Abstract

One of the key factors for an organization's success lies in its human resources or employees. Optimal employee performance supports the organization achieving its goals. In this study, problems were found in employee performance, which was the result of a student satisfaction survey on employee services at Maranatha Christian University that had not reached 100%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. The University staffs consisting of 131 Permanent Administration Workers and 58 Permanent Household Workers are the objects of this study. The research method used was descriptive and explanatory. The results showed that there was a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. Job satisfaction variable was also found that there was a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline and job satisfaction are important factors in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pegaruh kepemimpinan melayani terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan Bank Mandiri. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 142 orang. Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan tetap yang bekerja di KCP Bank Mandiri di Kota Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kepemimpinan melayani mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan Bank Mandiri dan kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja karyawan Bank Mandiri. Hasil dari penelitian ini memiliki makna yaitu semakin baik gaya kepemimpinan melayani maka akan meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan yang dapat dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada karyawan KCP Bank Mandiri di Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah kunci keberhasilan dan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan sangat memengaruhi kesuksesan suatu perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini, salah satu perusahaan lifescience mengalami tingkat job involvement yang rendah, yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya komunikasi. Ada 1300 karyawan tetap dan diambil 306 sampel. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan penelitian penjelasan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara acak melalui metode stratified random sampling yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat pendidikan. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa job involvement dan komunikasi ditempat kerja sangat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Artinya, job involvement dan komunikasi dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadaap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to make marketers know that price, product quality on consumer purchasing decisions have an impact on customer satisfaction, namely on Prices, Product Quality on Consumer Purchase Decisions That Impact on Customer Satisfaction CV.Cahaya Citrasurya Indoprima Surabaya. This study using path analysis (path analysis ) and the type of research quantitative population study is a customer CV. Cahaya Citrasurya Indoprima Surabaya, amounting to 50 permanent customers . The sampling technique uses nonprobability techniques(saturated sample) so that the research sample was 50 respondents. Test equipment used for data processing using SPSS software version 24.0. After testing the proposed hypothesis, it is obtained the results of analysis of research data that has been done partially which shows that Product Price and Quality have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions , indicating that Price and Purchasing Decisions have no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, indicating that Price, Quality Product and Purchase Decisions have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of coaching program and leadership style on employee motivation at PT XYZ, a retail company engaged in selling shoes and bags. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collection through closed questionnaires distributed to 36 respondents who are employees of PT XYZ in Jakarta, Tangerang, and Bekasi. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The independent variables in this study are coaching and leadership style, while the dependent variable is employee motivation. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to see the effect of each variable on employee motivation, with data processing using SPSS version 20. The results showed that coaching and leadership style significantly influenced employee motivation, with a percentage of positive responses to coaching of 87.7% and to leadership style of 83.8%. The conclusion of this study is that the coaching program run by the company has succeeded in increasing employee motivation, and the leadership style applied is able to provide clear direction and support the achievement of company targets. The combination of these two factors has a positive impact on employee performance and motivation at PT XYZ.

Abstract

Pembangunan adalah proses berkelanjutan yang mencakup berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat, dengan tujuan memenuhi kehidupan yang layak bagi manusia. Pembangunan ekonomi, yang tidak terlepas dari pertumbuhan ekonomi, adalah proses multidimensi yang melibatkan perubahan dalam struktur sosial, sikap masyarakat, dan lembaga nasional untuk mencapai pertumbuhan, pengurangan ketimpangan, dan penanggulangan kemiskinan. Peningkatan pembentukan modal, baik fisik maupun alam, serta modal manusia, yang meliputi pengetahuan, informasi, ide, keahlian, dan kesehatan individu, sangat penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kontribusi modal manusia, termasuk Human Development, Human Capital, dan Global Human Capital, terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Metode penelitian melibatkan analisis data statistik dari BPS dan laporan World Economic Forum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun indeks pembangunan manusia yang tinggi tidak secara langsung meningkatkan laju perekonomian, faktor sumber daya manusia yang mencakup kesehatan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pendapatan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran pemerintah dalam meningkatkan indeks pembangunan manusia untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan oleh Perguruan Tinggi. Pkm adalah salah satu kegiatan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan Pkm dilaksanakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa. Topik yang diangkat dalam Pkm ini adalah topik Sumber Daya Manusia, yaitu Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan juga Public Speaking. Judul kegiatan adalah Kepemimpinan Komunikatif di Era Modern. Kegiatan Pkm dilaksanakan di Desa Kertawangi Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Antusiasme para peserta terlihat positif, terutama pada saat sesi tanya jawab. Hasil Pkm ini adalah kemampuan, wawasan, dan keterampilan kepemimpinan para peserta meningkat. Peserta juga mengharapkan acara serupa bisa dilakukan kembali di Desa Kertawangi. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pkm ini adalah pengembangan diri para peserta agar dapat mewujudkan aplikasi kepemimpinan di tengah masyarakat dan keberanian berbicara di depan umum, peserta mampu meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, dan mengurangi ketegangan pada saat diminta berbicara di depan umum.

Abstract

Pelayanan sosial di lingkungan gereja memegang peranan penting dalam memperkuat ikatan komunitas dan menunjukkan kepedulian terhadap sesama. Jemaat GKP Palalangon menghadapi tantangan dalam pelayanan kedukaan, terutama kurangnya pemahaman tentang proses pemulasaran jenazah yang aman dan bermartabat. Melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini, dilakukan pelatihan pemulasaran jenazah kepada jemaat dengan pendekatan Competency-Based Training (CBT) dan simulasi praktik langsung. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh keterampilan teknis dalam memandikan, mengawetkan, dan merias jenazah, serta memahami prosedur kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) dalam proses tersebut. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya memperkuat peran sosial gereja, tetapi juga menumbuhkan solidaritas dan empati dalam komunitas.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational justice on employee retention through the application of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles at Hospital X in Bandung City. The identified problem is the low retention rate of permanent employees, which has the potential to disrupt the hospital’s operational effectiveness. Organizational justice is analyzed through three main dimensions: distributive, procedural, and interactional justice, within the context of Indonesia’s work culture, which tends to be hierarchical and collectivist. EDI is used as a conceptual framework to assess the contribution of a fair and inclusive work environment to employee loyalty. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research population consists of all permanent employees of Hospital X, with a sample of 286 respondents selected using purposive sampling based on Slovin’s formula. The research instrument is an online questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using linear regression. The findings reveal that organizational justice has a positive effect on EDI implementation, and EDI significantly influences employee retention. Furthermore, EDI serves as a mediator in the relationship between organizational justice and retention, highlighting the importance of justice- and inclusivity-based managerial strategies in enhancing workforce sustainability.
