Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving social skills for early childhood because social skills will become a provision for their activities as social beings in the surrounding environment. One of the learning methods in PAUD institutions is outing class. Outing class activities are learning activities carried out outside the classroom. One of the outing class activities organized by TAAM Ihya Assunnah is visiting shopping centers or supermarkets in the neighborhood around the school. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of visiting shopping centers in an effort to improve early childhood social skills. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, where the research results are described descriptively. Research using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations were made to observe the activities of visiting shopping centers or supermarkets and their relation to early childhood social skills. The interview technique was conducted with one of the TAAM Ihya Assunnah educators to find out more about the concept of social skills development activities held at TAAM Ihya Assunnah. Documentation techniques are used as information materials to support research findings. Based on research, it can be seen that visiting shopping centers can improve early childhood social skills. Children can practice communicating, conversing, practicing a culture of queuing and interacting with other visitors, and developing an attitude of confidence and honesty in children making transactions. This can be an effort to improve social skills of early childhood. The importance of PAUD teachers to be more innovative and varied in organizing learning to improve early childhood social skills. Learning should be packaged in an attractive way so that it motivates children to improve their social skills. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya meningkatkan keterampilan sosial bagi anak usia dini sebab keterampilan sosial akan menjadi bekal dalam aktivitasnya sebagai makhluk sosial di lingkungan sekitar. Salah satu metode pembelajaran di lembaga PAUD adalah outing class. Kegiatan outing class merupakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan di luar kelas. Salah satu kegiatan outing class yang diselenggarakan oleh TAAM Ihya Assunnah adalah mengunjungi pusat perbelanjaan atau supermarket yang berada di lingkungan sekitar sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kegiatan mengunjungi pusat perbelanjaan dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dimana hasil penelitian dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Penelitian menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati kegiatan mengunjungi pusat perbelanjaan atau supermarket serta kaitannya dalam keterampilan sosial anak usia dini. Teknik wawancara dilakukan kepada salah satu pendidik TAAM Ihya Assunnah untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai konsep aktivitas pengembangan keterampilan sosial yang diselenggarakan di TAAM Ihya Assunnah. Teknik dokumentasi dilakukan sebagai bahan informasi untuk menunjang temuan penelitian. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa kegiatan mengunjungi pusat perbelanjaan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak usia dini. Anak dapat melatih berkomunikasi, bercakap-cakap, melatih budaya mengantri, dan berinteraksi dengan pengunjung lain, dan mengembangkan sikap kepercayaan diri dan kejujuran anak dalam melakukan transaksi. Hal tersebut dapat menjadi upaya meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak usia dini. Pentingnya guru PAUD untuk lebih inovatif dan variatif dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran bagi peningkatan keterampilan sosial anak usia dini. Pembelajaran hendaknya dikemas semenarik sehingga memotivasi anak untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosialnya.

Abstract

In an effort to form a quality generation, character education must be carried out from an early age. This article will describe the four magic words in the formation of children’s character in social life. This article was created to be a guide in everyday life and educated children to behave in social life in accordance with the values of correct behavior. This article uses research methods based on library research. Data collection techniques carried out ini research 1) reading, 2) taking notes, 3) processing research materials in achieving relevant results. Collection of primary data in this study from 17 articles and 1 book. The results of this study: First, the habit of using the word ”Sorry” is done through the guidance of parents or eduators. Second, the habit of saying the word ”thank you” is done by giving examples of activities for children to always say the word thank you. Third, the habituation of using the word ”please” is carried out through batuation activities by giving examples to children. Fourth, the habit of saying the word ”Excuse me” is done by giving understanding to children.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari lebih lanjut tentang peran permainan labirin (maze) dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis anak usia dini. Bentuk penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Teknik dokumentasi digunakan peneliti untuk memperoleh data. Metode analisis isi digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis data, yaitu analisis isi yang tidak dapat dilepaskan dari interpretasi sebuah karya. artikel ini dapat menjadi pilihan pembelajaran yang menarik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis anak, dengan anak ditugaskan untuk mengikuti jalan yang telah ditentukan dalam permainan maze. Guru harus inovatif dalam merancang pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan untuk membantu anak dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis mereka.

