Abstract

Taman Pendidikan Al-qur’an (TPA) Miftahul Qulub merupakan wadah yang sangat berguna untuk masyarakat Gampong Meureubo. Kegiatan dilakukan setiap sore untuk usia anak-anak, sedangkan dewasa setiap malam Jum’at belajar Al-qur’an dan kitab-kitab. Berdasarkan ulasan di atas, penulis diminta pimpinan TPA untuk memberikan pengarahan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan pondasi TPA, dalam kesempatan ini penulis memanfaatkannya sebagai suatu pengabdian masyarakat yang merupakan bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi bagi Dosen. Permasalahan yang menjadi tujuan ingin dicapai secara umum adalah pembangunan pondasi untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar untuk menunjang program kegiatan TPA. Manfaat kegiatan diantaranya memberikan wadah pendidikan berbasis islam, khususnya pendidikan Al-qur’an bagi warga setempat dengan menanamkan nilai budi pekerti baik dan meneladani Rasulullah. Hasilnya, metode penyampaian sederhana karena keterbatasan tidak adanya media (proyektor), hasil print out power point dibagikan kepada peserta, gambaran dilakukan dengan spidol di kertas plano tempel di dinding. Pekerja merupakan orang tua dari santri dilakukan secara gotong royong, pemahaman penyampaian mudah ditanggapi dan dipahami sehingga sosialisasi pendampingan berjalan sukses sebagaimana mestinya.

Abstract

Masalah disiplin kerja karyawan terlihat jelas pada PT. Mifa Bersaudara, security port yang pada saat masuk jam kerja masih terlihat duduk di warung kopi, sehingga kerap terlambat datang bekerja saat masuk shift dan bahkan ada yang lebih awal pulang kerja sebelum jam pulang. Kondisi kerja yang tidak stabil menyebabkan absensi atau ketidakhadiran yang tidak teratur, sehingga produktivitas karyawan menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian security port di PT. Mifa Bersaudara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mifa Bersaudara dilihat dari hasil uji t dimana t hitung > t tabel, demikian juga dengan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian security di PT. Mifa Bersaudara. Secara simultan pelatihan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian security di PT. Mifa Bersaudara. Pihak PT. Mifa Bersaudara semestinya terus melakukan pelatihan dan pengawasan kedisiplinan security sehingga kinerja security tetap konsisten demi kinerja lebih dan keberlangsungan perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract : Accident caused by the instability of slope have an impact on the safety of mineworkers, equipment, company, and the environment. That may lead to a loss of company and hinder the production process of minerals. This research is conducted to assess the stability of the slope in the coalmines excavations located in the excavated area Pit B at the area of Desa Sumber Batu, Meurebo District, West Aceh which is owned by PT Mifa Bersaudara. This research uses two methods for comparison, those are Limit Equilibrum calculated manually, and Plaxis with computing system aimed to describe the pattern of slope collapse. The use of both methods may solve the problem of slope stability easily and accurately to meet the security requirements of slope stability. In this research, there are two variants of model that is a variant of shear angle (θ) and variant of cohesion (c). The results of analysis by using LEM (Limit Equilibrum) and Plaxis program on slope excavation of coalmine produce two variants of model namely shear angle variant (θ) and variant of cohesion (c).the shear angle variant model shows that the smaller the slope angle of escarpment (α), then the value of safety factor obtained will be greater. While the result of analysis by using variant cohesion shows that the smaller the angle of slope of the escarpment, the value of safety factor will also be greater. The conclusion derived from this research is that the planning of an open pit excavation, the angle of slope of escarpment should be made as declivitous as possible to reduce the slide of the slope excavation Abstrak: Kecelakaan yang diakibatkan oleh ketidakstabilan lereng akan berdampak pada keselamatan pekerja, peralatan, perusahaan dan lingkungan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan kerugian bagi perusahaan dan menghambat proses produksi bahan galian. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji kestabilan lereng galian tambang batubara yang terletak di area galian Pit B di wilayah Desa Sumber Batu, Kecamatan Meurebo, Kabupaten Aceh Barat milik PT Mifa Bersaudara. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode sebagai pembanding yaitu metode LEM (Limit Equilibrum) yang dihitung secara manual dan Plaxis dengan sistim komputasi. Penggunaan kedua metode tersebut telah memberikan kemudahan dan keakuratan dalam pemecahan masalah kestabilan lereng untuk memenuhi persyaratan keamanan kestabilan lereng. Pada penelitian ini terdapat dua varian pemodelan yaitu varian sudut geser (θ) dan varian kohesi (c). Pada pemodelan varian sudut geser (θ) memberikan hasil bahwa semakin kecil sudut kemiringan lereng (α) maka nilai faktor keamanan yang diperoleh akan semakin besar, begitu juga pada varian kohesi (c) semakin kecil sudut kemiringan lereng (α) maka nilai faktor keamanan yang didapat akan semakin besar. Kesimpulan yang dapat di ambil dari penelitian ini adalah dalam perencanaan galian tambang terbuka sudut kemiringan pada lereng dibuat selandai mungkin untuk mengurangi kelongsoran pada lereng galian.

