Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan pada anak usia dini salah satunya dapat dilihat dari status motorik halus. Perkembangan motorik halus merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang dilalui anak pada masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi status motorik halus adalah pengetahuan ibu dan status gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi dengan status motorik halus pada anak usia dini di TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal XIII Desa Wates Kecamatan Undaan Kabupaten Kudus. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik korelasional metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Peneliti menggunakan simple random sampling dengan mengambil jumlah populasi di TK sebanyak 105 Anak. Analisa bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square dan instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner,observasi dan formulir Denver II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ada hubungan status gizi dengan status motorik halus pada anak usia dini di TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal XIII Desa Wates Kecamatan Undaan Kabupaten Kudus 2022 dengan P Value = 0,000 (0.05), nilai OR sebesar 0,156.Ada hubungan status gizi dengan status motorik halus pada anak usia dini di TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal XIII Desa Wates Kecamatan Undaan Kabupaten Kudus Tahun 2022.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan status motorik halus pada anak usia dini di TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal XIII Desa Wates Kecamatan Undaan Kabupaten Kudus 2022 dengan P Value = 0,000 (0.05), nilai OR sebesar 7,227. Pengetahuan ibu berhubungan dengan status motorik halus pada anak usia dini di TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal XIII Desa Wates Kecamatan Undaan Kabupaten Kudus Tahun 2022.

Abstract

Digital copyright piracy remains a growing legal issue in Indonesia alongside the rapid development of information technology. This practice not only causes economic losses to creators and copyright holders but also reflects a gap between legal norms and social realities. This study aims to analyze legal protection for digital copyrights and to assess the effectiveness of Law Number 28 of 2014 on Copyright. This research employs a normative legal method using a library research approach by examining statutory regulations and relevant academic literature. The findings indicate that although Indonesia has established an adequate legal framework for copyright protection, its implementation remains ineffective due to low public legal awareness, weak law enforcement, and challenges in monitoring digital platforms. These findings emphasize that effective copyright protection requires not only comprehensive regulations but also synergy between the government, law enforcement authorities, and the development of a strong legal culture within society.

Abstract

Education is basically a conscious effort to grow and develop the potential of human resources (HR), especially for students by providing encouragement and providing good facilities through learning activities. In addition, each individual must have the ability and willingness to learn so that the learning objectives can be achieved. The achievement of each individual from each learning process is called learning achievement. As for one of the supporting factors that are dominant in influencing learning achievement is the intelligence of each individual student. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the level of intelligence has on learning achievement, especially in the field of Islamic religious education (PAI) at MAN 1 Sukabumi City. The research method used is survey method with correlational analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis performed, it was found that intelligence has a significant effect on learning achievement. This is evidenced by the t count of 7.811 with a significance level of 0.01 and 0.05. Based on the data analysis test, it was also found that F was 61.011 with a significance value of 0.01 (p <0.05). This shows that intelligence has a significant influence on student achievement. Apart from the F value, an R square value of 0.592 is also obtained, which means that 59.2% of student achievement in PAI is influenced by the level of intelligence, while the remaining 40.8% is influenced by other factors such as motivation or learning environment. Then the results of the research conducted can be concluded that the level of intelligence has a significant effect on student achievement in PAI either partially or simultaneously. The other supporting factors are motivation, socioeconomic, class climate or learning methods which support student achievement, especially in Islamic Religious Education.
