Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the chain of marketing channels for PE goats at the Samajaya Farmer Group. Location this research was carried out in the Samajaya Farmers Group, North Landasan Ulin Village, Banjarbaru City. This location was determined by purposive sampling. This research will be conducted for 3 months, from February to April 2022. The sample of breeders used is 18 farmers. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The observed variables include marketing channels and marketing margins. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis based on surveys and observations made, and by calculating the share margin for each marketing channel. There are 2 marketing channels for the Samajaya cattle group, namely: Farmer à consumers and farmers à collectors à consumer. The marketing margin of goats to collector traders is Rp. 800,000 while for consumers there is no marketing margin, while Farmer's share for collectors is 68.63% and consumers are 100%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) tujuan perjuangan politik tokoh utama dan (2) faktor pendorong perjuangan politik tokoh utama. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menyajikan atau menelusuri data yang mendalam tentang suatu gejala, fakta, dan realita secara sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menganalisis perjuangan politik tokoh utama dalam bentuk penggambaran secara detail.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra yang memahami suatu karya sastra dari segi sosial atau masyarakat dengan memfokuskan pada analisis yang memiliki hubungan dengan perjuangan politik. Sumber data berupa novel Negeri Di Ujung Tanduk karya Tere Liye. Data penelitian ini adalah sekuen cerita  berupa  paragraf maupun kalimat yang berkaitan tentang perjuangan politik tokoh utama. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik baca dan catat dengan pemanfaatan studi pustaka. Teknik baca dilakukan dengan membaca berulang-ulang novel Negeri Di Ujung Tanduk. Teknik catat dilakukan dengan mencatat bagian penting yang menunjukkan perjuangan politik tokoh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis isi dengan pembahasan mendalam dalam suatu teks dan mengetahui deskripsi dari isi teks untuk mengambil sebuah kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa tujuan perjuangan politik tokoh utama dilakukan untuk menegakan hukum dan menyingkap jaringan pelaku kejahatan. Adapun faktor pendorong perjuangan politik meliputi (1) kemauan, (2) motivasi, dan (3) keinginan. Kata kunci: perjuangan, politik, hukum, keadilan

Abstract

. This study includes a semi-experimental research (Quasy Experiment) which aims to determine the effect of contextual approaches to scientific attitudes in the form of curiosity and academic honesty in discovery learning models of students of class XI 7 Gowa State High School. The research design used is Post-test only control group design. The sampling technique is simple random sampling, and the sample of this study is class XI MIA 1 as an experimental class and class XI MIA 3 as a control class with the number of students each class as many as 36 and 32 people. The experimental class was taught using a contextual approach to discovery learning models, while the control class was taught with a discovey model. The independent variable is the contextual approach to the experimental class and the discrete model for the control class, and the dependent variable is the scientific attitude. The results of the research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Descriptive analysis results in both classes showed the average value of curiosity of both classes in good and sufficient categories, for academic honesty of both experimental class and successive control classes of good and less good. The results of the hypothesis testing of curiosity and academic honesty using the t- test, obtained the value of t-count = 20.15> t table = 1.99, and for academic honesty, obtained the value of t-count = 14.94> t table = 1, 99 both at a significant level, α = 0.05. Because both show the t-count value> t-table, Ho is rejected, and H1 is accepted. This shows that there is a positive influence on contextual approaches on the curiosity and academic honesty of students of class XI SMA 7 in learning acid and base.

Abstract

According to Law Number 36 of 2008 there are two Tax Subjects, namely, Domestic Tax Subjects (SPDN) and Foreign Tax Subjects (SPLN). One of the Domestic Tax Subjects is a Business Entity that has the largest contribution in tax revenue. The tax that must be paid by the Business Entity depends on the profit it generates each year. The higher the profit, the higher the tax. Therefore, to minimize tax payments according to the rules of the taxation frame, Tax Planning is needed, namely several ways to minimize the tax burden without having to violate the tax law. In writing this final project, two methods are used, namely the Observation Method and the Documentation Method. The data used are the Income Tax Return, VAT, and the Financial Statements of PT Pratama Graha Semesta 2020. The results of this final project research, Tax Planning at PT Pratama Graha Semesta utilizes the Government Borne Income Tax (DTP) incentive according to PMK 09/PMK.03 /2021 such as PPh Article 21, PPh Article 22 Imports, Reduction in Installment of PPh Article 25 by 50%, optimizing credit for input tax invoices through the e-invoice application on the Prepopulated VAT menu, collecting evidence of withholding income tax, minimizing the tax burden on Article 23 PPh, avoiding sanctions fines by setting the payment date and separate tax reporting, as well as conducting fiscal reconciliation. So with Tax Planning, tax financing can be well organized.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and compare critical thinking skills of students based This research is research and development which aims to arrange and develop student worksheet for Senior High School grade XI based on guided inquiry based on KTSP that can be used as reference or alternative of media for teacher in chemistry instruction in the class and in the laboratory and it also can be used by students as addition of learning source and to know the properness of student worksheet based on guided inquiry. This research subject is students of class XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 2 Polewali in the amount of 32 people with details of 6 men and 26 women. The development of this student worksheet refers to developmental model of 4-D by Thiagarajan, et al that included define phase, design phase, and develop phase. Fourth phase is disseminate was not done. This student worksheet has already validated by validator and through limited try out, as well as revised many times by developer so that obtain valid, effective and practical result. This research showed that: (1) average score of students learning achievement is 81 from ideal score 100 with class completeness 81.25% or amount of 26 complete score students; (2) students activities in psychomotor and affective aspect showed positive tendency with each percentage for psychomotor is in high category is in the amount of 81.25% and in very high category is in the amount of 18.75% while for affective aspect has total average values percentage of whole affective scoring indicators is in the amount of 91% which is categorized very high; (3) commonly students gave positive responses toward used student worksheet with percentage that expressed very good, good, less good is in the amount of 37.50%, 59.38%, and 3.12% in a series, as are teachers responses which gave very positive responses totality with percentage 100% expressed very good with amount of teachers gave responses is 3 chemistry teachers.