Abstract

The digitalization program for early childhood education media in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is an opportunity as well as a challenge for educational inventors in the world. This opportunity can be used as an exploratory land for the development of science for educational media inventors. On the other hand, the challenges are related to the clash of value systems and consistency in strengthening the integration of the conservation function system with the educational innovation function. In this context, challenge does not mean weakness, but for scholars it is a form of motivational strength for the practical development of knowledge to be used as material for increasing self-capacity as a true scientist. Thus, the opportunities and challenges that arise in this study become a source of energy to overcome anxiety about the future of education. With regard to ethno-pedagogy which is the contextual realization of human imagination in terms of human values ​​and norms, it has a very important role in presenting every digital product that is created. So that the process of integrating conservation values ​​with educational innovation values ​​can show logical consequences for achieving the expected quality of early childhood education in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan deskripsi analisis mengenai keefektifan penggunaan aplikasi Sway sebagai media pembelajaran IPS SD pada materi kegiatan Ekspor dan Impor. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian bentuk Reserach and development. Pada penelitian ini dilakukananalisis deskriptif data. Tahap deskriptif digunakan untuk mengungkapkan dan menjelaskan temuan awal penelitian yang berada dilapangan dan dinarasikan dalam bentuk catatan, kemudiam digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat keefektifan dan kepuasan produk tersebut. Hasil penelitian mencakup kepuasan siswa dalam menggunakan aplikasi sway pada materi kegiatan ekspor dan impor yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan sebaran  menunjukan 60% efektif dan sangat puas untuk dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran.  Implikasi hasil penelitian ini adalah pengembangan penggunaan media dalam mencapai keefektifan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The pandemic of Covid 19 requires teachers to guide their students through distance or online learning. Effective learning should always be explored so that students' learning outcomes does not decrease during this pandemic. It is certainly not easy to carry out effective and fun learning for students. Teachers keep always try the latest ideas every single time. Interactive video is one of the most appropriate strategies to solve learning problems in the classroom. This study aims to find out: 1) the percentage of students who responds positively to animative-interactive learning videos; 2) the percentage of students who does not respond to animative-interactive learning videos; 3) the percentage of students who responds negatively to interactive learning videos. This data was gained from 104 students of elementary school throughout in District of Tasikmalaya and Majalengka who learned Social Studies. Overall results analyzed through percentage form based on the students' response qualifications. The study was conducted by three observers who researched in different primary schools. Through this research, it was obtained that the use of Animative-interactive learning videos was effectively implemented as a learning strategy during this pandemic covid 19. The use of this media was also appropriate to be applied in the subjects of primary school of class of VI, because it was able to increase interest and explore the creativity of students. Through suitable analysis of the characteristics of learners, this type of media would be a reference for teachers to the implementation of learning that should use learning media that was fun and liked by students.

Abstract

Pentingnya perkembangan sosial emosional anak sejak dini agar anak dapat bersosialisasi dan mengolah perasaannya, maka diharapkan guru mampu meningkatkan rangsangan terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak. Media pembelajaran dapat membantu guru mengoptimalkan perkembangan anak. Sehingga diperlukan media pembelajaran untuk memfasilitasi perkembangan sosial emosional anak. Penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam memfasilitasi  perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Negeri Pembina. Metode penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif, metode ini bersifat deskriptif juga menggunakan analisis dalam penggunaannya. Sumber data penelitian berasal dari guru dan anak kelompok B2 di TK Negeri Pembina. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikan data yang telah terkumpul. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa di TK Negeri Pembina sudah menggunakan media dalam setiap pembelajaran, namun tidak ada media yang secara khusus dirancang untuk memfasilitasi perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun.