Abstract

Masalah perumahan menjadi salah satu program pemerintah yang harus diperhatian, karena semakin banyaknya jumlah kawasan kumuh diberbagai daerah di Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya merealisasikan program bantuan rehab rumah untuk kaum dhuafa dan masyarakat miskin dan bantuan yang diterima sebesar Rp. 25.000.000,- (Dua Puluh Lima Juta Rupiah) per rumah menurut jenis kerusakannya. Permasalahan yang akan diangkat pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kondisi existing kerusakan Rumah Tidak Layak Huni di Kecamatan Jeumpa Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya yang ditinjau dari tingkat kerusakannya dan biaya rehab yang dibutuhkan untuk satu unit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kerusakan dan menghitung biaya perbaikan pada setiap rumah yang mendapatkan bantuan rehab di Kecamatan Jeumpa Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitaian ini berupa survei identifikasi kerusakan dan perhitungan RAB berdasakan Analisa Harga Pekerjaan Umum (AHSPU). Jumlah rumah yang mendapatkan bantuan berdasarkan hasil survei yang ada di lokasi Kecamatan Jeumpa sebanyak lima unit rumah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah anggaran biaya kerusakan lebih besar dari biaya yang diberikan oleh pemerintah. Hal ini disebabkan terbatasnya dana yang dimiliki pemerintah. Program pemerintah ini sudah sangat membantu masyarakat miskin untuk memperoleh rumah layak huni.

Abstract

Garbage is the remnants of the use of human activities that are no longer needed. Garbage is one of the things that can have a negative impact on development. Improvement through the participation of the community is the key to the success of efforts to build a city in order to create a clean and safe city from the adverse effects caused by waste. In 2019 the West Aceh District Environmental Service (DLHK) has carried out at least 129 m3 of garbage dumping and is only able to handle 114.3 m3 of waste from the total services spread across four sub-districts which are waste management services, namely Johan Pahlawan District of 66,601 m3, Samatiga 15,787 m3, Meureubo 31,486 m3, and Kaway XVI 22,524 m3. So waste becomes one of the serious problems for sustainable city development and a countermeasures must be taken. This research method uses the Likert scale method, the results of the calculation of the number of samples using the Slovin formula are 41 respondents. From the results of calculations based on the questionnaire submitted to the respondents, the score was 40.878%. So the conclusion is that the ADB1 housing complex community is still not satisfied with waste management, and it is also urgently needed support from various parties, both government and institutions related to waste management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara pergerakan semu matahari dan kearifan lokal Jawa dalam konteks sistem penagalan Pranata Mangsa. Motivasi utama penelitian adalah untuk mengintegrasikan ilmu astronomi dengan tradisi lokal yang telah diwariskan turun-temurun oleh masyarakat petani di Jawa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur kualitatif yang menganalisis artikel ilmiah, buku, jurnal, serta wawancara dengan tokoh masyarakat yang ahli dalam Pranata Mangsa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penentuan waktu tanam dan panen dalam Pranata Mangsa memiliki korelasi yang kuat dengan fenomena astronomi seperti posisi matahari. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah integrasi antara pengetahuan astronomi dan kearifan lokal tidak hanya memperkaya ilmu pengetahuan tetapi juga mendukung keberlanjutan praktik pertanian tradisional dan pelestarian budaya.

