Abstract

Phenomenon/Issues: As one of the most widely used modes of transportation, train services provided by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) have adapted to digitalization through the KAI Access application. Although the application offers various convenient services, several issues remain, particularly related to information quality and service quality, which may influence user loyalty among students as a dominant user segment. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the determinants of KAI Access application user loyalty from a student’s perspective using the DeLone and McLean (2003) Information System Success Model. Novelty: This research extends the Information System Success Model by integrating perceived value and intention to reuse as mediating variables in explaining user loyalty within the context of a railway digital service application, specifically focusing on student users. Research Method: This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey of 130 university students. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) technique to examine the relationships among constructs. Result: The findings indicate that information quality and service quality significantly influence perceived value and user satisfaction. Furthermore, perceived value and user satisfaction have a significant effect on intention to reuse, which ultimately reflects user loyalty toward the KAI Access application. Research Contributions: This study contributes theoretically by enriching the application of the Information System Success Model in the context of digital transportation services. Practically, the results provide strategic insights for improving application quality to enhance customer retention and long-term user loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of system quality and information quality on using the community health center management information system at the UPT Tanggunggunung Community Health Center. In the context of primary health services in Indonesia, community health centers have a crucial role, so the effective implementation and use of campus are essential. System quality and information quality are two key factors that are believed to influence the level of use of community health center management information systems. The research method used is quantitative with explanatory research. The subjects of this research were 54 employees of the Tanggungunung Community Health Center with a sampling technique using saturated samples. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to the Tanggunggunung Community Health Center employees—data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling-Generalized Structured Component Analysis (SEM-GSCA). The research results show that system quality has a significant favorable influence on node usage. This indicates that the better the quality of the system which includes aspects such as reliability, responsiveness, and ease of use, the higher the level of use of the Simpus by community health center employees. In addition, information quality was found not to have a significant positive influence on node usage. This means that the accurate, relevant, and timely information provided by Simpus still does not increase the user's tendency to utilize the system.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an analysis of the influence of personal innovativeness on perceived ease of use and perceived risk, the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived risk on behavioral intention, and the influence of environmental awareness on behavioral intention. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and was conducted on students in the Office Administration Education program from the 2021-2024 cohort, with a sample size of 274 students. Data analysis techniques employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) using the GSCA-pro software version 1.2.1.0. The results of this study indicate that personal innovativeness has a significant positive influence on perceived ease of use and perceived risk, perceived ease of use has a significant positive influence on behavioral intention, but perceived risk does not have a significant positive influence on behavioral intention, and environmental awareness has a significant positive influence on behavioral intention. This study contributes to the development of ride-hailing applications, particularly Gojek, in evaluating the determinants of behavior that influence user intent, as well as providing relevant supplementary learning material, particularly in related courses such as management information systems, organizational behavior, and office technology

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of generative AI literacy on student academic performance using an ethical and academic fraud perspective. This research is motivated by the increasing use of generative AI technology among students to complete academic assignments. Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Deepseek, Blackbox, and others have become popular tools among students, but their use raises ethical dilemmas and the potential for academic fraud that can impact academic integrity. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to students to identify the extent to which generative AI literacy impacts student academic performance, both positively and negatively. The data analysis technique used in this study was Structural Equation Modeling-Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling (VB-SEM) with a Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) approach. Furthermore, this study also examines the ethical implications of using this technology and its relationship to academic fraud such as plagiarism and academic dishonesty. The results are expected to provide insights for educational institutions in formulating policies regarding the use of Generative AI that balance technological innovation and academic integrity. This research can also serve as a reference for students in using technology responsibly to support quality academic achievement.
