Abstract

The purpose and scope of this guidance activity are to provide kindergarten teachers in Sukun District, Malang City, the knowledge and skills about designing and implementing early childhood integrated art innovation learning to improve the effectiveness and quality of children’s art learning process in kindergarten as part of their job. Guidance and training methods that will be used in this activity are 1) delivery of material and discussion about the development of early childhood art skills and early childhood integrated art innovation; 2) guidance and practice in groups to discuss innovation and designing one learning material package of early childhood integrated art including art, dance, music, and drama literature; 3) Demonstration and simulation to demonstrate the early childhood integrated art innovation learning activity as a part of art class in kindergarten; 4) discussion and evaluation to get feedback both about the process and results of guidance and practice activities. The results obtained are 1) Non-Physical results; from the evaluation of the final results, it can be concluded that 90% (out of 40 participants) have understood the knowledge and skills about making early childhood integrated art innovation to improve the effectiveness and quality of children’s art learning process in kindergarten as part of their job; 2) Physical Result; obtained by the participants from the guidance and training activities are products in the form of early childhood integrated art innovation learning types about various themes and titles. In general, this guidance and training activity is considered successful because, at the end of the activity, all participants have the knowledge and skills about designing and implementing early childhood integrated art innovation learning to improve the effectiveness and quality of children’s art learning process in kindergarten as part of their job.

Abstract

Learning from home during the Covid-19 pandemic, many parents had difficulty accompanying their children in studying. It is not easy for schools to gather and provide guidance to parents because it creates crowds. Various collaborations with parents are sought so that children continue to learn optimally. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 26 Malang Kindergarten implemented an online parenting education program. Research during the Covid-19 pandemic at Kindergarten ABA 26 Malang aims to describe (a) a general description of the implementation of activities, (b) supporting factors for activities, (c) factors inhibiting activities, (d) results of implementing activities for parents and children. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research design. Data collection methods: observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants for this research: school principals, teachers and parents. The research results show that during the Covid-19 pandemic, the parenting education program at Kindergarten ABA 26 Malang was: providing a platform for offline and online parent consultations, parenting education seminars via the zoom meeting application and YouTube live streaming with expert speakers, involving parents at home at the peak theme. The stages of the parenting education program with resource persons are: preparation, implementation and evaluation stages.Belajar Dari Rumah (BDR) pada masa pandemi covid-19 yang terjadi, banyak orang tua kesulitan mendampingi anak belajar. Sekolah tidak mudah mengumpulkan dan memberi pengarahan orang tua sebab menimbulkan kerumunan. Berbagai kerjasama dengan orang tua diupayakan agar anak tetap belajar optimal. Pada masa pandemi covid-19 TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 26 Malang melaksanakan program pendidikan parenting secara daring. Penelitian pada masa pandemi covid-19 di TK ABA 26 Malang bertujuan mendeskripsikan (a) gambaran umum pelaksanaan kegiatan, (b) faktor pendukung kegiatan, (c) faktor penghambat kegiatan, (d) hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan bagi orang tua terhadap anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpul datanya: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini: kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian bahwa pada masa pandemi covid-19 program pendidikan parenting TK ABA 26 Malang yaitu: menyediakan wadah konsultasi orang tua secara offline dan online, seminar pendidikan parenting melalui aplikasi zoom meeting dan live streaming youtube bersama narasumber ahli, pelibatan orang tua di rumah pada puncak tema. Tahapan program pendidikan parenting bersama narasumber yaitu: tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi.

