Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of organizational trust on workplace deviance and prove the role of organizational embeddedness in moderating the effect of organizational trust on workplace deviance. This research uses Path Analysis. Organizational Trust has a significant negative effect on Workplace Deviance. In this context, the higher the level of Organizational Trust felt by employees, the lower the level of deviant behavior in the workplace. Although Organizational Trust has a significant effect on Workplace Deviance, the results of hypothesis testing show that Organizational Embeddedness does not moderate this relationship. Organizational Embeddedness, which includes fit, relationship, and sacrifice in the organization, does not affect the strength or direction of the relationship between Organizational Trust and Workplace Deviance. Thus, interventions aimed at increasing Organizational Trust may directly impact the reduction of Workplace Deviance without the need to consider employees' level of Organizational Embeddedness. Although Organizational Embeddedness does not moderate this relationship, this finding confirms that employees' trust in the work team, work environment, and management is a major factor that needs to be considered by leaders. Thus, efforts to increase trust should be prioritized in human resource management strategies to create a positive work environment.

Abstract

English has long been recognized as the dominant international language in various aspects of global life, from international communication and higher education to mastery of technology and science. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of AI in developing early English language teaching materials and identify its opportunities and challenges in early childhood education. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study included 10 teachers at TKIT Model Madani Arrahman Pekanbaru City. The results show that teachers at TKIT Model Madani Arrahman Pekanbaru have sufficient initial knowledge of AI technology, although it is still limited to general use and has not been fully directed at developing teaching materials. AI is considered to play a role in helping teachers create more varied, interesting, and enjoyable English teaching materials for early childhood. However, the implementation of AI still faces technical obstacles, limited resources, and the need to adapt content to the characteristics of early childhood. Thus, AI has great potential in supporting the development of early childhood English teaching materials, but it needs to be supported by training, infrastructure, and strengthening teacher capacity for optimal and contextual implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving patient satisfaction at RSUD dr. RM. Pratomo Bagansiapiapi. The background of this research stems from the recognition that patient satisfaction is a key indicator of a hospital's success in delivering high-quality, user-oriented healthcare services. A qualitative descriptive method with a purposive sampling approach was employed. The informants consisted of the Hospital Director, Head of Medical Services, Head of Medical and Non-Medical Support Services, patients, and patients’ families. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that the implementation of TQM at the hospital has covered several essential elements, including customer focus, quality obsession, scientific approach, long-term commitment, teamwork, continuous improvement, education and training, controlled freedom, unity of purpose, and employee involvement and empowerment. However, challenges remain, such as limited resources, resistance to change, and suboptimal information management systems. These factors affect the overall level of patient satisfaction. The study affirms that TQM is not merely a managerial tool but a strategic framework that requires a collaborative and adaptive work culture. Strengthening managerial commitment, enhancing human resource capacity, and optimizing quality evaluation systems are crucial ongoing agendas to improve service quality and patient satisfaction comprehensively. Keywords: Total Quality Management (TQM), Service Quality, RSUD dr.
