Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of developing a decision support system that is expected to be able to provide assistance and simplify the process of assessing and calculating grades and shorten the time used in awarding Pesantren Ambassadors. This system will use two decision support system methods, such as the MOORA and ARAS methods. The MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization Based on Ratio Analysis) method uses complex mathematical calculations to solve a problem. ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) is an approach based on the intuitive principle that the available options should be relevant. The ARAS method has the greatest ratio to achieve the most effective solution by looking at each weight and comparing the value of each criterion for each choice. The user can determine which method he will use in determining a decision. The final result that will be displayed by the system is a battle that shows which Islamic Boarding School is selected based on the two methods.

Abstract

Tourism is an important sector that supports regional economic growth. In the Semarang area, the increasing number of tourist destinations provides many options for visitors, but it can also make it difficult for tourists to determine the most appropriate destination based on several considerations. Therefore, this study aims to develop a decision support system for selecting tourist destinations using a multi-criteria decision-making approach. The criteria used in this study include travel time, ticket price, tourist facilities, and destination rating. The data were obtained from digital tourism information and questionnaire responses from 64 respondents. The Entropy method was used to determine objective criteria weights based on data variation, while the MARCOS method was applied to rank tourist destination alternatives based on their proximity to ideal and anti-ideal solutions. The results show that Kota Lama is the most recommended tourist destination with the highest final score, followed by Lawang Sewu and Pagoda Avalokitesvara. The validation results using Spearman correlation analysis produced a coefficient value of 0.9879, indicating a very strong agreement between the ranking results generated by the Entropy–MARCOS model and tourist preference rankings. This study contributes by integrating objective weighting and ranking methods using digital tourism data to provide a structured approach for tourism decision support systems.

Abstract

Pemilihan saham yang tepat menjadi tantangan bagi investor, khususnya investor pemula, di tengah dinamika pasar saham yang terus berkembang. Harga saham yang fluktuatif dan beragamnya pilihan saham dari berbagai sektor seringkali menyulitkan proses pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis multikriteria menggunakan kombinasi metode Entropy dan Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC). Metode Entropy digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan pembobotan indikator dengan hasil yang lebih signifikan dan total bobot tetap konsisten pada angka 1. Metode MABAC diterapkan untuk proses perangkingan guna menentukan saham terbaik berdasarkan lima kriteria utama: Price to Book Value (PBV), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), Earnings per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Dividend Yield. Sistem ini diuji menggunakan data dari 30 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam IDX Company Fact Sheet LQ45 periode Agustus 2024 – Januari 2025. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan dengan nilai positif direkomendasikan sebagai pilihan investasi yang lebih baik. United Tractors Tbk menduduki peringkat tertinggi dengan nilai Si = 0.552, diikuti oleh Astra International Tbk Si = 0.244 dan Adaro Energy Indonesia Si = 0.229. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi metode Entropy dan MABAC mampu memberikan rekomendasi emiten secara objektif dan terukur agar lebih optimal.

Abstract

This study applies the VIKOR method in determining the best type of animal feed to support the productivity of laying hens. This method is used to analyze and rank various feed alternatives based on a number of important criteria, such as nutritional quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability. Data collection was carried out through direct interviews with farmers and direct observations in the field. The analysis was carried out using a multicriteria approach with weights determined based on the level of importance of each criterion. The results of the study showed that alternative A7 (fish meal) with a Q value = 0.000 ranked highest as the most optimal type of animal feed. This shows that fish meal has the best balance in meeting the various criteria that have been set. Conversely, alternative A9 (table salt) with a Q value = 1.000 ranked lowest, reflecting its least optimal performance. The VIKOR method has proven effective in providing a balanced compromise solution, so that farmers can make more accurate and data-based decisions. The application of the VIKOR method in the selection of animal feed provides significant benefits in increasing livestock efficiency and productivity. In addition, this approach also supports more sustainable and competitive livestock management, so that it has the potential to be adopted more widely in the livestock sector.