Abstract

Pengenalan satwa dilindungi kepada anak 4-5 tahun dapat menggunakan berbagai macam media seperti buku pop-up, yang berdasarkan hasil observasi penulis belum terdapat buku pop-up pengenalan satwa dilindungi yang beredar baik di toko buku Gramedia maupun e-commerce. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan buku pop-up yang layak untuk pengenalan satwa dilindungi kepada anak usia 4-5 tahun. Pengembangan produk menggunakan metode R&D menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima langkah dan pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu validasi dari ahli media menunjukkan angka 100%, validasi ahli materi menunjukkan angka 80%, dan validasi pengguna menunjukan angka 87,3%. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil mendapatkan nilai pada aspek keefektifan sebesar 90,6%, keefisienan sebesar 96%, dan kemenarikan sebesar 100%. Hasil uji coba kelompok besar mendapatkan nilai pada aspek keefektifan 85,3%, keefisienan 100%, dan kemenarikan sebesar 100%. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa buku pop-up Kenali Aku dapat digunakan untuk mengenalkan satwa dilindungi kepada anak usia 4-5 tahun.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to determine whether the use of audiovisual media in Group B at TK Muslimat NU 19 Malang affects children's knowledge of prayer movements before and after receiving treatment and to assess the effectiveness of this media. Design/methods/approach – This research employs an experimental research method with a comparative whole-group design. The research subjects consist of 30 children in Group B, comprising 14 boys and 16 girls, divided into experimental and control groups. Findings – However, after the treatment, their knowledge and skills in prayer movements improved to a good standard, based on a two-tailed signal of 0.892 in both the control and experimental groups, with a critical t-value of 0.682. It can be concluded that the significance value is greater than the critical t-value, rejecting the null hypothesis (H0) and accepting the alternative hypothesis (Ha). This demonstrates that the use of video tutorial-based audiovisual media influences the prayer movements' quality. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows a value of 0.671, indicating that 67.1% of the ability to apply religious values is influenced by audiovisual media for prayer movements, while 32.9% is influenced by other factors or variables. This suggests that the application of video tutorials is highly effective in enhancing children's knowledge and skills in performing prayer movements. Research implications/limitations – This study implies that introducing prayer in early childhood education can be done effectively with the use of audiovisual media. Practical implications – From a practical standpoint, this research provides examples of prayer movements in accordance with Islamic principles. Originality/value – The value of this research finding lies in the early introduction of prayer, assisted by audiovisual media. Paper type Case study

Abstract

Keterampilan menyimak merupakan aspek perkembangan bahasa yang pertama kali didapatkan dan dilatih kepada anak. Anak harus memiliki keterampilan menyimak agar dapat menerima informasi dengan baik, sehingga aspek perkembangan lainnya dapat terstimulasi. Metode yang tepat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak adalah bermain peran makro. Kidzania merupakan tempat eduwisata anak yang menggunakan konsep bermain peran makro. Penlitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran penerapan metode bermain peran makro dan faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam menstimulasi keterampilan menyimak anak usia lima sampai enam tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model miles dan huberman dengan kebasahan data melalui triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa dengan bermain peran makro  anak dapat mencapai dua indikator pencapaian keterampilan menyimak, yaitu mendengarkan dengan saksama dan memahami aturan permainan dengan beberapa faktor yang memperngaruhi baik sebagai pendukung maupun penghambat dalam kegiatan menyimak anak

Abstract

Berpikir secara logis merupakan suatu proses berpikir dengan menggunakan  logika, rasional dan masuk akal dimana anak mengumpulkan dan memahami informasi dengan mengelompokan, membedakan, memilih, mengklasifikasikan, menghitung dan mengenali pola. Permainan bongkar pasang geometri adalah permainan 2D yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat pembelajaran untuk menstimulasi aspek perkembangan anak salah satunya yaitu kemampuan berpikir logis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh permainan bongkar pasang geometri terhadap kemampuan berpiki logis anak kelompok  A di TK Bhima Putra Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif jenis pre-eksperimental. Desain penelitian yaitu dengan tipe one group pretset dan postest. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi dimana berupa tes pretest dan postest untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir logis anak sebelum dan sesudah diberikan treatment, sedangkan dokumentasi berupa foto-foto kegiatan pada saat pelaksanaaan pretest, postest, treatment, kegiatan pembelajaran dan kegiatan observasi awal. Uji coba instrument menggunakan uji validitas ahli dan uji reliabilitas, instrument penelitian menggunakan LKPD. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan paired sample t-test, dapat diketahui signifikansi bernilai 0,000 menunjukkan bahwa sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05 sehinnga H0 ditolah dan Ha diterima. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa sebelum diberikan treatment kemampuan berpikir logis anak masih rendah, namun setelah diberikan treatment kemampuan berpikir logis anak meningkat. Jadi diperoleh hasil akhir yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh setelah pemberian treatment menggunakan permainan bongkar pasang geometri pada kemampuan berpikir logis anak kelompok A di TK Bhima Putra.

