Abstract

Many studies discuss android-based learning media, but there is no research that specifically discusses troubleshooting on the Arduino IDE. This study aims to create an android-based learning media product by taking the basic competence of troubleshooting input output in the subjects of Microprocessor and Microcontroller Programming Engineering (TPMM). With the learning media called ArduinoID, it is hoped that students can understand more about troubleshooting Arduino IDE, especially on writing errors. This research is a development research that uses the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study were 66 students of class X TEI SMKN 1 Driyorejo. This research design uses a one group pretest-posttest design to compare the results before and after treatment. ArduinoID learning media development utilizes an android developer site called Kodular. The results showed that the ArduinoID learning media validation results from 2 lecturers and 2 teachers got a validation value of 89.10% with very good criteria. From the students' responses to the ArduinoID learning media, they got a response of 84.70% with the criteria of strongly agreeing. Then, in testing the effectiveness of learning media using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 Software, ArduinoID obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference (increase) between learning outcomes in pre-test and post-test data. From the various analyzes that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the ArduinoID application is feasible as a learning medium in class X TEI students at SMKN 1 Driyorejo.

Abstract

School-based management (SBM) is an approach that gives autonomy and responsibility to schools in managing resources to improve the quality of education. This study aims to explore the implementation of MBS in improving student competencies in the Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) expertise program at SMKN 1 Bendo Magetan. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The purpose of this study is generally to determine the activities of the management process of teaching staff in improving professional competence at SMKN 1 Bendo Magetan. This research uses qualitative research and case study design. Data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The substantive findings of this research are (1) Curriculum Management and Competence of learning program management expertise of both teachers and students. (2) Student management to improve the competence of students majoring in TKR in forming students who are ready to work through additional activities and practical hours, students are given Islamic religious values such as reading walqiah, BTQ, praying in congregation so that the quality of education is truly as expected both for the students themselves and when they work in the midst of society. (3) Management of Facilities and Infrastructure. school facilities and infrastructure is one of the components in the school system. therefore its existence must be in harmony with other components. n increasing the competence of the expertise of the students, SMKN 1 Bendo Magetan provides additional hours for students and increases the practice of field work for students to be able to be competitive and can keep up with existing developments. Because in addition we cooperate with several MOU companies such as PT, CV the school also makes a Special Work Exchange (BKK) is an institution formed to support the expertise competence of students majoring in TKR

Abstract

Rendahnya kinerja guru di SMK Poncol Magetan dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan, struktur organisasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Kepemimpinan yang kurang efektif membuat guru merasa kurang dihargai, sehingga motivasi dan inovasi dalam pembelajaran menurun. Meskipun telah ada upaya peningkatan kinerja, belum ada pendekatan sistematik yang memadukan kebijakan dan kepemimpinan secara efektif. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi Maslow terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Poncol Magetan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi 50 guru dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner valid dan reliabel. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan positif signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi Maslow terhadap kinerja guru. Kepemimpinan transformasional lebih dominan pengaruhnya, menciptakan atmosfer kerja yang positif dan memotivasi guru mencapai potensi maksimal, sedangkan motivasi Maslow mendukung motivasi kerja dan kinerja.ABSTRAKRendahnya kinerja guru di SMK Poncol Magetan dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan, struktur organisasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Abstract

Improving student competence is very dependent on the learning model and students' formal reasoning abilities. This study aims to: (1) analyze differences in competencies between students taught with the PDEODE learning model and students taught using direct learning models in DLE subjects at SMK Raden Rahmat Mojosari, (2) analyze differences in competencies between students who have TKPFT and students who have TKPFR on DLE subjects at SMK Raden Rahmat Mojosari, (3) analyze the interaction between the use of learning models and TKPF on student competencies on DLE subjects at SMK Raden Rahmat Mojosari. This research is a type of experimental research that uses factorial analysis design. Data collection instruments were in the form of passive component social attitude competency observation sheets, passive component knowledge competency test sheets, passive component skills competency performance test sheets and formal reasoning ability test sheets for students. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) there are differences in competencies between students taught using the PDEODE learning model and students taught using direct learning models in DLE subjects at SMK Raden Rahmat Mojosari, (2) there are differences in competencies between students who have TKPFT and students who have TKPFR on DLE subjects at SMK Raden Rahmat Mojosari, (3) there is an interaction between the use of learning models and TKPF on student competencies in DLE subjects at SMK Raden Rahmat Mojosari.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the ability of electrical engineering students to build robots based on  Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) which is analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through IBM SPSS and IBM SPSS Amos software. CTL is able to aid teachers to explain teaching materials with real situations and also able to motivate students by connecting the knowledge with the real application. This research applied the development research design with the product in the form of the robotics lesson plan as a supporting or measuring tool to assess the ability to make a robot for electrical engineering students. The developed of the robotic module is the research results and monitoring results of the researchers from the year 2009 to 2015. Afterward, seven (7) validators validated the final module. The validators consist of instructional experts, educational experts, engineering experts, and grammarians. In addition, the average validator assessment result is 3.34, which fall into either category. Value probability level is above 0.5 (value = 0,522) then it is concluded there is improvement between constructs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in student motivation and learning achievement in KKPI subjects between students who use the face-to-face learning model and students who use blended learning models, increased motivation and student achievement in KKPI subjects due to the application of the blended model learning, and the interaction of the influence of the application of learning models and motivation on KKPI student learning achievement at SMK 1 Kamal Bangkalan. This quasi-experimental study uses two groups, namely the experimental group using the blended learning model and the control group using the face-to-face learning model. The study population was students of class XI SMKN 1 Kamal Bangkalan. The research sample consisted of 57 students divided into 30 students in the control group and 27 students in the experimental group. Data collection using questionnaires and multiple choice test questions. The results showed that there were significant differences between motivation and student achievement using the blended learning model and students using the face-to-face learning model, there was a significant increase in student motivation and learning achievement due to the application of the blended learning model, and there was no interaction of influence the application of learning models and motivation to student learning achievement.

Abstract

The process of teaching and learning activities uses problems in daily life as a form of improving thinking skills and problem solving, as well as gaining important concept knowledge by using student achievement motivation on computer systems subjects on computer system attitude competencies, computer system knowledge competencies, and competency skills computer system. Teachers at SMKN 10 Surabaya on average use the STAD cooperative model and students' competencies are taught low while researchers use the Problem Based Learning model and make student competencies increase.The design of this study uses 2 x 2 factorial analysis design with independent variables Problem Based Learning models and STAD cooperative models, moderating variables of high achievers motivation and low achievers motivation, and dependent variables competency in computer system attitudes, computer knowledge of computer systems, and computer system skills competencies.The results of this study in Multimedia 10 class students who were taught using PBL learning models were very significant competency compared to STAD cooperatives
