Abstract

Bahasa dan budaya merupakan hal yang saling terkait. Kita tidak dapat membicarakan bahasa saja tanpa campur tangan budaya dan begitu pula sebaliknya. Kangen Indonesia merupakan buku terjemahan Jepang, yang mengangkat peristiwa keseharian yang dialami oleh Hisanori Kato sendiri ketika menjalani kehidupan selama beberapa tahun di Jakarta. Berbagai peristiwa, kendala dan shock culture dialami membuat dirinya mau tidak mau beradaptasi agar dapat menyesuaikan dengan ritme negeri orang. Hingga sampai titik Indonesia menjadi ‘rumah’ bagi seorang Hisanori Kato.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan gambaran status gizi kurang yang bersifat kronik pada masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sejak awal kehidupan. Stunting merupakan masalah gizi yang cukup serius di Indonesia, yang dapat berdampak jangka panjang terhadap pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak. Berdasarkan data, banyak anak di Indonesia yang mengalami kekurangan gizi pada usia dini, yang dapat menghambat perkembangan optimal mereka. Berdasarkan Studi Kesehatan Dasar 2018 bahwa persentase stunting di Indonesia sebanyak 30,8%. Salah satu faktor utama penyebab stunting adalah asupan gizi yang tidak seimbang dan kurangnya pengetahuan orang tua dalam menyediakan makanan yang bergizi untuk anak-anak mereka. Salah satu cara yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas gizi anak adalah dengan memberikan bekal makan siang yang bergizi setiap harinya. Salah satu bentuk makanan penting dalam makanan sehari-hari masyarakat Jepang adalah “bento”. "Bento" merujuk pada kotak makan siang yang biasanya berisi porsi makan lengkap seperti nasi, lauk, sayuran, dan kadang-kadang buah. Pembuatan bento dapat membantu orang tua untuk memastikan anak-anak mendapatkan nutrisi yang cukup dan seimbang.

