Abstract

 Konseling realitas bertumpu pada ide sentral bahwa kita memilih sendiri perilaku kita dan oleh karena itu kita bertanggung jawab tidak hanya atas apa yang kita lakukan tetapi juga atas bagaimana kita berpikir dan merasakan. Arah sasaran umum dari sistem konselingnya adalah menyediakan suatu kondisi yang akan menolong klien untuk bisa mengembangkan kekuatan psikologis untuk mengevaluasi perilakunya sekarang, dan untuk bisa mendapatkan perilaku yang lebih efektif. Proses belajar berperilaku efektif ini dapat difasilitasi dengan menciptakan lingkungan konseling yang hangat, bisa menerima, dan aplikasi berbagai prosedur konseling. Kualitas hubungan antar pribadi konselor dan klien ini dalam konseling realitas akan sangat menentukan dalam: (1) Mempermudah memahamkan klien tentang Teori Kontrol, (2) Memaksimalkan fungsi dan peranan konselor, (3) Mewujudkan konsep Jantera Konseling Cycle of Counseling yang baik, (4) Menerapkan dengan baik teknik- teknik khusus dalam konseling realitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the preparation of student career guidance services, the implementation of student career guidance services, and the supporting and inhibiting factors of student career guidance services at Al-Azhar High School Medan. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive type that is to describe the object of research as itself. Data sources are school principals, guidance and counseling teacher, and Al-Azhar Plus High School students in Medan. The results showed that: (1) Preparation of career guidance services in class XII students at Al-Azhar Plus High School Medan in determining majors to lecture levels through the first, the existence of a checklist of problems (DCM) that is used to determine the extent to which students have confusion about his career goals. Second, through testing the scholastic aptitude test (TBS). From the results of this test students also know the results of the test and know their abilities. (2) The form of implementing career guidance services through three programs are; First: information services, second: information gathering visits at various tertiary institutions, third: group or individual discussions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of information services in the context of preventing drug abuse in schools. The type of this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Informants in this study included school principals, deputy principals, heads of administrative affairs, counseling guidance teachers (counselors), and students. The research was carried out for 3 (three) consecutive months, namely June, July, and August 2021. The research data will be tested for credibility through diligent observation, triangulation, discussing research results, adequacy of references, and analysis of research cases. The results show that the implementation of information services in the context of preventing narcotics abuse in schools includes aspects of information service material (understanding, types, and factors of narcotics abuse) and information service methods (lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and the use of guide books). Supporting this implementation, it is hoped that there will be a strengthening of the concept and consistency of counselors (supervising teachers) and peer tutors in equipping students with insights, knowledge, skills, values and attitudes in implementing these information services through the effectiveness of training and deepening of information material.

Abstract

The learning system regularly undergoes changes that require instructors and learners to utilize electronic media and online networks to carry out the learning process, with the hope that learning can be more productive. This study aims to analyze students' perceptions of learning that combine conventional methods and online methods, as well as see their effectiveness in laboratory-based courses. This study used 165 students as a sample and 15 students as participants for semi-structured interviews. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability and interviews. The research findings show that students' perceptions of blended learning in the effective category and active blended learning contribute to students in learning. The findings of this study can be input in improving the quality of learning in higher education and improving graduate achievement

Abstract

There are so many cases of delinquency that occur to students that they need counseling guidance which is an effort to help individuals achieve optimal development. This study aims to analyze: the mental health conditions of students at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai, implementation of Islamic counseling guidance at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai, the concept of Islamic counseling guidance in mental health development at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai, mental health maintenance efforts at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai. This study uses a qualitative method, using a naturalistic phenomenological research approach. Collecting data using interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The informants in this study were the head of MTs Aisyiyah Binjai, counselors (BK teachers) at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai, parents of students, and students at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai. The data collected through these various techniques are examined and carried out with data reduction, data presentation, and verification or concluding. There are four findings in this study: 1) There is a social gap, from the school to students mistreated between students whose economy is middle to upper and students whose economy is middle to lower, 2) lack of approach between teachers and students. 3) lack of respect between teachers and students.

Abstract

The motivation of this paper is to describe the role of the family in building morals through an exploration type by looking at what methods families use in educating children to build children's morals through family counseling analysis. Furthermore, the role of the family in building the morale of children is analyzed through family counseling as a guide to the importance of building harmony with individuals in the family, especially with children. This research is considered important because lately the lack of morality in children is caused by various factors that occur at this time. It is not only caused by the education of parents, but also due to environmental influences and the continuous development of the times. This research uses the library research method with a theoretical approach. The results of this description are obtained from various existing studies, and literature. The scope of methods that have been used by families in building children's morality is more striking, namely the Islamic religious education method, the method of communication, and the method of moral education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) to analyze Islamic counseling services for students of SMP IT Alwashliyah 20 Medan. 2) Analyzing the spiritual Intelligence of students of SMP IT Alwashliyah 20 Medan. 3) Analyzing Islamic Counseling services in Fostering spiritual Intelligence of students of MP IT Alwashliyah 20 Medan. The method used is a qualitative method with triangulation techniques, and the main subject is the Counseling Guidance teacher. The results showed that: 1) The counseling service used in this study is an individual counseling service, where this service is very effective when providing guidance. 2) Spiritual intelligence at SMP IT Alwashliyah 20 Medan is excellent because in subjects and activities outside of class hours, there are many activities in religious matters that can further improve students 'spiritual intelligence 3) Counseling Services in fostering student's spiritual intelligence are very effective because spiritual intelligence is assessed Individually with individual counseling services students can feel more comfortable and calm in terms of consulting.

Abstract

Saat ini, Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) menjadi salah satu permasalahan dunia dengan jumlah kasus yang selalu mengalami peningkatan. Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi jelas menimbulkan kekhawatiran masyarakat Indonesia dan perubahan perilaku kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi protokol kesehatan untuk masyarakat dalam pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 di Desa Cinta Rakyat, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Adapun metode penelitian ini yaitu ceramah, diskusi dan observasi dengan sampel berjumlah 15 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 15 orang yang menjadi responden merupakan masyarakat dengan kategori anak-anak, remaja dan dewasa mempunyai peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai protokol kesehatan. Edukasi protokol kesehatan untuk masyarakat dalam pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 di Desa Cinta Rakyat sangatlah penting dan berpengaruh terhadap masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the communication strategy of Islamic religious educators in disseminating the application of the Covid-19 health protocol in Medan City, along with its effectiveness and communication barriers. This descriptive research uses interviews, observations and documentation studies as data collection techniques. The analytical knife used is the Diffusion of Innovation Theory, Uses and Gratification, and the theory of symbolic interactionism, and the Principles of Communication. The data is processed by data analysis techniques, the collected data is heard again, arranged systematically, read, analyzed, then identified answers and documents with research objectives, in order to obtain valid conclusions. The results of the study concluded that the extension strategy was carried out directly or face to face. At the time of the spread of Covid-19 at the end of 2019 the activities of religious instructors were divided into 2 methods, namely the first to continue to do it directly while still implementing the Covid-19 health protocol. Second, online or online using social media as a tool, by creating a special WhatsApp group for fellow Islamic religious instructors and majils ta'lim whose contents are appealing to health protocols and recording lectures that last 3-5 minutes. Technical barriers: Use of masks; washing with soap; Don't approach the crowd; Not traveling; Study at home; Pray at home; Body temperature detection and. Cough/sneeze etiquette. Political obstacles, blown by the opposition against the government.
