Abstract

The tittle of this thesis is “Teacher`s Method in Handling Children with Special Needs (AUTISME) in Public School MI Al-Ma`arif 02 Singosari Malang”. The research focus on: 1)How is the teacher`s method of dealing with students with special needs in public schools, 2) What are the results of the methods applied by teachers in dealing with children with special needs?, 3) What are the supporting and inhibiting fagtors for teachers?. The position of the researcher acts as an observer. This study used qualitative research methods. The results of the research obtained by researchers are the learning methods used by teachers in school still use learning methods in general  there is no method specifically for children  with special needs,teachers do not understand about learning methods for children with special needs, school also do not have special learning facilities for students especially those who study at the school, other students already understand the needs experienced by their classmates, the many lack of facilities owned by the school create many obstacles thet teachers get during teaching.

Abstract

Technology is developing so rapidly that it has penetrated the world of education. Educational institutions must continue to adapt to technological developments because the object of education is students who are the next generation of the nation. During a pandemic like this, students are forced to study from home by online learning to using e-learning platforms. This is the background behind MAN 1 Malang City to use the e-learning platform in the process of each subject, including PAI lessons. This study was conducted at MAN 1 Malang City using research with a qualitative approach with the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. Where the use of this platform cannot be separated from technology and internet networks. The use of this platform is to maximize the PAI learning process as a medium and teaching material in order to arrive at perfect learning goals and of course according to the needs of students, communities and institutions. All forms of learning strategies have obstacles in their application. Likewise, this e-learning platform has factors that support and hinder its implementation even though it is very effectively used during Distance Learning.

Abstract

The role of Islamic religious teachers in education plays a strong role in shaping the religious character of students, it can be interpreted that character occurs not because of innate, does not come alone, but must be formed and instilled consciously in students. In the process of moral formation, students will not take place by themselves, but through a process. One of the processes that can shape the character of students is one of them through the role of Islamic religious teachers in schools. This study aims to describe the role of Islamic religious teachers on the moral formation of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah, with 4 research focuses including: (1) Knowing the conception of Islamic education in relation to the moral formation of students, (2) knowing the conception of the role of Islamic religious teachers on the moral formation of students (3) Knowing the factors that influence the formation of students' morals (4) and Knowing what efforts are made by Islamic Religion Teachers in shaping the morals of students at MTs Al Hidayah Gosari Ujungpangkah Gresik. This research is a qualitative research by taking the background of MTs Al Hidayah. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources for this study were the principal of MTs Al Hidayah and religious teachers at MTs Al Hidayah.

Abstract

The role of Takmir Masjid in developing islamic religious education at the Baitur Rohman mosque is by arranging various activites properly and ini an orderly manner, there is an arrangement of events for takmir to carry out mousque activities comfortably and well, as well the design og activities that the mosque takmir makes, namely the presence of majlis taklim for the whole community, recitation every week, recitation of sholawat nariyah once a week, tahlilan, albanjari practice, and also establishing Baitur Rohman foundations, namely Taman Pendidikan Al-qur’an (TPA) Baitur Rohman, Madrasah Diniyah (MADIN) Baitur Rohman, Ply Group Baitur Rohman. In developing islamic religious education, takmir does by arranging activities that can benefit ither people and the surrounding community, such as islamic studies activities, and also establishing learning places for children who are still in school, here takmir plays a very inportant role in the problem of continuing the activities that have been well structured. The results of this study (1) the role of the mosque in developing Islamic education at the Baitur Rahman Sidoluhur Lawang, (2) the role of the mosque in solving community problems, (3) the role of the mosque takmir in prospering Islamic education at the Baitur Rahman Sidoluhur Lawang

Abstract

Character is the initial foundation to instill in students to become a generation of noble character. Based on preliminary observations, the principal as a disciplined leader in something is expected to be able to understand and answer the problem: Teacher Discipline in Forming Student Characters in Learning in Darussa'adah Islamic Middle School Malang. The background of the above research the researchers formulated the problem, namely the solution to the delay of educators, student character, teacher discipline in forming student character in Darussa'adah Islamic Middle School Malang. The purpose of this study is to describe the solution to the delay of educators, student character, teacher discipline in forming student characters in Darussa'adah Islamic Middle School Malang. The conclusion from the research ijni is an educator must become uswah hasanah for students, starting from oneself to make themselves disciplined. The character values contained in learning at Darussa'adah Islamic Middle School Malang include several characters, namely: religiousness, cleanliness, honesty, independence, discipline, caring, love for the Indonesian homeland. Factors for the formation of student characters are family (parents), education (school), and environmental factors, second: penalties for students who violate.

