Abstract

AbstrakBudidaya lele di Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, menghadapi tantangan efisiensi penggunaan pakan yang berdampak pada tingginya biaya produksi dan rendahnya hasil panen. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi budidaya lele melalui pelatihan manajemen pakan dan penerapan teknologi pencampur pakan otomatis. Sasaran kegiatan adalah Kelompok Tani Lele "Kuta Baru" dengan jumlah peserta 20 orang. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis penggunaan pH Meter dan TDS Meter, aplikasi alat pencampur pakan otomatis berkapasitas 15 kg, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi hasil. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi penggunaan pakan sebesar 18%, kenaikan rata-rata bobot panen 12%, dan 90% peserta mengadopsi teknologi baru. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi biaya, dan pengetahuan petani dalam budidaya lele yang berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: budidaya lele; efisiensi pakan; teknologi tepat guna; pelatihan; serdang bedagai AbstractCatfish farming in Tebing Tinggi Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency, faces the challenge of feed use efficiency which has an impact on high production costs and low yields. This community service activity aims to improve the efficiency of catfish cultivation through feed management training and the application of automatic feed mixing technology. The target of the activity is the "Kuta Baru" Catfish Farmer Group with a total of 20 participants. The implementation method includes socialization, technical training on the use of pH Meter and TDS Meter, application of automatic feed mixing equipment with a capacity of 15 kg, as well as mentoring and evaluation of results. The program results showed an 18% increase in feed use efficiency, a 12% increase in average harvest weight, and 90% of participants adopted the new technology. This activity contributed to increasing productivity, cost efficiency, and farmers' knowledge in sustainable catfish farming. Keywords: catfish farming; feed efficiency; appropriate technology; training; serdang bedagai

Abstract

This paper proposes a cosine comparator-based firing angle control strategy for three-phase full-wave thyristor rectifiers. Gate pulses are generated by comparing phase-synchronized cosine reference signals with a tunable threshold voltage, allowing precise control over conduction intervals. The method’s effectiveness is evaluated across firing angles ranging from 30° to 120° under RLC load conditions. Quantitative results demonstrate accurate gate synchronization and substantial reduction in Total Harmonic Distortion (THD)—by over 50% relative to conventional ramp-based techniques. The findings confirm the proposed control scheme's potential for high-performance, low-distortion AC-DC conversion, making it suitable for industrial and educational power electronics applications.   Keywords - Three-phase controlled rectifier, cosine comparator, firing angle, Simulink modeling, thyristor gate control, FFT analysis.

Abstract

Jaringan Saraf Tiruan (NN) merupakan sebuah paradigma dalam pemrosesan informasi yang dimodelkan berdasarkan sistem neuron, menyerupai cara otak manusia memproses informasi. Penelitian ini membahas penerapan jaringan saraf dengan algoritma pembelajaran backpropagation yang diimplementasikan dalam simulasi sebagai pengendali suatu sistem. Pressure Process Rig 38-714 digunakan sebagai model plant dalam penelitian ini. Pengendali berbasis Jaringan Saraf Tiruan ini beroperasi dengan menghitung kesalahan antara keluaran aktual sistem dan masukan referensi yang telah ditentukan, dimana sinyal hasil selisih antara keluaran plant dan sinyal referensi menjadi masukan utama bagi sistem kendali. Penelitian ini memperkenalkan pendekatan pengendalian berbasis eror dengan pelatihan dua tahap, yakni konfigurasi seri-paralel dan paralel, serta disertai metode faktor pengali untuk menjaga kestabilan sinyal kendali dalam batas kerja plant. Berbagai eksperimen dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sistem, termasuk pengujian dengan dan tanpa gangguan, serta pembandingan terhadap metode Direct Inverse Control Neural Network (DIC NN). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini memberikan solusi adaptif dan tahan terhadap eror, dengan performa dan ketahanan yang lebih baik dalam kondisi terpengaruh gangguan dibandingkan metode DIC NN. Keberhasilan sistem diukur dari kesesuaian antara keluaran plant dengan sinyal referensi dan kemampuan sistem kendali dalam meredam gangguan secara efektif.   Kata kunci: Pengendali, Neural Network, Backpropagation.

Abstract

The implementation of the presidential threshold in Indonesia has long been debated for its impact on political representation and democratic fairness. As a response to ongoing criticism, the Constitutional Court issued Decision No. 62/PUU-XXII/2024, which annulled Article 222 of Law No. 7 of 2017 concerning the requirement for political parties or coalitions to meet a minimum seat or vote percentage to nominate presidential and vice-presidential candidates. This study explores the legal consequences of that ruling on Indonesia’s presidential nomination system. Using a normative juridical method with qualitative analysis, the research is based on constitutional interpretation, relevant statutory provisions, and scholarly perspectives on constitutional law and judicial review. The ruling emphasizes the incompatibility of the threshold with the principle of popular sovereignty and reaffirms the Constitutional Court’s function as the guardian of constitutional rights. The elimination of the threshold opens broader access for political parties to participate in presidential nominations, increases leadership choices for voters, and challenges the dominance of major parties. Nevertheless, the decision also demands prompt legislative reforms and institutional readiness to ensure a smooth transition toward a more inclusive and democratic electoral process.
