Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain the information and communication technology strategy of the Department of Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs in empowering micro, small and medium enterprises based on Islamic and sharia education in East Aceh Regency. This research method is qualitative-descriptive which is applied with a phenomenological approach. Based on the research results, researchers found that the use of communication technology by the East Aceh Regency Cooperative and SME Trade Service through the use of web pages as a means of communication and information, shows their commitment to facing the challenges of the digital era as well as showing efforts to encourage the development of sharia-based Islamic education. In an effort to optimize the empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in East Aceh Regency, the Cooperative and SME Trade Service has formulated a strategy that includes providing the latest information through communication technology, especially through website pages tailored for SMEs. This strategy not only emphasizes conveying information, but also ensures direct involvement of SMEs in the process, so that they can easily access empowerment programs that are relevant to their needs and interests.

Abstract

The celery plant (Apium graveolens L.) is a cultivated leaf vegetable that has advanced capabilities and has a high selling value. Celery also has many properties which are commonly used as decoration and flavoring in cooking. One of the obstacles in increasing celery production is nematode attacks. Nematodes (Meloidogyne spp.) which can affect the number of leaf stalks. The aim of this research was to determine the ability of Bokashi kipahit Plus Trichoderma sp. to reduce attacks by root knot nematodes (Meloidogyne spp.) on celery plants (Apium graveolens L.). The research was designed using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). What was studied was the impact of giving Bokashi kipahit, Trichoderma sp. and Bokashi kipahit plus Trichoderma sp. The research consisted of four treatments and four replications. The results of the research showed that giving Bokashi kipahit 15.5g/polybag added with Trichoderma sp. 20g/polybag can reduce the NPA population by 48%, and can increase the number of celery stalks by 39%.

Abstract

This study explores the intersection of Islamic teachings, bioethical principles, and state regulations in addressing women’s reproductive health, focusing on Hadith, MUI fatwas, and Indonesian legal frameworks. The research aims to examine how these three normative authorities—religion, medicine, and law—interact to construct an ethical discourse that safeguards women’s dignity, autonomy, and well-being. The urgency of this study lies in the ongoing tension between traditional religious interpretations and contemporary medical ethics, which increasingly demand a contextualized and humane approach to reproductive health issues such as menstruation, contraception, abortion, and early marriage. Methodologically, this research employs a qualitative-descriptive approach through textual and discourse analysis, utilizing Michel Foucault’s discourse theory as an analytical lens to uncover the dynamics of power and knowledge in regulating women’s bodies. The study systematically examines classical Hadith texts, fatwas issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), and national laws related to reproductive health and marriage, integrating them within the framework of modern bioethical principles—beneficence, non-maleficence, autonomy, and justice. The findings reveal that Islamic bioethics demonstrates a harmonization between moral-religious values and scientific rationality. The study concludes that a holistic bioethical approach, integrating religious, medical, and legal dimensions, is essential for developing a more just, contextually grounded, and ethically coherent framework for women’s reproductive health in Muslim societies, while contributing to global ethical discourse on gender and health.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penyelenggaraan walimatul urs pada masa Covid-19 di Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada mempelai dan ustadz dengan pokok masalah: (1) penyelenggaraan walimatul urs pada masa Covid-19 di Kota Palangka Raya, (2) respon ustadz mengenai penyelenggaraan walimatul urs pada masa Covid-19 di Kota Palangka Raya, serta (3) argumentasi hukum dari respon ustadz tersebut. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui, memahami serta menjelaskan bagaimana : (1) bentuk pelaksanaan walimatul urs pada masa Covid-19 (2) respon ustadz terhadap penyelenggaraan walimatul urs pada masa Covid-19 di Kota Palangka Raya (3) argumentasi hukum ustadz terhadap respon yang diberikan mengenai penyelenggaraan walimatul urs pada masa Covid-19 di Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sosio-legal. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan walimatul urs pada masa Covid-19 membuat beberapa mempelai yang kecewa atas aturan yang telah dibuat dalam protokol kesehatan. Namun, mempelai tetap mengikuti dan menaati peraturan yang telah ditetapkan. Para pemuka agama mendukung adanya aturan tersebut, beberapa diantaranya memberikan dukungan melalui catatan. Aturan tersebut dibuat untuk meminimalisir terjadinya penyebaran virus Covid-19 yang semakin meningkat dalam beberapa bulan. Maka hasil dari analisis telah diketahui bahwa respon dari ustadz adalah mendukung adanya aturan tersebut disebabkan oleh kondisi darurat.Kata kunci: Penyelenggaraan, Walimatul Urs, Covid-19, Ustadz.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the provision of marriage dispensation which caused Law Number 16 of 2019 to be ineffective based on some perceptions of officials from the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Palangka Raya City. So the aim of this research is to find out what is the perception of Religious Affairs Office (KUA) officials regarding the granting of marriage dispensations by the Religious Courts to applicants in Palangka Raya City? And how to realize the implementation of marriage according to the age restrictions in Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage according to officials from the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Palangka Raya City? The type of research used is empirical legal research with a sociological juridical type. Meanwhile, the approach used is a socio-legal approach. The results of the research show that the perception of KUA officials regarding marriage dispensations has two opinions, first, marriage dispensations are included in the regulations in Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage, so just agree. The second opinion explains that he agrees, but with the condition that it is only for very urgent reasons. Second, to realize the implementation of marriage according to the age restrictions in Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage according to KUA officials in Palangka Raya City, by socializing it. As for how to socialize it to get good results, it must be in all fields, such as in the field of education , health, and religious events in society.
