Abstract

This topic undoubtedly creates varied opinions of Islamic religious scholars regarding the communication methods used by the Aceh Islamic boarding school and Bireuen District so far, thus it's important to change attitudes and attitudes while communicating with Islamic academics.In order to avoid a gap between the ulama and the district, the Aceh dayah education office and the regency do not distinguish between dayah clerics in Bireuen Regency when communicating with them. To assess their needs and meet their leaders, the dayah education office should visit all dayah ualam in Bireuen Regency. Aceh and Bireuen District's dayah education offices must also build a mechanism to interact with Bireuen Regency's inner dayahs, some of which have never been visited.Based on the author's observations during interviews and direct observation of spaciousness, the researcher found several barriers to communication between the ulama and umara, such as not knowing the head of the service, the head of the elected dayah service did not understand about the dayah, the head of the service was not the choice of the dayah cleric, the head of the service was under the control of a certain group, or the head of the service was not elected. This prevents the dayah clergy and education administration from communicating for an undetermined duration. Until the education service's head is removed, clergy may teach dayah without official approval.The ulema needs to learn about the new dayah education office head's leadership style and communication style due to the contrasts between the two. Some dayah clerics care about the new service head, but others don't, therefore they take their time contacting or waiting for an invitation from the Aceh dayah education office and Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

Content services to improve student article publishing ability an action research. Many universities have started to encourage their students to write and publish scientific articles. However, the lack of knowledge and understanding of students in writing and publishing scientific articles makes it difficult for them to fulfill assignments or choose completion of studies through the article route for final students. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze students' understanding of writing and publishing scientific articles before and after being provided with content mastery services. This type of research is action research (action research). The research approach is quantitative and qualitative. The subjects were students of UINSU with a total of 27 people who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used an understanding instrument for writing scientific articles and methods of interview, observation, and documentation study. Data were analyzed with validity, reliability, normality test, and paired sample t test. Based on the results, it shows that the implementation of the content mastery service 'scientific article writing class' has a significant effect on increasing students' understanding and ability to write and publish scientific articles.

Abstract

Abstract: Islamic counseling manifested in educational practices is directed at the accountability of educators and education personnel to foster students' personalities. The responsibility of coaching students not only carry out formal tasks, but rather the existence of accountability to Allah. This relationship is illustrated by the relationship between the teacher and students in reciprocity and the dedication to God which is used as an operational basis. It is this kind of relationship that is overlooked in the practice of education, especially Islamic education.Keywords: Islamic Counseling and EducationAbstrak: Konseling Islami yang termanifestasikan dalam praktik pendidikan diarahkan pada akuntabilitas tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan untuk membina kepribadian peserta didik. Tanggung jawab pembinaan peserta didik tidak hanya melaksnakan tugas formal, tetapi lebih kepada adanya akuntabilitas pada Allah Swt. Relasi ini tergambarkan pada hubungan antara guru denagn siswa secara timbal balik serta adanya pengabdian kepada Allah yang dijadikan sebagai landasan operasional. Relasi semacam inilah yang banyak terlewatkan dalam praktik pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan Islam. Kata Kunci : Konseling Islami dan Pendidikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini diltarbelakangi oleh rendahnya efikasi diri. Adapun salahsatu faktor rendahnya efikasi diri ialah kecerdasan emosiadapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosi dengan efikasi diri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis korelasi. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MTs EX PGA Univa Medan yang berjumlah 480 siswa dan  sampel sebanyak 120 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunkan teknik Stratified random sampling. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunaka skala Model Likert. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan variable kecerdasan emosi dengan efikasi diri.

Abstract

This service activity aims to improve teaching methods or methods in teaching and learning processes and activities carried out by teachers to students in the existing communication culture. The implementation method consists of several stages, including: (1) observation, (2) planning, (3) preparation, (4) implementation and (5) evaluation. This study uses test test techniques and interviews with students, teachers and the community. This activity has a direct impact on the daily life of every community which can be implemented in the environment in the application of communication so that it coexists with the existing culture by continuously improving the quality or values ​​that exist in each existing community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the preparation of student career guidance services, the implementation of student career guidance services, and the supporting and inhibiting factors of student career guidance services at Al-Azhar High School Medan. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive type that is to describe the object of research as itself. Data sources are school principals, guidance and counseling teacher, and Al-Azhar Plus High School students in Medan. The results showed that: (1) Preparation of career guidance services in class XII students at Al-Azhar Plus High School Medan in determining majors to lecture levels through the first, the existence of a checklist of problems (DCM) that is used to determine the extent to which students have confusion about his career goals. Second, through testing the scholastic aptitude test (TBS). From the results of this test students also know the results of the test and know their abilities. (2) The form of implementing career guidance services through three programs are; First: information services, second: information gathering visits at various tertiary institutions, third: group or individual discussions.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the implementation of group counseling guidance management in increasing cooperative learning at SMPT IT Al Afkari Batang Kuis. This research method is descriptive qualitative using two data collection techniques: interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display, conclusion, and data verification. The results show Principals are very supportive and have an important role in the process of BK service activities, such as providing a budget for BK activities themselves. The school principal is involved in the process of BK service activities and also motivates students. Counseling teachers in carrying out their duties play an active role in BK activities including group guidance activities. BK teachers carry out the process of group guidance services according to the conditions and needs of the students. In the process of implementing group guidance services carried out by BK teachers at SMP IT Al-Afkari, it is intended that students can improve collaboration in learning better with other students. Through the service process group guidance, a lot of changes occur in individual students, one of which is learning with the mediocre, to be better than before. Increasing student learning cooperation with other students through group guidance services with the material increasing cooperation with fellow students and improving the way students learn. In addition to providing material, researchers also provide various forms of games that are characterized by the intimacy between members in the group so that they are able to work together well in learning.

Abstract

This article aims to empirically examine the relationship between self-concept and social support with the self-confidence of the students of MTsS Al-Washliyah Tembung. The population in this study amounted to 246 students with a sample of 105 students. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that, an instrument used to obtain the data is the self-confidence scale, self-concept scale, and social support scale. The results of data analysis using regression analysis obtained the regression coefficient of the three variables of 0.679 (p <0.01) this means that there is a significant relationship between self-concept and social support with student self-confidence so that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted. The effective contribution of self-concept and social support variables with student self-confidence is 67%. The correlation coefficient between the variables of self-concept and students' self-confidence is 0.6555 (p<0.01). This means that there is a significant positive relationship between self-concept and students' self-confidence. While the correlation coefficient between the variables of social support and students' self-confidence is 0.437 (p < 0.01) this means that there is a significant positive relationship between social support and student self-confidence, so the hypothesis proposed in the study is accepted. This means that there is a significant positive relationship between self-concept and students' self-confidence. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui Pendampingan pernikahan yang dimana program kesiapan pernikahan, pengajaran dini dan upaya membantu pasangan menikah yang direncanakan oleh pegawai KUA marbau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan prosedur pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi koresponden dari penelitian ini ialah kepala kantor KUA Merbau. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa setiap calon suami dan istri persiapan akan diberikan arahan oleh BP4dan konseling agama Islam di kantor urusan agama wilayah Marbau. Materi tersebut berisi tentang keistimewaan dan komitmen suami istri, keluarga bersama, dan calon pasangan diharapkan datang ke penyuluhan. Menindaklanjuti temuan penelitian ini maka, kepala KUA marbau sebaiknya lebih mengoptimalkan layanan kepada calon pasangan suami dan istri, agar calon pasangan suami dan istri mendapatkan bimbingan secara penuh.
