Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peran mahasiswa kampus mengajar angkatan 5 pada sekolah penempatan melalui implementasi berbagai program kampus mengajar dalam upaya memberikan peningkatan motivasi siswa dalam belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, dengan subjek penelitian kegiatan Kampus Mengajar di SD Negeri Kayutrejo 03 Widodaren dalam implementasi dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan total siswa 35 orang. Sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi (pengamatan langsung) yang ditujukan langsung kepada kepala sekolah, guru pamong, tenaga pendidik, serta siswa dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunakaan media pembelajaran yang bervariatif sangat mempengaruhi motivasi siswa dalam belajar, hal itu dibuktikan dengan adanya pencapaian pada tes yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan AKM Kelas, dimana pada hasil literasi mengalami peningkatan sebesar 11,7% dan pada numerasi sebesar 8,4%.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the marketing and sales promotion capabilities of batik MSMEs, especially Omah Batik Srikandi and Edukriya in Jatisari Village, Mijen District, Semarang City. The approach includes training and mentoring by providing knowledge and skills of effective sales promotion strategies in marketing batik. Its activities intend to increase batik promotion and sales through the development of innovative sales promotion strategies, such as discounts, gifts, and others. Through this approach, it is hoped that batik MSMEs can increase sales, expand market reach, and support the preservation of batik cultural heritage in Semarang City. Increasing the competitiveness of batik MSMEs is also expected to be achieved, thus having a positive impact on the local and national economy.

Abstract

Law is a regulation or social norm that cannot be separated from the values ​​that apply in society. One of the important roles in social life that makes good education possible is the family. One of the most frequent problems is the transfer of assets from parents to children, usually in the form of gifts. In practice, many grants that are given are then canceled unilaterally by the grantor for various reasons, including wrong behavior and waste committed by the grantee. This usually happens when giving grants. Usually, the person initially displays good behavior and then changes personality over time. In the legal field, there are funding regulations that regulate requirements, procedures and legal implications. A gift is money, property, or other assets given in good faith for the benefit of the recipient. It is important to have a clear understanding of the regulatory and legal implications related to grants so that the process of granting and receiving grants is transparent and implemented in accordance with applicable regulations. This research investigates the application of funding concepts based on Islamic legal advice.
