Abstract

Community service activities are a form of the Tridharma of Higher Education carried out by the service team at partner institutions, namely Pro Skill Indonesia Health Vocational School located in Perawang. This service aims to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers through Lesson Study activity training. The method used is in the form of material delivery by resource persons and discussions. The training was attended by 12 teachers from various departments in the school. This training consists of a cycle that has three stages, namely planning (plan), implementation (do) and reflection (see). Before delivering the material, the resource person prepares learning tools and media needed in Lesson Study training. Then, the model teacher conducts teaching and learning activities supervised by an observer. After that, the results of the observation are observed and from the findings it can be concluded that the Lesson Study activity training is able to improve teachers' pedagogical competence seen from the professional aspects and teacher discipline in carrying out teaching and learning activities in the classroom.

Abstract

Community service activities carried out by this service team at partner institutions, namely SMA/SMK in Rokanhulu Regency. The purpose of implementing this PKM activity is to improve the quality of learning in class, with socialization and Hypnoteaching learning training methods. The implementation method used is through 3 stages, namely 1) the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and 3) the evaluation stage. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that participants were able to integrate the hypnotic method into their learning process after carrying out this socialization and training activity. This activity had a positive impact on participants before and after it was given, with an average post test score of 82.50 which was very good. Meanwhile, 78% of participants stated that this PKM activity had a positive impact.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan citra sekolah melalui pelatihan menulis untuk publikasi di SMKN 1 Tapung. Pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif digunakan, melibatkan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemantauan, dan evaluasi. Para guru dilibatkan dalam pelatihan, lokakarya, dan sesi mentoring untuk mengatasi tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu, keterampilan, motivasi, dan akses sumber daya. Proses pemantauan dan evaluasi dilakukan secara cermat. Hasil karya ilmiah dipublikasikan pada jurnal terakreditasi, sementara penyebaran hasil dan pembinaan lanjutan dilakukan. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah dan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan pendidikan kejuruan, serta mendukung citra sekolah sebagai pusat inovasi.

Abstract

Dongeng memiliki peran besar dalam pengembangan literasi anak dan karakter anak, khususnya pada usia dini. Namun, di era gawai saat ini, eksistensi dongeng sebagai pendidikan pada anak usia dini perlu dipertanyakan. Metode dalam penelitian adalah Kuantitatif dengan metode surve melalui kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 orangtua (ibu) yang memiliki anak berusia 4-6 tahun dan sudah masuk dalam Taman Kanak-kanak di Kecamatan Tambang, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 78% para orangtua jarang melakukan aktivitas mendongeng untuk anaknya, 65% memiliki sasaran dan tujuan utama dalam aktivitas mendongeng, 73% memberikan gawai sebagai pengganti aktivitas mendongeng sebelum tidur anaknya, dan anak-anak mereka responsive dan kritis ketika orangtuanya mendongeng pada kategori sering hanya berjumlah 8%. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa orangtua sudah jarang melakukan aktivitas mendongeng untuk anaknya karena kesibukan dan minimnya pengetahuan dan literature mereka pada dongeng.

