Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of emotional quotientand interpersonal communication on student learning outcomes, 2) the effect of emotional quotient on student learning outcomes,3) the effect of interpersonal communicationon student learning outcomes. This is a descriptive and associative research. The sampling technique used is  total sampling, with  84 samples.The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of emotional quotient and interpersonal communication on student learning outcomes, (2) there is a positive and significant influence of emotional quotient  on student learning outcomes,(3) there is a positive and significant influence of interpersonal communication on student learning outcome.The teacher can always help students control emotions in the classroom and can teach how to communicate well between fellow students in the classroom, because with emotional intelligence and good interpersonal communication will improve student learning outcomes. Keywords: emotional quotient, interpersonal communication, student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and employee commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees at the Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. This research uses three variables, namely Organizational Culture, Employee Commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This type of research is quantitative research with a causal method. The population in this study amounted to 45 employees with sampling using total sampling technique. So that a sample of 45 employees was obtained. Data collection techniques using research questionnaires. The data that has been collected was analyzed using multiple regression analysis, to see the most dominant component of its influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in employees at the Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. The results of this study indicate 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees at the Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang seen from the sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. 2) employee commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees at the Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang as seen from 0.498 > 0.05. 3) organizational culture and employee commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees at the Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang seen from the sig value. 0.000 < 0.05.Keywords : organizational culture, employee commitment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)

Abstract

 Through community service program we do the training, workshop and assistance for economics teachers as the member of MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran) in Bukittinggi City, West Sumatera. The aims of this program are (1) to improve the ability of teachers in the writing of scientific articles, (2) the teachers are able to publish their articles in online journals (3) to motivate the teachers who do not yet have the article to conduct the classroom action research. The participants of this training are 26 economics teachers from high school in Bukittinggi. This activity get positive response from the participants but only two participant can finish the article during the training. Therefore, continues improvement is still need to improve teacher abiliy ini writing scientific article. Keyword: teacher competency, article, publication.

Abstract

The purpose of researche is to know the role of entrepreneurship education’and self efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions student  economic faculty of Padang State University. Research used causal asositive the population the research were students Economic Faculty of Padang State University. Number of samples were decided base on hair et. As many as 86 people and chosen stratified proportional Random Sampling using. Data are used is primer data were provided through questionnaire shared to students economic faculty of State University of Padang based on predetermined criteria. Analysis metho used is multiple using by spss 20. The results this research shows (1) entrepreneurship education and self efficacy  any significant effect to entrepreneurial intentions, (2) entrepreneurship education  have no significant affect on entrepreneurial intentions, (3) self efficacy have significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Keywords: enterpreneurship education, self-efficacy, entrepreneurial intentions

Abstract

This study aimed to explore the use of HOTS-based tests by teachers in West Sumatra. This research was conducted in Bukittinggi City, Agam Regency and Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research was conducted with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that there is no use of HOTS-based tests on daily tests, midterm and semester exams are still low. This requires training and mentoring for teachers to train their skills in developing HOTS economic questions.Keywords : tests, HOTS, economic

Abstract

The development of cooperative business activities requires professional management of cooperatives, especially in the aspects of financial management. As a company, cooperatives certainly need good financial management so that cooperative business activities can run well. The limited knowledge of cooperative management on accounting knowledge, results in financial reporting that is not well structured and non-standardized, making it difficult for cooperatives to maintain and improve their capital. Koperasi Produsen Aneka Sulaman Agam regency is a cooperative that participates in government programs to develop Regional Superior Products with the One Village One Product (OVOP) Approach, therefore it requires reliable management. With this training activity, it is expected that the knowledge and abilities of cooperative management, especially in the management of cooperative finance, can be increased.Keywords : cooperative management, financial management

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine factors that affect  the Success of KUBE Business Kanagarian Lakitan Tengah Lengayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The factors are entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship ability and goverment supported. This research is descriptive quantitative, the population is the one who accept the assistance of KUBE business Kanagarian Lakitan Tengah Lengayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research uses the primer data. Method is regression analysis using SPSS 21. The  risults of this research has showed : 1) entrepreneurship motivation had significan positive influence to the KUBE Business Kanagarian Lakitan Tengah Lengayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency  with the significan 0,012 < 0,05 2) entrepreneurship ability had significan positive influence to the KUBE Business Kanagarian Lakitan Tengah Lengayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency with the significan 0,019 < 0,05. 3) goverment supported had significan positive influence to the KUBE Business Kanagarian Lakitan Tengah Lengayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency with the significan 0,008< 0,05.4) entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship ability, andgoverment supported had significan negative influence to the KUBE Business Kanagarian Lakitan Tengah Lengayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency with the significan 0,010 < 0,05.Keywords: entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship ability, goverment supported, and business success

Abstract

Management and members need to increase their knowledge and skills regarding the form of business run by cooperatives so that later the goals of the cooperative can be achieved. This research uses descriptive method. With a comparative approach. This research is intended to test whether there are differences in the understanding of cooperative management and members in the implementation of retail management in the Serumpun Melati Putih Cooperative and the Pulau Harapan Cooperative before and after the training. The research respondents were the administrators and members of the Serumpun Melati Putih Cooperative and the Pulau Harapan Cooperative which amounted to 14 people, the data was collected in July 2022 with the data collection technique in the form of a test. The test given is in the form of questions related to understanding of retail management. The prerequisite test analysis uses a normality test. The data is processed by using paired sample t test. The results of the study indicate that there are differences in the understanding of the administrators and members of the cooperative regarding the implementation of retail management before and after the implementation of the training provide

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effective learning of introducing microeconomic courses through the implementation case base method with students' evaluation of the Educational Quality (SEEQ) approach. The research type is classroom action research with Sprial of Kemmis & Mc Taggart model. The result shows that case base method implementation can increase learning effectiveness. Recommended to the lecturer of the introduction of microeconomics course to use learning case base method as increasing learning effectiveness to getting learning outcomes.

Abstract

The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative influence on education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the use of e-learning and self-regulated learning on student achievement at the Faculty of Economic. Universitas Negeri Padang This is quantitative research with a descriptive method. Questionnaires and documentation are used to collect data. The proportional random sampling technique was used in this research, with a total sample size of 85 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The findings of this study show that : 1) The use of e-learning has a positive and significant effect on self-regulated learning, 2) The use of e-learning has a positive and significant effect on student achievement, 3) Self-regulated learning has a positive and significant effect on student achievement. Keywords: the use of e-learning, self-regulated learning, student achievement
