Abstract

Information technology is a vital component for every company or institution. Many companies or institutions consider information technology as a supporting element in the implementation of plans formulated to achieve their business or institutional vision, mission, and objectives. This is because information technology is also regarded as an investment asset utilized by specific companies or institutions to further their development. Based on the study conducted at PT. Jasa Maju Ananta, it can be concluded that the company requires an audit to assess the capabilities and provide recommendations regarding the utilized information technology. In this case, the audit framework employed is COBIT 2019, which focuses on the overall information technology system supporting management issues. The reason behind conducting the information technology audit at PT. Jasa Maju Ananta is that information technology is a crucial element for every company or institution. It is also an investment asset used by specific companies or institutions to continue their growth. PT. Jasa Maju Ananta utilizes BATAVIA as the central hub for all information managed within the application. However, to ensure the stability of the stored data in this application, objective verification is necessary in accordance with the company's standards.Keywords: PT. Banyak Perusahaan atau institusi menganggap teknologi informasi sebagai bagian yang mendukung pelaksanaan rencana yang disusun untuk mencapai visi, misi, dan tujuan bisnis atau institusi, dikarenakan Teknologi informasi juga merupakan salah satu aset investasi yang digunakan oleh perusahaan atau institusi tertentu untuk melanjutkan perkembangannya bagi perrusahaan atau institusi tertentu. Dengan adanya kajian pada PT. Jasa Maju Ananta ini, dapat disimpulkan jika PT. Jasa Maju Ananta membutuhkan audit untuk menilai kemampuan dan membuat rekomendasi terkait teknologi informasi yang digunakan. Dalam hal ini, framework audit yang digunakan adalah COBIT 2019 yang berfokus pada keseluruhan sistem teknologi informasi yang mendukung problem manajemen. Alasan dilakukannya audit teknologi informasi pada PT. Jasa Maju Ananta ini karna teknologi informasi merupakan bagian yang sangat penting bagi setiap perusahaan atau institusi. Teknologi informasi juga merupakan salah satu aset investasi yang digunakan oleh perusahaan atau institusi tertentu untuk melanjutkan perkembangannya. PT. Jasa Maju Ananta menggunakan BATAVIA sebagai pusat dari semua informasi yang diselenggarakan untuk aplikasi tersebut. Namun, untuk memastikan stabilitas data yang disimpan dalam aplikasi ini, diperlukan verifikasi objektif sesuai standar perusahaan.Kata kunci: PT. Abstract

The use of information technology in the printing company, in the case of PT Bawen Mediatama, has never been measured, thus the effectiveness and capacity of information technology management are unknown. This approach involves analyzing the company's conditions based on eleven design factors of the COBIT 19 framework, which cover the aspects of company strategy and scale. PT Bawen Mediatama has important processes with level 3 and 4 capabilities, including DSS05, DSS02, DSS01, BAI03, BAI02, BAI03, APO12, and APO13. Subsequently, an evaluation will be conducted to assess the competency level of the IT governance processes that have been implemented by PT Bawen Mediatama in order to determine the company's ability to execute these processes. The assessment results indicate that processes APO03, APO05, APO09, and EDM04 have level 2 and level 1 capabilities. However, all evaluated processes have capabilities that are still below the target. Therefore, it is recommended to prioritize improvements based on specific priorities. The information obtained in each stage of this research is based on interviews with IT staff, supervisors, and managers.Keywords: Audit; COBIT 2019, Information Technology Governance; Printing business AbstrakPengunaan teknologi informasi pada perusahaan percetakan, dalam kasus di PT Bawen Mediatama, kinerja belum pernah diukur, sehingga efektivitas dan kapasitas manajemen teknologi informasi tidak diketahui. Pendekatan ini melibatkan analisis kondisi perusahaan berdasarkan sebelas faktor desain framework COBIT 19 yang mencakup segi strategi dan skala perusahaan. PT Bawen Mediatama memiliki proses penting dengan kapabilitas level 3 dan 4 meliputi DSS05, DSS02, DSS01, BAI03, BAI02, BAI03, APO12, dan APO13. Kemudian, akan dilakukan evaluasi tingkat kompetensi proses tata kelola TI yang telah dilakukan oleh PT Bawen Mediatama untuk mengetahui kemampuan perusahaan dalam menjalankan proses tersebut. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa proses APO03, APO05, APO09, dan EDM04 memiliki kapabilitas level 2 dan level 1. Namun, seluruh proses yang dievaluasi target kapabilitasnya masih dibawah target. Karenanya, direkomendasikan dilakukan perbaikan berdasarkan prioritas tertentu. Informasi yang diperoleh dalam setiap tahap penelitian ini didasarkan pada wawancara dengan staf TI, Supervisor, dan Manajer.Kata Kunci: Audit; COBIT 2019, Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi; Usaha Percetakan

