Abstract

This study describes and analyzes the implementation of learning management at SMP Al Muhammad Cepu. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with field studies. The subjects of this study were school principals, head of curriculum and teachers of SMP Al Muhammad Cepu. It was found that learning management: the learning management abilities of Al Muhammad Cepu Middle School teachers in the planning aspect were carried out through a study planning IHT review. Improving literacy in reading various reading sources in the library, participating in training, seminars and upgrading. In the aspect of implementing or implementing learning, the efforts made by the teacher are reading various reading sources (literature) related to learning material, studying the syllabus that will be taught, attending training, seminars and upgrading, and opening the internet. In the evaluation aspect, the effort made by the teacher is to read various reading sources (literature). The school's efforts to improve the quality of education at SMP Al Muhammad Cepu through learning management are to provide educational facilities that are adequate and relevant to learning needs, provide space and awards for outstanding teachers, by holding outstanding teachers, teacher creativity competitions, promotions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Canva application in free curriculum-based learning to enhance creativity and learning effectiveness. The research method employed is qualitative, and the research type is descriptive-qualitative, with data collection methods including direct observation and a review of relevant literature. The findings of this study highlight the significant role of educational media in supporting the educational process. Currently, educational media places a growing emphasis on the utilization of technology and communication within the educational context. Educational media not only imparts knowledge but also stimulates the creativity and skills of learners during the learning process at school. Canva is one of the tools that can be used in the educational context. Canva is an online platform that provides various templates and features to assist educators and learners in facilitating technology-based, skill-oriented, creative, and other beneficial forms of learning.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of the Merdeka teaching platform to improve the competency of teachers at Al Muhamamd Cepu High School. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data sources from school principals, teachers and other documents. The results of this research are that most of the Al Muhamamd Cepu High School teachers have worked on the topics in the PMM application, and a small number have taken real action and received certificates. This requires special motivation and attention from both leaders and teachers to complete the PMM so that it can be achieved. increase understanding and produce work on the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum so that teacher competence can continue to be honed and improved

Abstract

Higher education is a forum for producing scientific innovations through the results of its research. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach through literature studies, with sources from various books, articles, websites and other sources. The results of this research are: Understanding qualitative research methodology in higher education must be carried out comprehensively, understanding the meaning and techniques in carrying out research. Qualitative research methods in higher education include 1). The type of approach used by researchers, 2). Source -Data source, 3). Instruments and data collection, 4). Qualitative data analysis, 5). Data validity checking techniques. So that recommendations from the results of this research can be used for scientific research and development, educational innovation in universities and others, writing scientific articles and scientific and technological validation in general.

Abstract

Teaching Al-Quran Hadith includes teachings about faith in Allah and how daily actions reflect integrity in the student environment. It also covers how one shows love for the Koran, and various other aspects. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, where the data analyzed is in the form of symptoms or other forms that can be categorized such as words, images or documents during the research process. Data collection techniques used include interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are: This integration is also reflected in the students' proficiency in reading the Al-Quran, where almost all students are able to read the holy verses of the Al-Quran. This success is supported by school programs that strengthen their understanding, as well as the An-Nadhiyah program in the environment where MTs Al Muhammad Cepu students live. Integration is also found in the way they greet, smile and are polite towards others and older people, as well as diligently studying the Koran and Hadith

Abstract

The Pancasila student profile is a depiction of the characteristics of graduates that are intended to be developed through the education system. This research employs qualitative descriptive and library research methods, drawing data from various sources such as readings, books, articles, and other references. The findings reveal that the Pancasila student profile consists of six main dimensions: a) belief in and devotion to the One Almighty God and noble conduct, b) independence, c) mutual cooperation, d) global diversity, e) critical thinking, and f) creativity. These dimensions are closely intertwined with the values of Islamic Education, as evidenced by numerous Quranic verses discussing each dimension. This underscores Islam's relevance in addressing contemporary challenges. Therefore, it is crucial for Islamic Education teachers to actively contribute to realizing these six Pancasila student profiles, aiming to cultivate a generation strong in faith and noble character.

Abstract

The Medina Charter, also known as the Medina Constitution, has an important meaning in Islamic history that lays the foundation of contemporary Islamic da'wah management, this article discusses how the Medina Charter is still relevant in the development of Islam, this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data obtained from library research. The results of this research are as follows: The Medina Charter is an important value in creating a cohesive society and understanding each other. Medina Charter education helps a framework that enhances cooperation and mutual understanding among individuals. Medina Charter education can encourage positive change and conflict around the world. It leads to da'wah practices that must build between different people. In the management of da'wah, the Charter of Medina causes justice, tolerance, and remorse in the game, which forms a da'wah practice that forms highlights positive and negative reinforcement, and forms inspiration and guidance for making communities.

Abstract

Community Service (PKM) is one of the important components in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in Indonesia. This research discusses the methods that can be used in carrying out Community Service in various universities according to several experts and those that are commonly used. This research method uses library research. The results showed that there are 4 methods in carrying out PkM, namely; Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, Service Learning (SL) method, Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) method, and Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method. These methods have been commonly used by various universities, both public and private. However, the implementation can also be adjusted to the conditions and relevance of each university.

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia involves various institutions that play a significant role in nurturing the younger generation, including mosques and pesantren (Islamic boarding schools). This study aims to examine the role of mosques and pesantren as Islamic educational institutions in Indonesian society, as well as their challenges and contributions to educational development. A qualitative approach was used with a literature study, gathering data from various sources including books, journals, and related documents. The research findings show that mosques, in addition to being places of worship, also serve as effective centers of learning for the Muslim community, particularly focusing on education for children and adolescents. On the other hand, pesantren remains a vital educational institution, especially in rural areas, emphasizing religious and character education through traditional approaches. The collaboration between mosques and pesantren was also identified as an important effort to strengthen Islamic education, despite the challenges of modernization and social change that affect their effectiveness. This study suggests the need for enhanced integration between these Islamic educational institutions and adjustments to the changing times to increase the relevance of Islamic education in society.

Abstract

Academic anxiety experienced by pesantren students in facing assessment often disrupts their concentration and affects the quality of their learning. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of educational psychology interventions in reducing assessment anxiety in pesantren students. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The main data sources were obtained through in-depth interviews with 15 santri who experienced anxiety related to assessment, as well as pesantren managers who were involved in the implementation of the intervention programme. Data were also obtained through observation of the learning dynamics in the pesantren. The results showed that educational psychology interventions, which included relaxation techniques, stress management, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, were effective in reducing academic anxiety among santri. Students who received the psychology training showed a significant reduction in anxiety levels, as well as an improved ability to manage stress before exams. However, external factors such as social pressure from peers and family expectations still influence the level of anxiety felt by santri. This study suggests the need for a more comprehensive approach, involving the role of family and the pesantren community in supporting the management of academic anxiety.
