Abstract

The Regional General Hospital of Bengkayang Regency is planning the construction of a new building. The Bengkayang Regency General Hospital building will be planned to total 2 buildings, namely the Central Medical building and the IRNA building, where the Central Medical building has 4 floors with an area of 8024.62 m2 and the IRNA building has 3 floors with an area of 5945.55 m2 and several rooms to be built include: INFECTIOUS, IGD, Obstetric Installation, ICU, ICCU, HCU, Operating Room, and IRNA Room. To build the Regional General Hospital of Bengkayang Regency, it is necessary to plan electrical installations which are part of the initial stage of work. In planning this electrical installation, the need for electrical energy to serve the load must be in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard which refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2016 concerning technical requirements for hospital buildings and infrastructure and the General Regulation of Electrical Installations (PUIL) 2011. Research on the planning of this installation uses literature study methods and discriminatory analytics. At the planning stage, several calculations were carried out, namely calculating the need for lighting illumination, air conditioning capacity, conducting cross-sectional area, safety current rating, as well as making line diagrams and calculating cost budget details (RAB). Based on calculations and analysis, the amount of power to meet all electricity load needs is 624322 Watt and the total cost of all work is Rp. 5,623,488,000.00.

Abstract

This research plans a hybrid system in the LPPKM Untan building, comparing the energy and economic aspects of PLN and PLTS using monocrystal type solar panels with a capacity of 320 Wp, and finding the total needs and capacity of solar panels, batteries, SCC, inverters, and ATS. In the LPPKM building with an installed electrical power capacity of 23 kVA with a hybrid system will compare PLN and PLTS energy by 50% and 30% of the maximum daily power of 11.5 kW. Energy and economic analysis found that the most efficient PLTS energy cost to use, meeting and even exceeding the daily and monthly use of electric power in the LPPKM building is PLTS with a capacity of 50% (10,857.28 kWp / year) with cost savings of Rp. 15,486,877 kWp / year with a very high LCC value compared to using a capacity of 30% of the maximum power even though the LCC is low. The feasibility of investment made by the 50% capacity PLTS shows an NPV value of Rp. 28,394,341, -. PI = 1.16 and DPP value of 17 years. Indicating that the construction of PLTS in LPPKM is feasible by using a PLTS capacity of 50%.

Abstract

Planning for Jagoi Babang Pratama Hospital is a Regional General Hospital owned by the Government which is located in Jagoi Babang District, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan Province. Jagoi Babang Primary Hospital has a total land area of 10,275 m2. The Study of Electrical Installation Planning at Pratama Jagoi Babang Hospital will be carried out in Building C, which at the time this research was appointed, development planning was being carried out and the location of Building C was on the 1st floor. The construction of this hospital is very dependent on electrical installations, especially lighting and air conditioning installations to support the needs of hospital staff and patients. For the smooth running of hospital activities, calculations are needed to design correct and proper electrical installations, according to the Indonesian National Standard based on General Electrical Installation Requirements (PUIL) of 2011 and Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2016 concerning technical requirements for hospital buildings and infrastructure which is stated in article 23. In planning the electrical installation of Pratama Jagoi Babang Hospital, researchers made several calculations, namely lighting illumination, air conditioning capacity, safety size, cross-sectional area, total load, and voltage drop. Based on the results of calculations and analysis of the number of lamps counted, 470 lamps were obtained with the type of DL LED 14 Watt, DL LED 18 Watt, TL LED 18 Watt. Then the total load required is 8168 Watt = 8.168 kW while for planning Air Conditioners with a total load required is 140.633 kW with a total of 35 Air Conditioners.