Abstract

Teachers have a very important role in instilling character values in students in schools, especially religious education based on ahlussunnah wal jama'ah. This pandemic period has had a significant effect in the field of education, one of which is the use of high technology. Therefore, students are required to follow it by studying and looking for supporting materials on the internet. This results in students having the potential to experience errors in understanding the material they are looking for because they come from sources that cannot be accounted for and in the end the potential for students to be radical is greater. The researcher formulates problems about the concepts, roles, and factors that influence the aswaja teacher in instilling the values of private education at MTsN 17 Jombang. This study aims to describe the concepts, roles, and factors that influence the aswaja teacher in instilling the values of private education at MTsN 17 Jombang. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Researchers used data collection techniques, namely observations, interviews, and documentation that the researchers had done, the aswaja teacher carried out the inculcation of self-awareness values well.

Abstract

SMEs have significant challenges amid a pandemic that is crippling the country's economy to survive and continue to struggle from bankruptcy. So, this paper analyzes the impact of financial capital, social capital, and business digitalization in improving business sustainability and finds out which variables are marketing strategies in mediating the direct influence between these three variables. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument using a survey technique. The research sample was 93 respondents as SME business owners. The research period was carried out from June to September 2021. After the data is collected, then tested using SEM-PLS using Warppls 5.0 software. The study found that financial capital can improve business sustainability, and social capital can also affect business sustainability; the same is valid for business digitization which can improve business sustainability for SME actors. Therefore, SME business actors need to pay attention to the business capital, then social capital to the community in the long term, and digitalization to improve businesses' ability to survive in a pandemic. Furthermore, we hope that this research will expand understanding to SMEs business owners to be more vigilant about several factors that can make a business go bankrupt, especially in a pandemic situation. However, the limitation of this study lies in the research sample, which only examines one province so that future researchers can compare it with other provinces. And in this study, it was found that the marketing strategy has not been successful in mediating, so it still needs to be discussed further.

Abstract

Goal dari pelatihan ini adalah memberikan inspirasi sederhana cara mencari ide, mengolah bahan, membuat, dan menampilkan karya topeng. Menggunakan fasilitas daring Webinar Zoom Meeting. Melibatkan 40 peserta dari berbagai kalangan mulai mahasiswa, guru, dosen, dan ibu rumah tangga. Berasal dari Indonesia, Malaysia serta Inggris. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam program pelatihan ini adalah metode partisipasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah peserta mampu membuat topeng karakter berbahan kertas bekas dengan cepat dan mudah, dengan waktu yang cepat/kilat (dibutuhkan hanya 5 menit pengerjaan). Sehingga secara umum dapat diterapkan lebih lanjut oleh peserta pelatihan, sesuai kebutuhan masing-masing, utamanya adalah untuk mengisi waktu salama bencana, menambah suasana ceria dan resiliensi sosial (social resilience).

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: Leadership and educators face numerous personal and professional challenges. The challenge for prospective teachers is to prepare themselves to be leaders in the classroom, but they still do not understand the true meaning of reflecting leadership. Background Problems: How do teacher candidates reflect on leadership? Novelty: This study seeks to find new ways to increase their understanding of their leadership. This hands-on learning approach is based on an online masking workshop that examines leadership styles and behaviors, reflection, and hidden agendas. Nineteen prospective elementary school teachers from Indonesia participated in the study. Research Methods: This study argues that this is a research descriptive qualitative study in which the researcher uses a mask maker to capture the expressions of prospective elementary school teachers. Finding/Results: The results of the workshops are fun and exciting. These activities encourage creative and lateral thinking, foster self-awareness, and can provide access to information beyond the goal through the expressive metaphor of the mask. Visual, emotional, and aesthetic development, when combined with non-directive professional dialogue, can result in more effective, authentic, and thus ethical and dynamic leadership. Conclusion: Participants indicated that exploring experiences through art-based methods is a rewarding process, as is creating work, taking a logical approach to reflective practice, and engaging in fruitful self-exploration.

Abstract

Kecamatan Grati-Pasuruan, Jawa Timur, dikenal sebagai wilayah penghasil susu sapi. Namun, susu sapi, meskipun kaya protein, rentan rusak dan tercemar. Sebagai respons, Kandidat Sarjana Mengabdi (KSM) memimpin program untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengolahan susu sapi. Kegiatan ini difokuskan pada karyawan Loka Pengujian Standar Instrumen Ruminansia Besar dan pemuda Grati-Pasuruan. Hasilnya mencakup produk olahan susu sapi pasteurisasi yang berkualitas tinggi dan aman kesehatannya. Melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan istilah lain dari seni mengelola, program ini bertujuan meningkatkan nilai jual, daya tahan, dan kesehatan produk, serta memberikan alternatif ketika susu segar ditolak oleh KUD susu. Dengan demikian, pengolahan susu sapi pasteurisasi diharapkan menjadi solusi yang berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan sektor peternakan susu sapi.