Abstract

The development of kaiwa II teaching materials based on project based learning that pays attention to several aspects of communication (sociolinguistics, turn taking, natural communication), collaboration, creativity, critical thinking and cross-cultural understanding is an urgent need. This is due to the lack of students' ability to use some of these aspects of communication, and the lack of textbooks that explain the characteristics of spoken language in Japanese which is full of cultural content in which there is also a context close to the learner so as to improve cross-cultural understanding skills. This is in line with the idea of ​​learning Japanese based on the JF Standard and 21st century skills. Project based learning is a method that can be applied in kaiwa learning, based on the results of Yuniarsih's research in 2004, 2005 which proves that the application of drama in kaiwa learning can improve skills. student communication, as well as supported by several other relevant research. This research is a follow-up study on the analysis of the needs for Kaiwa II teaching materials which was carried out in 2019 and a feasibility test in 2021. In this 2022 study, an experiment was conducted on the application of textbooks as a product of previous research. This textbook has been validated by experts in Japanese linguistics and language education. The experimental results in quantitative research on 23 students taking Kaiwa II courses, it is known that the application of textbooks in Kaiwa II learning can improve communication skills. Thus, this textbook is effective in learning Kaiwa II and can be used as a reference as a textbook.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Bahasa Indonesia saat ini semakin dikenal di kalangan internasional. Hal ini dapat menjadi salah satu faktor peningkatan  peminat pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia oleh Penutur Asing (BIPA). Di sisi lain, Jakarta sebagai pintu gerbang masuknya turis manca negara, memiliki kekhasan dan kearifan lokal tersendiri yang memungkinkan untuk diperkenalkan kepada Pembelajar BIPA khususnya yang berdomisili di Jakarta yang berminat pula terhadap budaya lokal.  Pembelajaran BIPA yang berbasis pada kearifan lokal, membawa pemikiran baru kearah pengembangan bahan ajarnya, atau bahan ajar tambahan yang diharapkan dapat memberi variasi bahan ajar yang telah tersedia saat ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penjajakan berupa analisis kebutuhan pengembangan bahan ajar BIPA bagi penutur bahasa Jepang berbasis muatan lokal Jakarta.  Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif.  Melalui teknik angket, data dikumpulkan dari pembelajar dan pengajar BIPA.  Dari hasil pengolahan data dapat diketahui bahwa sebagian pembelajar memikili tujuan agar dapat berkomunikasi dengan teman orang Indonesia.  Tujuan lainnya adalah untuk kebutuhan komunikasi dan bekerja di Indonesia.  Umunya mereka merupakan pembelajar awal, menyukai pembelajaran secara individu dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang bersifat visual seperti buku serta tontonan.  Sumber pembelajaran yang biasa digunakan, selain buku ajar, berupa video pembelajaran pada You Tube, serta penelusuran di google.  Dalam hal kearifan lokal Jakarta, Ondel-Ondel dan Rumah Adat Betawi menjadi tema yang paling diminati. Selanjutnya diikuti oleh tema mengenai Baju Demang Betawi, Roti Buaya, Nyorog, Tanjidor, Gambang Kromong, Cerita Si Pitung, Pencak Silat, dan terakhir Lenong.  Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran mengenai bentuk serta muatan kearifan lokal Jakarta yang diharapkan dapat berintergrasi dalam pembelajaran BIPA bagi penutur bahasa Jepang. KATA KUNCI: bahan ajar; BIPA; Jakarta;  kearifan lokal; kebutuhan  > NEED ANALYSIS OF BIPA LEARNING MATERIALS FOR JAPANESE SPEAKERS BASED ON JAKARTA’S WISDOM ABSTRACT: Indonesian is currently well-known in international tourism. This can be one of the factors in learning Indonesian by Foreign Speakers (BIPA). Also, Jakarta as the gateway for foreign tourists, has its own uniqueness and local Traditions that can be introduced to BIPA Learners, especially those domiciled in Jakarta who are also interested in local culture. BIPA learning based on local wisdom brings new ideas towards the development of its teaching materials or additional teaching materials that are expected to provide variations in the teaching materials that are currently available. This study explores the need to develop BIPA teaching materials for Japanese speakers based on local content in Jakarta. The study uses a descriptive method. Data was collected from BIPA learners and teachers through a questionnaire technique. The results of data processing, can be seen that some learners have the goal of being able to communicate friends. And other to meet communication needs and work in Indonesia. Generally, a Beginner, like individual learning using visual media such as books and shows. Commonly used learning resources, in addition to textbooks, are Google search and Youtube. the local wisdom of Jakarta, Ondel-Ondel and Betawi Traditional Houses are most popular themes. This is followed by themes regarding Baju Demang Betawi, Roti Buaya, Nyorog, Tanjidor, Gambang Kromong, Cerita Si Pitung, Pencak Silat, and finally Lenong. This study aims to provide an overview of the form and content of local wisdom of Jakarta which is expected to be integrated into BIPA learning for Japanese speakers. Abstract

Dokkai is a reading comprehension subject at the Department of Japanese Language UNJ, which is conducted from the third semester to the sixth semester. During the teaching-learning process, we have been conducting various kinds of evaluation, including formative and summative tests, and from the results we found that the students could proceed to a higher reading level. But it turns out when we also found that they are still having problems when solving the reading comprehension test in Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) which is held twice a year. So we feel the need to solve this problem by finding an effective evaluation model to measure students' reading comprehension abilities. From the results of this study are expected to make an effective evaluation model so that we can organize a more accurate evaluation of the Dokkai course. This research method is the evaluative research. Evaluative method is intended to compare the activities, events, and products with a predetermined standard. This study aims to find appropriate evaluation model to measure reading comprehension. The first step is making the same test format with the form on the JLPT test, but it seems to be ineffective to measure student learning outcomes in the Dokkai subject. So we decided to try using an interview technique. After getting the datas we found there is a difference between the results of written test and the test with interview techniques. Written test tends to provide higher score than interview results. It is because on written test, students have more time to read over again the text than in oral test. In the other hand, the student may also copy the sentence of the text that related to the question given. Or in the worst, on written test there will always a probability for student to cheat and copy the other’s answer, which they have no chance to do such thing on oral or interview test.From all matters founded in this research, we considere that it will be better to collaborate the both tests at the time. The purpose of combining the two forms of tests is to provide more reliable datas about actual student ability on Dokkai or reading comprehension.