Abstract

Simpang Empat Jeuram Nagan Raya is often mentioned by local people as “Simpang Peut” is the main route of the city's arterial road serving traffic movement between districts or between provinces, which is located in Kuala District, Nagan Raya Regency. The intersection has four arms, serving the flow of 4 lanes of the main road with a median and 2 lanes of minor roads connecting the route for offices, residential residents, trade and as a route to the city center. The problem that is raised and also the purpose of research is how the performance of the intersection to traffic volume occurs in the four arms and distinguishes the difference between the current calculation and previous research. The limitations of the discussion are the research location at Simpang Empat Jeuram, the performance of the intersection based on the 1993 HCM method, side barriers and not predicting previous research. Based on the results, the current volume is 3,310 pcu/hour with a composition of 2,789 pcu/hour. The capacity of 4,009 pcu/hour is above the existing volume which is categorized as not jammed or not saturated. Side barriers 1,328 events are categorized as commercial areas and roadside market activity is very high. The degree of saturation is 0.70 < DS (DS < 0.80 - 0.90) with an average delay of 7.95 seconds/pcu and a queue length of 40% - 20% with a service level D where the current is unstable and sometimes has to slow down the speed of 43 km/hour. Previous research has shown significant results, because the increase in vehicles has continued to increase by 75% in the last 3 years.

Abstract

Asphalt, also known as bitumen, is a mixture of binders used as road preservation. On the BTS road preservation project package. Central Aceh/Nagan Raya – Lhok Seumot – Jeuram (MYC) uses a thin layer of Asphalt Concrete as a treatment for road damage. Asphalt concrete thin layer is a hot asphalt mixture that can be used as a surface layer on road pavement which functions as a road preservation layer. The problem raised and also a research is how the feasibility of a thin layer of asphalt concrete on an incline. The method used in this study is based on testing Job Mix Asphalt, Traffic Counting, and direct observation of asphalt work in the field as well as supporting data in the form of information from consultants or contractors. Asphalt concrete thin layers cannot be used on incline lanes because the asphalt road contains a very fine aggregate mixture. Comparison of thin layers of asphalt concrete with AC – BC using the Traffic Counting method explains that vehicles passing on roads using thin layers of asphalt concrete on the dominant incline lane are more vehicles unable to climb compared to vehicles passing on roads using asphalt AC – BC. The use of a thin layer of asphalt concrete cannot be used for incline lanes, but a thin layer of asphalt concrete is highly recommended for the use of asphalt roads in urban areas.

Abstract

Most of Indonesia's territory is geographically located in the coastal area. One of the areas located in the coastal area is the city of Meulaboh, West Aceh Regency. The coastal area of Meulaboh often experiences tidal flooding, especially the coastal area of Gampong Pasir and has a quite severe impact compared to other areas on the coast of Meulaboh. Based on this background, this study aims to identify community adaptation to the tidal flood event based on community responses in the coastal area and identify efforts to mitigate the impact of tidal floods that have been carried out by the community and the government. The analytical methods used are descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, as well as cross-tabulation analysis related to community adaptation variables, which include community characteristics, the impact of tidal floods on the residential environment, identification of tidal flood conditions and efforts to mitigate the impact of tidal floods, carried out by the community and the government. The results showed that the people of the coastal area of Meulaboh were able to make efforts to deal with tidal floods in the form of repairing road networks, residential houses, drainage channels, places of worship (mosques), village offices, and clean water and sanitation systems. The government's efforts to deal with tidal floods are carried out by making barriers to protect the coast through tetrapod. These results are important to take future action to deal with tidal floods.

Abstract

In a broad sense, the management of plastic waste can be approached through the implementation of the 3R framework, which encompasses the principles of Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle. In this endeavor, a process of socialization was undertaken with students from SMA Negeri 2 Darul Makmur pertaining to the issue of waste management, specifically focusing on the potential for recycling and reusing waste materials to generate substantial value. The utilization of waste is facilitated through the implementation of the 3R concept, thereby offering enhanced educational opportunities for participating students. Students will gain a deeper understanding of the recycling process for high-value waste, which is integral to effective waste management. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the tangible outcomes of transforming plastic waste into liquid fuels. The engagement of students from SMA Negeri 2 Darul Makmur in socialization activities pertaining to the utilization of plastic waste has facilitated a deeper comprehension of waste management processes and the advantages associated with such endeavors. Conversely, students have the potential to utilize plastic waste for practical purposes that are deemed essential in their daily lives.