Abstract

Tenaga guru adalah salah satu tenaga pendidik yang mempunyai peran sebagai salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan tujuan pendidikan, karena guru yang langsung bersinggungan dengan peserta didik, untuk memberikan bimbingan yang akan menghasilkan tamatan yang diharapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan kinerja guru abad 21 melalui pengembangan kompetensi profesionalisme guru di SMP IT Darul Fikri Boarding School Selatpanjang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian menggunakan sampel populasi dengan jumlah 6 orang guru melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif yang diterapkan dengan tiga jalur yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dan guru dalam meningkatkan kinerja gurunya: 1) Mengadakan Pelatihan guru abad 21 dengan mengembangkan kompetensi keterampilan 4C, yaitu keterampilan, Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Creative and innovation. 2) Mengadakan Pelatihan dalam pengembangan kompetensi profesionalisme guru yaitu kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional. 3) Mengadakan kelompok kerja guru. 4) Melakukan supervisi. 5) Memberikan penghargaan kepada guru berprestasi. Mengikuti pelatihan yang mendukung kualitas pembelajaran. 6) Banyak Membaca. 7) Aktif mengikuti kegiatan KKG (Kelompok Kerja Guru) dan Komunitas Guru. 8) Berupaya untuk melanjutkan kuliah S2. Dengan upaya yang dilakukan kinerja guru semakin baik dan kompeten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kesehatan RSUD Rokan Hulu yang berjumlah 262 responden. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM PLS dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, semakin tinggi beban kerja yang diterima tenaga kesehatan semakin menurun kinerja, tenaga kesehatan dengan beban kerja sangat tinggi cenderung memiliki kinerja yang lebih rendah dibandingkan tenaga kesehatan dengan beban kerja sewajarnya sehingga tenaga kesehatan tersebut memiliki kesempatan untuk memaksimalkan setiap pekerjannya; (2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, tenaga kesehatan dengan kepuasan kerja tinggi cenderung akan memiliki kinerja yang tinggi, sementara tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki kepuasan kerja rendah cenderung tidak termotivasi dalam menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi sehingga kinerjanya cenderung rendah; (3) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, tenaga kerja dengan motivasi kerja tinggi selalu ingin mengupayakan hasil kerja yang maksimal, semakin tinggi motivasi kerja tenaga kesehatan maka semakin tinggi kinerja tenaga kesehatan tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to highlight and evaluate the issues at an in-depth level to provide different solutions that are expected to be a reflection for the government, especially the Ministry of Education and Culture, to be able to improve the implementation and monitoring of the Kampus Mengajar Program. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, and the data were collected from a focus group discussion with students of the English Education Study Program at Universitas Lancang Kuning, then the data was analyzed descriptively. The results highlight some problems in the implementation of the Kampus Merdeka Program. These included a lack of coordination and clear communication between stakeholders, which led to confusion among students and schools, uneven targeting of schools, inadequate support for the program, and credit conversion, resulting in frustration and challenges. Addressing these issues, the study recommended increased socialization of the program, transparency in credit equivalency, and more accurate school data collection. In conclusion, this research offers several solutions that are expected to reflect the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) that the Kampus Mengajar Program faces various challenges in its implementation, which need to be addressed for the program to effectively meet its goal of improving education in the 3T areas.

Abstract

The main issue addressed in this study is how psychological capital can influence judges' subjective well-being and the extent to which job engagement can strengthen or weaken this relationship. High subjective well-being is crucial for improving the quality of judges' decisions and performance, but the precise role of job engagement in this relationship remains unknown. The study was conducted on all judges in Riau Province with the aim of examining work engagement in moderating the influence of psychological capital on subjective well-being. The study population consisted of 80 judges. Based on this population size, the entire population was sampled using a saturated sampling technique. All respondents were used to obtain primary data related to the variables, which were collected through a questionnaire with a 1-5-point Likert scale. All data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. This study found that psychological capital had a significant positive effect on subjective well-being; work engagement moderated the influence of psychological capital on subjective well-being.

Abstract

The social skills of kindergarten children in the Tampan district are remain low, this can be seen from the children who do not want to be left by their parents when they enter class to study, even though teachers and other friends have persuaded them to study together and those children prefer to be alone. For this reason, researchers conducted a comparative study to examine the differences in social skills between the children who are addicted and not addicted to gadgets. This research method uses a comparative descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study are all children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten throughout the Tampan District, amounted to 194 children. The sampling technique used was the purposive technique so that the samples of this study were 30 children addicted to gadgets and 30 children who were not addicted to gadgets. Data collection techniques using observation guidelines and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that a) The social skills of children who are not addicted to gadgets with a minimum score of 59, a maximum score of 99 and an average score of 55.10, while the social skills of children who are addicted to gadgets in kindergartens throughout the Tampan district with a minimum score of 41, while a maximum score of 57 with an average of 48.27, b) Differences in the social skills of children aged 5-6 years who are addicted to gadgets in kindergartens throughout the Tampan district are shown from the test results t shows tcount (7.416) > ttable (2.00) and the significance score (0.000) < (0.05) it means Ha is accepted, while Ho is rejected. The magnitude of the difference between children who are addicted and those who are not addicted on gadgets is 6.83%.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of unethical leadership on knowledge sabotage in the digital work environment, with moral disengagement as a mediating variable and moral identity as a moderating variable. Digital transformation has increased organizational dependence on knowledge-sharing systems, but unethical leadership may trigger counterproductive knowledge behaviors. This study employed a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to employees of oil and gas service companies in Riau Province, Indonesia. A total of 272 valid responses were analyzed using SmartPLS. The measurement model was evaluated through outer loading, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Cronbach’s Alpha, and Composite Reliability. The structural model was assessed using path coefficients, coefficient of determination (R²), effect size (f²), predictive relevance (Q²), as well as mediation and moderation analyses through bootstrapping. The results indicate that unethical leadership has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sabotage and moral disengagement. Moral disengagement significantly affects knowledge sabotage and partially mediates the relationship between unethical leadership and knowledge sabotage. Moral identity has a significant negative direct effect on knowledge sabotage but does not moderate the effect of moral disengagement. These findings contribute to ethical leadership and knowledge management literature in digital organizations.