Abstract

Program parenting memfasilitasi orang tua dan anak untuk mengasah bakat dan minat di bidang seni khususnya “mewarnai”. Selain terbilang unik program ini juga diharapkan dapat membangun secure attachment antara orang tua dan anak, serta sekolah dapat mengimplementasikan program pelibatan orang tua dalam proses pembelajaran dan stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif.  Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui gambaran umum pelaksanaan program Parenting Foundation Class “Mewarnai”, faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaanya, serta dampak dari pelaksanaannya terhadap secure attachment. Terdapat tiga langkah analisis data yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya pelaksanaan program parenting di lembaga tersebut dilaksanakan setiap hari jumat di 3 bulan pertama setiap semester dan diikuti oleh orang tua dan anak. Orangtua dan anak menjadi lebih dekat karena ada komunikasi saat mewarnai, anak merasa aman dan nyaman berada di dekat orangtua, serta lebih percaya diri dalam mengeksplorasi lingkungannya dikarenakan memiliki figur yang melindungi. Faktor yang menjadi pendukung yaitu pemateri yang kompeten dan fasilitas lembaga yang memadai, sedangkan faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu kesibukan orangtua dihari pelaksanaan dan tidak ada aktivitas tambahan untuk anak yang telah selesai mewarnai sehingga berpotensi mengganggu teman-temannya yang belum selesai mewarnai.

Abstract

Abstract: Early Childhood Teachers in Cluster 9 Sukun District Malang doing their duties do not yet have the knowledge and skills of developing the design and making puppet models as a learning medium in improving the effectiveness and quality of language learning in Early Childhood Education. 9 Sukun Subdistrict, Malang City has knowledge and skills in developing the design and manufacturing of puppet models as a learning medium in improving the effectiveness and quality of language learning in kindergarten. The methods used in the training include: (1) Lectures and Questions and Answers for delivering language skills development materials and techniques for making doll models; (2) Demonstrations to prove the stages of doll making techniques; (3) Giving training assignments in groups to make a package of doll models and simulating the use of doll models in real learning at Early Childhood Education institutions. The results of community service activities are products in the form of production designs and finger puppets and hand puppet models which include: (1) TK PKK BANDULAN: Production Design and Finger Puppet Model Theme about Profession and Production Design and Hand Puppet Model Theme about the Universe; (2) TK AGAPE: Design Production and Model of Finger Puppets Theme about Family and Production Design and Model of Hand Puppet Theme about Plants; (3) TK PLUS KIDS: Production Design and Model of Finger Puppet Themes on Transportation Equipment and Design Production and Model of Hand Puppet Themes on Animals.Abstrak: Guru-guru PAUD di Gugus 9 Kecamatan Sukun Kota Malang dalam menjalankan tugasnya belum memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengembangan desain dan pembuatan model-model boneka sebagai  media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan efektifitas dan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa di PAUD.Tujuan  kegiatan pelatihan diharapkan guru-guru PAUD di Gugus 9 Kecamatan Sukun Kota Malang memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengembangan desain dan  pembuatan model-model boneka sebagai  media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan efektifitas dan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa di TK. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan meliputi: (1)  Ceramah dan Tanya jawab untuk menyampaikan materi pengembangan kemampuan berbahasa dan teknik membuat model-model boneka; (2) Demonstrasi untuk memperagakan tahap-tahap teknik pembuatan boneka; (3) Pemberian tugas latihan secara berkelompok untuk membuat satu paket model boneka dan simulasi pemanfaatan model-model boneka dalam pembelajaran yang sesungguhnya di lembaga PAUD. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu produk berupa desain produksi dan model model boneka jari dan boneka tangan yang meliputi: (1). TK PKK Bandulan: Desain Produksi dan Model Boneka Jari Tema tentang Profesi serta Desain Produksi dan Model Boneka Tangan Tema tentang Alam Semesta; (2). TK AGAPE: Desain Produksi dan Model Boneka Jari Tema tentang Keluarga serta Desain Produksi dan Model Boneka Tangan Tema tentang Tanaman; (3). TK PLUS KIDS: Desain Produksi dan Model Boneka Jari Tema tentang Alat Transportasi serta Desain Produksi dan Model Boneka Tangan Tema tentang Binatang.

Abstract

Abstract: Problems in the field show that in Kepanjenkidul District there is only one teacher and driving school available. Teachers admit to experiencing the problem of a lack of information sources for studying the independent curriculum, including the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. Most of the learning references only come from PMM (Merdeka Mengajar Platform). Therefore, this training was carried out as an answer to the problems faced by teachers in the form of investment actions in developing project-based learning tools to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students for educators to increase HOTS and Pancasila character in children. This training was carried out for 2 days. The flow included in-depth study of the material, case analysis in the form of RPP documents and video examples of children's learning activities, workshops, peer and expert reviews, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), field trials, draft revisions, compilation of participant projects, and book publication by the service team. The results of this activity show that the teacher is competent in compiling teaching modules with a score of 82, competent in formulating learning objectives with a score of 86, competent in designing problem and project based learning with a score of 85, competent in utilizing multi-sources and media as well as materials and tools with a score of 82 , and competent in designing authentic assessments with a score of 84.
