Abstract

Pelatihan komunikasi pemasaran untuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Sidoarjo merupakan sebuah inisiatif penting yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membantu UMKM memahami dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan, memperluas pasar, dan memperkuat citra merek mereka. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan melibatkan beberapa tahapan, mulai dari koordinasi dengan mitra, identifikasi dan analisis situasi, hingga pengenalan dasar pemasaran dan materi terpadu mengenai komunikasi pemasaran. Selain itu, pendampingan juga dilakukan untuk memastikan pemahaman dan penerapan praktis dari materi pelatihan. Hasil dan pembahasan dari pelatihan tersebut menunjukkan pentingnya strategi pemasaran bagi UMKM. Strategi ini mencakup pemahaman pasar, penetapan harga yang tepat, promosi yang efektif, pelayanan pelanggan yang baik, serta penggunaan teknologi dan kerjasama dengan UMKM lain. Dampak positif yang dihasilkan dari pelatihan ini meliputi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan UMKM, peningkatan penjualan, perluasan pasar, peningkatan citra merek, penggunaan media sosial yang lebih efektif, dan peningkatan kepercayaan pelanggan. Manfaatnya juga mencakup peningkatan keberlanjutan bisnis, penciptaan lapangan kerja, mendorong inovasi, penguatan komunitas bisnis lokal, peningkatan pengetahuan komunitas UMKM, peningkatan daya saing regional, dan kontribusi keuangan pada tingkat daerah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi variabel yang memengaruhi penerimaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) dengan pendekatan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Metode PLS-SEM digunakan untuk menganalisis data sampel berjumlah 63 responden pengguna SIMRS di Rumah Sakit XYZ. Penelitian menghasilkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (PEU) meningkatkan keinginan penggunaan (IU) dan secara tidak langsung meningkatkan perilaku penggunaan (UB). Faktor norma subyektif (SN) juga terbukti berperan penting melalui peningkatan image (IM) pada IU. Norma subyektif juga berpengaruh langsung terhadap IU. Sebaliknya, persepsi kemanfaatan (PU) tidak berperan signifikan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antarvariabel. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa dalam konteks implementasi SIMRS, kemudahan penggunaan sistem dan dukungan sosial dari lingkungan kerja merupakan determinan utama perilaku penggunaan. Sedangkan persepsi manfaat cenderung memiliki peran yang lebih lemah. Hasil ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis pada pengembangan TAM dan implikasi praktis untuk adopsi SIMRS dalam manajemen rumah sakit..

Abstract

In this digital era, programming skills are fundamental, but high school curriculums often do not accommodate this need in depth. Realizing this gap, a Community Service activity entitled "Introduction to the World of Coding: Basic Programming Training for Students of SMA Negeri 5 Surabaya" was carried out. This training aims to equip students with basic programming knowledge and skills to prepare them for digital challenges. The implementation method is divided into three stages: pre-implementation, implementation, and evaluation. The pre-implementation stage includes identifying partner needs, formulating materials (Python as a programming language), and preparing a schedule of four meetings in November-December 2024. The implementation was carried out offline with an interactive direct instruction method, including material explanations, direct practice, discussions, and assignments. The evaluation results showed the effectiveness of the training. Based on the satisfaction questionnaire using the Likert scale (Parasuraman), the overall average reached 4.76 (out of 5), indicating that participants strongly agreed with the implementation of the training. The aspects of reliability (4.83) and responsiveness (4.80) received the highest scores. This shows that this basic programming training has succeeded in increasing the interest and insight of students of SMA Negeri 5 Surabaya in the world of coding.

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has drastically changed the world of schooling and digital innovation, especially for Generation Z. This community service program aims to improve digital literacy and creativity of students at SMA Negeri 1 Srengat through training in the use of AI, specifically the ChatGPT and Gemini applications. This program was implemented using interactive lecture methods, live demonstrations, and direct practice with digital devices. Evaluation was carried out using pre-tests, post-tests, and questionnaires. The evaluation results showed a 65% increase in participants' understanding of the training material, while the questionnaire obtained an average score of 3.6 (agree category), indicating that the training was effective and relevant to students' needs. This activity succeeded in fostering critical thinking skills, creativity in using AI technology, and awareness of ethical digital practices in students. In addition, this training contributed to strengthening students, especially in the aspects of critical reasoning, creativity, and independence. Therefore, this AI training is a strategic initiative to prepare the younger generation to be technologically literate, innovative, and adaptive in the digital era.

Abstract

The digital competency strengthening program for school dropouts and unemployed youth in Wonorejo Village is a strategic effort to improve the quality of human resources in the digital era. This activity aims to equip participants with practical skills in Microsoft Office and productive internet use, as a foundation for entering the workforce and entrepreneurship. The training was conducted offline using the Direct Instruction method, where instructors delivered material in a structured manner through explanations, demonstrations, guided practice, and independent practice. The program was evaluated by distributing questionnaires to 18 training participants to assess its effectiveness. The results showed an average score of 4.58 on a five-point scale, falling into the "tend to strongly agree" category. This indicates that the Microsoft Office and internet use training was well implemented and had a positive impact on improving participants' skills and confidence. This program not only strengthens technical skills but also plays a crucial role in empowering school dropouts and unemployed youth to be more adaptable and competitive in facing the challenges of the digital workplace.