Abstract

The determination of spatial distribution routes for mineral water products is an important process in the mineral water business to ensure that products can be delivered to consumers efficiently and in a timely manner. In this process, factors such as distance, travel time, population density, and road infrastructure are considered to select the most effective and efficient routes. The determination of distribution route paths can be done using digital mapping technology and spatial analysis, which allows for the evaluation of various distribution routes. Spatial data such as road maps, population data, and consumer locations can be input into a Geographic Information System (GIS) to facilitate analysis and decision-making.There are several methods that can be used in determining distribution route paths, including heuristic methods, mathematical optimization, and genetic algorithms. Dalam proses ini, faktor-faktor seperti jarak, waktu tempuh, kepadatan populasi, dan infrastruktur jalan dipertimbangkan untuk memilih rute yang paling efektif dan efisien. Penentuan rute jalur distribusi dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknologi pemetaan digital dan analisis spasial yang memungkinkan pengevaluasian berbagai jalur distribusi yang berbeda. Data-data spasial seperti peta jalan, data populasi, dan lokasi konsumen dapat dimasukkan ke dalam Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk memudahkan analisis dan pengambilan keputusan. Dalam penentuan rute jalur distribusi, terdapat beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan, antara lain metode heuristik, optimasi matematis, dan algoritma genetika. Metode heuristik biasanya digunakan untuk memilih rute yang paling dekat atau paling cepat, sedangkan metode optimasi matematis dan algoritma genetika digunakan untuk memilih rute yang paling efisien.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Geografis; Pemetaan Rute; Google maps API; Air Mineral.

The health worker information system is the interpretation of communicative data in graphical form. Basically this application is a technique for communicating the health human resource data to make information as a visual object. In this research, an analysis was carried out on the application of health worker information systems that aimed at optimizing the application. The optimal application is expected to facilitate the user in carrying out the achievement of the need for information. The results of the research and interviews are the implementation of Zachman Framework method obtains several perspectives or points of view about the application function. These perspectives or point of view will be useful in assisting the implementation of the progress on development design from that application

Abstract

Moonlight Store is a business engaged in the sale of herbal medicines. Currently, the competition between MSMEs is considered very high so that it can threaten the Moonlight store's business process. The Moonlight store needs to take advantage of the development of information technology and develop a strategy that is in accordance with the vision and mission of the Moonlight store. The process of formulating an information system strategy in this study uses the be-vissta planning model. This model applies technical analysis so that it can then develop a strategic information system plan that can be applied to Moonlight stores to face business competition.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an IS/IT strategy so that system implementation in carrying out the company's business processes becomes more effective and efficient. The method used in this research is the Ward and Peppard method, including analyses of Value Chain, SWOT, PEST, IS/IT Internal and External Environmental with McFarlan Strategic Grid, as well as System recommendations in the form of a framework and user interface of system recommendations based on Mc Farlan Strategic Grids implementation. The results of this research are several suggestions for developing existing systems, new frameworks if needed, as well as Users Interfaces from system recommendations. It is expected that this recommendation can be a solution for companies in overcoming the IS/IT related problems they face.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a service-oriented company that utilizes technology to deliver services to its clients. The company faces significant challenges in securing data and information due to its high vulnerability to data theft. The design of an information technology governance framework is necessary to prevent threats to the security of the company's data and information, given the high risk of such incidents. Therefore, an appropriate governance framework is required. In this case, the COBIT 2019 framework is used to support effective and secure information technology management. The aim is to ensure the security of data and information while delivering the highest quality of service to clients. The research methodology employed is qualitative, involving direct interviews with company representatives. The results of the study will present ten design factors along with design recommendations that the company can implement. In conclusion, the use of the COBIT 2019 framework can help the company minimize data theft and protect the acquired data and information

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology in recent decades has significantly impacted various sectors, including education. The D3 Informatics Engineering Study Program at the Faculty of Information Technology, Satya Wacana Christian University, needs to formulate a strategic plan to leverage technology in addressing educational challenges. This study identifies the lack of documentation for student assignments and projects as a key issue, which hampers accessibility and evaluation processes. The Anita Cassidy method and the Design Thinking approach are employed to develop an information system strategy that aligns with academic objectives and supports business processes. The Anita Cassidy method—through the stages of visioning, analysis, direction, and recommendation—facilitates the alignment of information system strategies with academic goals, resulting in recommended system features for development. Meanwhile, Design Thinking is applied to interface design development, focusing on user interaction to enhance the likelihood of system adoption and user satisfaction. This study aims to produce information system recommendations and user interface designs for the archiving of assignments in the D3 Informatics Engineering Study Program, with the goal of improving efficiency and effectiveness in managing student assignments.
