 8 perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pada setiap aspek yang diamati. Modul ajar mengalami peningkatan dari 83,33% (kategori Baik) pada siklus I menjadi 95,83% (Sangat Baik) pada siklus II. Aktivitas guru dan peserta didik juga meningkat dari 82,5% menjadi 90% (Sangat Baik). Penilaian sikap menunjukkan perubahan positif dari 7 peserta didik yang menonjol (4 positif, 3 negatif) pada siklus I menjadi 4 yang menonjol dengan sikap positif pada siklus II. Penilaian pengetahuan dan keterampilan meningkat dari rata-rata 75,93 (C) pada siklus I menjadi 88,43 (B) pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, model TPS efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS

Abstract

Penilaian kondisi bangunan merupakan pekerjaan penting karena penurunan kondisi bangunan merupakan sesuatu yang tidak bisa dicegah.Berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi penurunan kondisi bangunan seperti faktor cuaca, penggunaan bangunan yang tidak sesuai fungsinya, dan proses pekerjaan pemeliharaan dan perawatan yang tidak tepat. Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta sejak tahun 2022 tengah gencar melakukan survei pendataan kondisi bangunan khususnya hunian di seluruh wilayah Kelurahan. Proses survei menggunakan bantuan surveyor mahasiswa dan Dasawisma dari Kelurahan di lokasi pendataan. Sebelum pelaksanaan survei, pihak Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta melalui Unit Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman (DPRKP) bekerjasama dengan Universitas Pancasila untuk melaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penilaian kondisi bangunan bertempat di Aula Fakultas Teknik, 17-18 Maret 2025 dengan peserta Dasawisma dari Kelurahan Ceger, Bale Kambang, Cipinang Besar Selatan, Cililitan, Cakung Timur dan Klender. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diharapkan akan menjadi bekal bagi surveyor dan Dasawisma dalam melaksanakan proses pendataan kondisi bangunan hunian di 6 Kelurahan tersebut.

Abstract

Water resources are crucial for life and the economy, especially in the Cimanuk River Basin, where irrigation supports agricultural productivity. Population and economic growth have led to significant changes in land use that impact irrigation systems. The shift from agricultural to non-agricultural land, along with factors such as urbanization, flooding, drought, and pests, has reduced the area of farmland and decreased rice productivity in West Java. This study aims to analyze changes in land use and their effects on the irrigation system in the Cimanuk River Basin. The research methods include analyzing combined data such as remote sensing, statistical tests, evapotranspiration calculations, and irrigation water needs to assess the water balance of irrigation based on water availability and demand. The findings reveal a significant decrease in agricultural land coverage, from 37.48% of the total area of the Cimanuk River Basin in 2000 to 22.79% in 2023. This change in land cover affects irrigation needs and impacts the water balance in the Cimanuk River Basin, resulting in a water deficit between availability and irrigation needs. The water deficit occurs during peak dry months, such as July, with a maximum deficit of 215.72 m³/second, indicating that the water requirements for irrigation are often not met optimally.

Abstract

Nowdays technological developments are very rapid, a gadget can be defined as a tool that can be easily connected to the internet. If you use gadgets wisely, you will get many benefits. However, if gadget use cannot be controlled it will have a negative impact. One of the negative impacts is dependence or addiction to gadgets. Apart from the use of gadgets, bullying also often occurs nowadays. Around three million children are addicted to gadgets, bullying behavior and abuse in the school environment. Efforts to increase children's awareness regarding the dangers of bullying and the use of gadgets as well as puberty education can be done through health promotion, programs created in schools can be more focused and cost-effective. Health education is one of the effective promotive and preventive efforts that can be carried out to increase the knowledge of students and female students which can influence changes in a person's behavior in order to prevent acts of violence, bullying, or excessive use of technological tools, in addition to achieving personal readiness in facing puberty.