Abstract

Public services at the village level often struggle with issues of efficiency and transparency due to outdated manual complaint systems. In Kalangdosari Village, having a digital platform that enables communication between residents and village officials is crucial for enhancing service quality. This study aims to design and create a web-based Community Complaint System (SIPADU) that can manage reports from the public in an integrated, transparent, and accountable manner. The method chosen for system development is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which allows for the quick and flexible creation of software through iterative cycles. System evaluation is conducted using two methods: Black Box Testing to verify technical functions and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess user satisfaction and experience. Test results indicate that all functional features of the SIPADU system operate according to technical specifications without failures. Usability testing revealed that the system is deemed acceptable (Acceptable) with a good rating (Good), indicating that the system's interface is easy for both village residents and administrators to understand and use. The implementation of SIPADU in Kalangdosari Village has proven effective in digitizing the complaint process and provides a RAD-based development framework that can be used in other villages. This research contributes to the utilization of information technology to enhance more responsive and modern village governance.

Abstract

The development of the fast-food culinary business in Indonesia, particularly the Rocket Chicken network in Semarang, requires optimal management of fresh vegetable raw material supply to maintain quality consistency and operational continuity. This study aims to evaluate vegetable supply performance at ten Rocket Chicken branches in the Semarang area by integrating the Entropy method for objective weighting and Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) for alternative ranking. Data were collected through questionnaires from 34 respondents covering assessments of five main criteria (Price, Quality, Timeliness, Supply Continuity, Service and Responsiveness) as well as actual supplier performance assessments. The Entropy weighting results show Quality as the most important criterion (62.1%), followed by Supply Continuity (24.2%), Price (8.1%), Timeliness (4.0%), and Service (1.5%). The application of COPRAS, treating Price as a cost criterion and other criteria as benefits, yields the highest performance ranking at the MENOREH branch with a utility value of 1.0690 (100.00%), followed by TLOGOSARI (96.75%), MRICAN (96.00%), NGAILYAN (94.03%), and SEKARAN (92.64%). Validation using Spearman rank correlation shows methodological consistency with a coefficient of ρ = -0.939, indicating excellent results. The differences between Entropy and COPRAS results indicate different evaluation perspectives, where Entropy emphasizes information variation in data, while COPRAS focuses on cost-benefit combination optimization. This study provides practical contributions in the form of supply performance improvement priority recommendations focusing on vegetable quality enhancement and methodological contributions through the integration of Entropy-COPRAS proven effective for evaluating fresh food supply chain performance in the context of the Indonesian culinary business.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri musik digital mendorong musisi dan pelaku industri untuk menetapkan strategi promosi yang tepat guna menjangkau audiens secara optimal. Tantangan utama dalam pemilihan strategi promosi terletak pada banyaknya alternatif yang tersedia serta perlunya evaluasi yang objektif dan berbasis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi promosi musik digital yang paling efektif dengan mengombinasikan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sebagai pendekatan pengambilan keputusan multikriteria. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kepentingan setiap kriteria, sedangkan metode SAW digunakan untuk menghitung nilai preferensi dan melakukan perangkingan alternatif strategi promosi. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh 22 responden berusia 17–30 tahun.Penelitian ini menganalisis lima alternatif strategi promosi berdasarkan lima kriteria, yaitu biaya promosi, jangkauan audiens, efektivitas penyampaian pesan, tingkat interaksi, dan kemudahan implementasi. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa alternatif Media Sosial (A1) memperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,967, sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai strategi promosi musik digital yang paling efektif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi dengan jangkauan luas, tingkat interaktivitas tinggi, serta kemudahan penerapan memiliki tingkat preferensi yang lebih tinggi di kalangan audiens. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi musisi, manajemen artis, dan pelaku industri musik dalam merancang strategi promosi digital yang lebih sistematis, dan objektif.

Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi dapat berdampak besar diberbagai sektor, terutama dalam proses pembelian digital. Salah satu contohnya adalah pemesanan tiket bioskop secara online melalui smartphone, yang memungkinkan pengguna melakukan berbagai aktivitas pemesanan tanpa harus mengantri. TIX ID muncul sebagai salah satu platform yang menyediakan layanan ini, memudahkan pengguna untuk membeli tiket bioskop dari mana saja. Meskipun TIX ID menawarkan kemudahan, beberapa pengguna mengeluhkan terbatasnya metode pembayaran yang tersedia, kesulitan dalam membatalkan pesanan, waktu pembuatan akun yang cukup lama, serta tantangan dalam mengajukan aduan. Oleh karena itu, aplikasi ini perlu melakukan perubahan dan pembaruan sistem untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Metode ini menempatkan kepuasan pengguna sebagai solusi utama dalam menghadapi permasalahan dan menghasilkan ide-ide baru. Hasil akhir dari perubahan ini dapat diuji menggunakan Single Ease Question (SEQ), di mana skor 6,4 dari 7 menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pengguna yang dirancang berhasil dan memenuhi kebutuhan fitur yang selama ini diinginkan oleh pengguna TIX ID. Hasil akhir menunjukan bahwa hasil optimalisasi redesign ini memberikan kemudahan pengguna serta memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi pengguna dalam mengakses aplikasi TIX ID, sehingga dapat menjadi aplikasi andalan untuk pemesanan tiket secara online.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi saat ini perpustakaan harus terus berinovasi dalam memberikan pelayanan salah satunya yaitu dengan pemanfaatan perpustakaan digital. Perpustakaan digital difasilitasi oleh Perpustakaan Nasional dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah akses masyarakat terhadap bahan bacaan serta memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan literasi. Aplikasi iPusnas ini dikelola oleh Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia, namun aplikasi ini hanya mendapatkan rating 2,3 dari 5 dilihat pada tahun 2024 dikarenakan desainnya yang kurang menarik dan terlalu kuno. Pengguna kini mengharapkan aplikasi perpustakaan digital yang lebih modern, responsif, dan lebih mudah digunakan. Perancangan ulang sangat dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi ekspektasi dan memastikan iPusnas tetap menarik bagi para pengguna. Penelitian ini memiliki maksud untuk merancang antar muka (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) yang memudahkan para pengguna dalam penggunaan aplikasi, serta mengubah desain antarmuka yang lebih modern. Metode Design Thinking digunakan dalam proses redesign ini agar peneliti dapat memahami kebutuhan para pengguna secara mendalam dan mendapatkan solusi yang tepat. Perancangan ulang aplikasi iPusnas kemudian di uji menggunakan usability testing kepada 10 responden dan memperoleh hasil 6,15 dari 7 untuk Single Ease Question (SEQ) dan memperoleh hasil 88,75 dari 100 untuk penilaian System Usability Scale (SUS). Perancangan ulang desain UI/UX aplikasi iPusnas yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Design Thinking dapat membuat penggunaan aplikasi lebih mudah dan meningkatkan kenyamanan para pengguna.

Abstract

Choosing a college major is an important decision for prospective students as it affects academic performance and future career planning. However, in practice, many prospective students still experience difficulties in selecting a major that matches their interests, abilities, and preferences. Therefore, this study aims to apply the Simple Weighting Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) and Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) methods in developing a decision support system for college major selection. The SWARA method is used to determine criterion weights based on their level of importance, while the COPRAS method is applied to calculate utility values and rank alternative majors. The criteria used include academic ability, interests and experience, profile suitability, cost, and accreditation, with alternative majors consisting of Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Civil Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. Data were collected from several respondents and processed according to the stages of the applied methods. The results show that each respondent receives different major recommendations based on the COPRAS ranking results. For respondent 1, alternatives A1 and A2 ranked first with a utility value of 100%, while other respondents obtained different top alternatives according to their respective preferences. Validation using Spearman’s Rank Correlation indicates strong to very strong relationships between system recommendations and respondents’ preferences, with one example correlation coefficient of 0.95. Based on these results, the developed decision support system is expected to assist prospective students in selecting college majors in a more structured and objective manner.
