Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance dan intellectual capital terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2023. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan tehnik dokumentasi yang diperoleh melalui laporan keuangan tahunan yang dipublikasikan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis data menggunakan tekhnik regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan good corporate governance berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA), intellectual capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA). Data dianalisis menggunakan program Eviews 12. Kata Kunci: Good Corporate Governance; Intelectual Capital; Kinerja Keuangan Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of good corporate governance and intellectual capital on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2020-2023. The data used are secondary data obtained through documentation techniques from the annual financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The partial test results (t-test) show that good corporate governance has a significant negative influence on financial performance (ROA), while intellectual capital has a significant positive influence on financial performance (ROA). The data were analyzed using Eviews 12 software. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance; Intelectual Capital; Financial Performance.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membawa dampak positif bagi kemajuan dunia pendidikan. Guru sebagai pelaku utama pendidikan harus mampu melakukan inovasi dan menerapkan kemajuan teknologi agar pembelajaran menyenangkan dan tidak menjenuhkan. Proses pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran Abad 21 memerlukan kemampuan guru dalam bidang teknologi, terutama dalam pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran yang mudah dan menarik.  PKM ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran kepada guru aplikasi Math City Map. Hal ini dilandasi karena kurangnya pemahaman guru matematika terkait penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif dan menyenangkan. Sehingga, pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi Math City Map pada Forum MGMP Wilayah II Polewali Mandar merupakan alternatif solusi yang ditawarkan. Hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan ditemukan antusiasme guru dan respon guru sangat baik, hal ini ditunjukkan keaktifan guru dalam bertanya dan guru dapat mendesain media pembelajran sesuai dengan kreasi guru masing-masing yang lengkap dan kreatif

Abstract

Abu sekam padi adalah salah satu bahan baku yang bisa dibuat menjadi silika karena komponen utama dari abu sekam padi adalah silika sekitar 86,9-97,8%. Silika merupakan salah satu jenis adsorben yang banyak digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan silika dari abu sekam padi dan mengkaji pengaruh waktu pembakaran (2, 3, 4 dan 5 jam) dan suhu pembakaran (700, 750 dan 800°C) terhadap yield produk, kadar air, kadar abu dan kemurnian silika. Penelitian ini sudah pernah dilakukan sebelumnya tetapi menggunakan variasi suhu ekstraksi, variasi waktu ekstraksi, variasi pelarut NaOH (5% dan 10%) dan variasi pelarut KOH (5%, 10% dan 15%). Proses pembuatan silika dari abu sekam padi melalui tahap pembentukan larutan natrium silikat dengan proses ekstraksi menggunakan pelarut NaOH 15% dan pembuatan silika kering, dan setelah itu dilakukan tahap analisa. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai yield produk tertinggi adalah 92,2%, kadar air 2,2% dan kadar abu 4,6% dengan waktu pembakaran 5 jam dan suhu pembakaran 750°C. Berdasarkan karakteristik menggunakan XRF didapatkan kemurnian SiO2 sebesar 22,2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kompetensi dan Independensi berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Audit Internal pada Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Perwakilan Sulawesi Selatan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh auditor pada BPKP Perwakilan Sulawesi Selatan yang berjumlah 142 Auditor. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 59 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Audit Internal yang berarti bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Audit Internal dan Independensi berpengaruh secara Signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Audit Internal.

Abstract

This activity was carried out with the aim of developing knowledge about the use of technology in developing ecotourism in the coastal area of ​​Lowita Beach. This activity was carried out in Wiring Tasi Village, Suppa District, Pinrang Regency on November 4 and 5 2023. This activity was carried out in collaboration with STIEM Bongaya, TJSL, PT PLN (Persero) and the Lowita coastal youth community and was attended by people who live on the Lowita coast. . The method of implementing this activity is packaged in the form of material presentation and discussion as well as practice in the field. Based on the results of the activities that have been described, by using technology such as social media, electronic media and mass media, it is hoped that the promotion of the existence of ecotourism on Lowita Beach will become more widely known by the community, not only locally but also nationally so that it can increase income for the regional government and the community. local from Lowita beach ecotourism management. Apart from that, this activity is expected to provide positive benefits for the community, educate and share knowledge for mutual progress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the theories of multicultural education approach and its application in the context of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Using a qualitative approach based on literature study, this research explores theories such as social justice, pluralism, social interaction, constructivism, humanism, and social transformation, and their relevance to Islamic values. The results show that multicultural education is in line with Islamic teachings, such as tolerance, justice, empathy, and respect for diversity. The integration of these theories in PAI can create an inclusive learning environment that encourages intercultural dialogue, character development, and respect for differences. Implementation challenges include stereotypes, limited resources and lack of teacher training, while opportunities include increased tolerance, curriculum enrichment and technology utilization. This research highlights the importance of education policies that support multicultural inclusivity and relevance in building a harmonious society.

Abstract

This study discusses the study of Islamic religious education materials with an anthropological approach. The purpose of this study is to study religion from an anthropological perspective, study Islamic religious education from the perspective of local and global cultural values ​​and study the design of Islamic religious education materials for the advancement of civilization. The research method used is qualitative research with a social, cultural and religious phenomenon approach. Data collection carried out is observation, interviews, documentation, namely collecting written data, such as Islamic religious education textbooks, educational policies. Data analysis used is thematic analysis, hermeneutics, triangulation and interdisciplinary approaches. The results of the study show that the perspective of religious anthropology emphasizes understanding and appreciation of the diversity of religious practices in societies around the world. Islamic religious education must be holistic and inclusive by considering local and global cultural values. A holistic and interdisciplinary approach is expected in the design of religious education materials to integrate religious values ​​with the needs of the times, so that a generation that understands religion deeply and is able to face the challenges of society.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase awareness of the younger generation in Sanrobone Village, Takalar in maintaining environmental cleanliness and health through an educational and participatory approach. Activities include counseling on 3R waste management (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), composting training, the formation of a village waste bank, and real actions in the form of planting trees and cleaning water channels. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the understanding and skills of young people in managing waste and protecting the environment. In addition, the formation of the Sanrobone Village Waste Bank is the first step in efforts to reduce plastic waste and increase the economic value of inorganic waste. This activity has succeeded in fostering the commitment of the younger generation as pioneers of a sustainable clean and healthy environment movement in the village.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide understanding and knowledge for MSME players in using social media to help their businesses increase sales. This activity was carried out for one day and the method used was to start with a survey and continue with material presentation and discussion. The results of the activities carried out provide several strategies for utilizing social media such as Understanding the Market and Target Audience, Determining the Right Platform, Attractive Business Profile, Quality Content, Consistent Posting Schedule, Using Interactive Features, Special Promotions and Discounts, Collaborating with Influencers or Customers, Performance Analysis and Effective Customer Service. For further activities, mentoring activities need to be added to further assist the actors in implementing the strategies provided.

Abstract

This study examines the understanding of religion in Muhammadiyah, the largest Islamic organization in Indonesia, with a focus on the methodology of thought grounded in the Qur'an and Sunnah. The research identifies the critical approach Muhammadiyah uses in understanding and practicing religious teachings, as well as how the organization responds to the challenges of the times through ijtihad and tajdid. The main concepts discussed include tawhid, worship, and sabilillah, as well as efforts to balance worldly and ukhrawi life. Through literature analysis, it was found that Muhammadiyah prioritizes rational and contextual understanding, encourages active participation in society, and rejects dogmatism. The results show that Muhammadiyah's approach contributes to social and educational development, and invites Muslims to integrate religious values with science. This research is expected to provide deeper insights into the dynamics of Muhammadiyah thought and its relevance in the modern context.
