Abstract

Tourism sector is one of the characteristic multidimensi sector, that is not only refers to the internal factor, but eksternal too. Tourism sector demand compleks something supperfing facility can fulfill variast tourist that is, not only tourism domestic, but also tourism from foreign countries. This research to fine out information on how to power, how weaknesses, how the odds, how threats and how the strategies that made the Tea Gardens Attraction PTP Nusantara VI Danau Kembar Gunung Talang District of Solok regency.This research is a descriptive qualitative research . Analysis methods such as analysis of the system by using SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is a systematic identification of factors that are expected to formulate a strategy to solve a problem. This analysis is based on the logic that maximizes the strengths and opportunities, but at the same time can minimize the weaknesses and threats.Research results showed: (1) The power possessed a beautiful natural landscape. Tourism activities that can be done at this location, among others, enjoying the scenery, tea walk, eco-tourism, agro-tourism, (2) weaknesses had not been exploited is the optimal tourism resources, which have not been provided adequate accessibility, accommodation is still lacking, and the lack of existing infrastructure, (3) Opportunity is owned by the attention and support of the national government towards tourism (4) Threats owned was a lack of understanding of the community and tourism (5) Strategies for Tea Gardens attraction PTP Nusantara VI Twin Lakes is developing a resource both tourist natural attractions and cultural tourism, provide and improve the quality of accessibility to the area attractions, providing special places to accommodate all the needs of travelers improve the quality of public education in order to be a good host and smart

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data or information, discuss and analyze the application of the Sapta charm ( 1 ) security, ( 2 ) Order, ( 3 ) cleanliness, ( 4 ) Coolness, ( 5 ) beauty, ( 6 ) hospitality, ( 7 ) Memories Grouse Island attractions Solok District of Cape of Good Hope .The research is qualitative research that aims to understand the phenomenon of research subjects. Retrieval techniques informants by purposive sampling (designation), in which the subject of research is the study, tourism office , Supervisor / manager, the village chief, Community and visitor attractions Grouse Island . When the study was conducted from July 16 until August 16, 2013. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation .Research results in the field as follows : security and order can grouse island attraction orderly and well controlled, hygiene is quite clean, coolness, beauty, and hospitality is very beautiful and kind, while the charm of memories is still lacking and there has been no implementation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tenaga kerja sektoral, tingkat pendidikan dan upah terhadap produktivitas kerja. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Data yang digunakan adalah data time series periode 2010-2015 dan data cross section Kabupaten/Kota yaitu Pekanbaru, Siak, Kampar dan Pelalawan. Hasil model empiris menunjukkan bahwa tenaga sektoral dan pendidikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap produktivitas kerja. Tingkat tenaga kerja sektoral, pendidikan dan upah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di daerah pengembangan Pekansikawan dengan tingkat signifikan 5% dan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Pendidikan yang ditamatkan oleh angkatan kerja yang ada di wilayah pembangunan Pekansikawan mayoritas hanya sampai ke tingkat SMA, namun tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja di wilayah Pekansikwan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

The capital market is a market (place, in the form of a building) prepared to trade stocks, bonds, and other types of securities using the services of stockbrokers. To add to the opening insights on the introduction of capital markets in Indonesia, the introduction of trading mechanisms on stocks and the steps to become investors in the capital market addressed to school teachers and students by practitioners who have been directly involved in the capital market in order to support the interests, knowledge and improving soft skill of teachers and students especially related to how to invest in capital market. This method of community service activities using lecture methods, direct demonstrations practiced by participants, and question and answer. Evaluation of activities generally works well and satisfies participants and training instructors. Participants hope that in the following years can be given the opportunity to get similar training. Overall activities of community empowerment through education of capital market run well and smoothly. This training provides skills and knowledge about capital market activities to teachers and learners as a provision to start a flexible and controllable side business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisi pengaruh Brand Credibility, Brand Engangement, dan Social Media Marketing, terhadap Brand Loyalty di Viera Oleh-oleh Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan Brand Loyalty sebagai variabel dependen dan tiga variabel independen Brand Credibility, Brand Engangement, dan Social Media Marketing. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 170 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Brand Credibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Loyalty. Brand Engangement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Loyalty. Social Media Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

CO2 emissions are a serious problem that has a direct impact on the environment. Therefore, this paper aims to look at the short and longterm effects of the variables economic growth (GDP), number of industries (JI), foreign investment (FDI) and poverty (KM) on CO2 emissions in Indonesia. Questionnaires were given to 100 academic community respondents, consisting of; lecturers, staff and students at Muhammadiyah University of Riau. This research uses Error Correction Model (ECM) method analysis for the period 1995 to 2019. Empirical results show that the GDP, JI and FDI variables have a significant effect on CO2 emissions, while the poverty variable does not have a significant effect on CO2 emissions in both the short and long term. 1995-2019 in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research analyzes the factors that influence women's TPAK in the Riau Coastal region. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression. Panel data combines cross section data covering six city districts in the Riau Coastal region with the 2018-2022 time series. The research results show that the model chosen to answer the objectives of this research is the Common Effect Model. The partial test results of women's productive age, wage level, unemployment rate, and women taking care of the household have a significant effect on women's TPAK in districts and cities in the Riau Coastal region, while the variable level of women's education is negative and not as important as women's TPAK in districts/cities. is in the Riau Coastal region. Meanwhile, by using a simultaneous test, all the variables in this study have a significant effect on Women's TPAK in the Riau Coastal Region.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how Price to Book Value (PBV), profit level, and dividend policy affect the stock prices of companies listed in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021 to 2023. This study uses quantitative methods with secondary data obtained through financial reports from 22 companies that are consistently included in the LQ45 index during the period studied. The results show that PBV has a significant negative impact on stock prices, while profitability has a significant positive impact. Dividend policy, on the other hand, showed no significant effect. Overall, these three variables simultaneously affect stock prices. This study provides a new perspective on the dynamics of company performance in the LQ45 index, emphasizing the importance of profitability as a key factor in investment decisions in the capital market.
