Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine cross-sectionally the correlation between self-concept and self-reliance to the resilience ability of the Distance Learning Program Unit-Open University students. Method: The method used is correlational with the quantitative approach with its measurement instrument using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is correlation analysis with parametric statistics. Results: The results of this study show that the three variables have a significant positive correlation. The categories of self-concept and self-reliance of students are in the high category, while their resilience ability is in the medium category. Novelty: Researchers hope this research will continue, so the following suggestion for the following researchers is to develop an approach in guidance and counseling to improve self-reliance and student resilience in remote lectures.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of My Recreational Educational Games in increasing language literacy in early childhood in Jember Regency. The research subjects were 100 early childhood teachers. The research method used a quasi-experimental design, with the sampling technique using random sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant change in the pretest results in the experimental class. My Recreational Educational Game has a colorful display, the content of the application does not contain pornographic elements, is in accordance with science and technology development, the arrangement of appropriate sentences and attractive pictures and simple language so that children are interested in learning. By utilizing the educational game Rekreasiku, there is a suitable alternative because this Android-based educational game has the advantage of having an attractive appearance and simple language. My Recreation educational game encourages young children to carry out educational activities in a fun way. My Recreational Educational Game has a significant effect on the development of children's literacy in early childhood.

Abstract

The high frequency of sexual assault charges against young children in the 5–6 year age group served as the impetus for this study. In order to address this issue, early childhood educators must employ engaging and innovative media to teach young children—those between the ages of five and six—about sexuality. Thus, preschool teachers in schools can benefit from the use of sex education puppet media while educating their kids about sex. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of using puppetry to introduce young children (ages 5–6) to early sex education. Children between the ages of five and six participated in the research at Kindergarten Amalia Jember. Research and Development (R&D) is the research methodology employed. Techniques for gathering data include observation and questionnaires. Data analysis with product creation and testing the viability of the product. Based on the material expert's evaluation of every facet, the feasibility test has a total score of 21.00, with an average score of 3.00 in the adequate category. The overall score for the aspects evaluated was 41.00, with an average of 2.70 in the sufficient category, depending on how well-suited media experts are. Based on the sample test results, this indicates that the Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.08 > 0.05, it is determined that the development of puppet media for sex education has been effectively established for kids between the ages of 5 and 6.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to measure the impact of learning reflection activities on student well-being and learning achievement. The independent curriculum is a transformative curriculum from the previous curriculum. One of the goals of the independent curriculum is to create prosperous students (student well-being). The well-being of students will have an impact on high academic achievement. One effort to realize these two things is by carrying out learning reflection activities. Method: The subjects of this research were students in phase B, namely class IV students at Gambirono State Elementary School 03. This research is quantitative and experimental, with a pretest-posttest control group design. The data collection method was a student well-being questionnaire and a test on Indonesian language subjects. The learning reflection used is the 4F model. The data analysis technique uses the t-test. Results: The research results show that learning reflection using the 4F model impacts student well-being and learning achievement in Indonesian language subjects. Novelty: This research can be used as a reference for schools and teachers in creating a comfortable atmosphere, input about the pattern of student learning outcomes with their level of school well-being, support the importance of comfort to support student learning outcomes, and be used as a reference and consideration for similar research.

Abstract

Pengelolaan dana pendidikan yang transparan dan akuntabel merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap lembaga pendidikan. Namun, di banyak satuan pendidikan, sistem pelaporan keuangan masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan, ketidakakuratan, serta kurangnya akses informasi bagi pihak terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Website Duwetku sebagai media akuntabilitas dana pendidikan pada LP Ma’arif RA Kabupaten Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dilakukan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analisa, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi). Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa Website Duwetku mampu memfasilitasi proses pencatatan, pelaporan, dan publikasi keuangan secara digital, sehingga meningkatkan transparansi dan mempermudah akses informasi bagi pengelola sekolah, orang tua, maupun pengawas lembaga. Implementasi website ini juga berdampak pada peningkatan efisiensi administrasi keuangan serta mendorong budaya akuntabilitas di lingkungan pendidikan. Dengan demikian, Website Duwetku dapat menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mewujudkan tata kelola dana pendidikan yang lebih transparan, akuntabel, dan berkelanjutan.