Abstract

ABSTRAKManajemen strategi perusahaan penerbangan dalam situasi sebelum pandemi Covid 19 sudah diterapkan dengan baik. Manajemen strategi merupakan suatu sistem yang digunakan sebagai satu kesatuan dari semua aspek yang ada dalam organisasi perusahaan penerbangan. Peranan manajemen strategi dalam perusahaan penerbangan mempunyai andil yang cukup besar untuk mempertahankan eksistensi perusahaan penerbangan khususnya dalam menghadapi tantangan yang timbul akibat adanya pandemi Covid 19. Kebijakan perusahaan penerbangan berkaitan dengan manajemen strategi dalam menghadapi perubahan industri jasa angkutan udara meliputi penerapan strategic flexibility yaitu membuat produk baru yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen, mewujudkan strategic intent sebagai upaya pengelolaan sumber daya, kemampuan, dan kompetensi inti yang dimiliki perusahaan untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi perusahaan pada persaingan yang ketat, dan membuat strategic mission yang baik dengan kemampuan dan tanggung jawab terhadap pemberian pelayanan yang bermutu atas produk barunya kepada konsumen dan mitra bisnisnya dan menjamin kepuasan pengguna produk sebagai upaya menghadapi tantangan akibat adanya pandemi Covid 19 dan mempertahankan citra perusahaan penerbangan. Kata kunci : strategi, manajemen strategi, industri jasa angkutan udara

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan penerbangan dalam hal pengangkutan barang yang dimuat dan penumpang pesawat dalam penerbangan domestik dan penerbangan internasional tahun 2019 dan 2020 (sebelum dan selama pandemi covid 19). Data yang diambil dari lima bandara utama yaitu Bandara Polonia, Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, Bandara Juanda, Bandara Ngurah Rai, dan Bandara Hasanuddin. Pengujian dilakukan dengan analisis uji-t dua sampel berpasangan. Dalam pengujian disimpulkan bahwa perbandingan rata-rata tahun 2019 bisa mengangkut 51.974,8 ton dan tahun 2020 mengangkut 43.586 ton, hal ini berarti ada penurunan jumlah barang yang dimuat dalam penerbangan domestik. Berdasarkan perbandingan rata-rata tahun 2019 bisa mengangkut 42.638,4 ton dan tahun 2020 mengangkut 27.215,2 ton, hal ini berarti ada penurunan jumlah barang yang dimuat dalam penerbangan internasional. Berdasarkan perbandingan rata-rata tahun 2019 bisa mengangkut 7.298.817 orang dan tahun 2020 mengangkut 2.912.040 orang, hal ini berarti ada penurunan jumlah penumpang pesawat dalam penerbangan domestik.  Berdasarkan perbandingan rata-rata tahun 2019 bisa mengangkut 4.277.218 orang dan tahun 2020 mengangkut 800.579 orang, hal ini berarti ada penurunan jumlah penumpang pesawat dalam penerbangan internasional. Meskipun keadaan selama pandemi covid 19 ini masih terasa berat khususnya untuk industri penerbangan, namun harus tetap tangguh dan bisa mengatasi hal ini dengan kemampuan maksimal serta menerapkan aturan protokol kessehatan dan memberikan fasilitas yang baik untuk mendukung usaha ini. Keywords: penyakit menular,  penerbangan, kargo, dan penumpang

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to explain the level of success of alumnus majoring in Air Transportation Management (MTU) and Airport Management (MBU) in the competitive world of work. The data obtained from graduates in 2017 amounted to 48 people consisting of 29 MTU graduates and 19 MBU graduates. The number of graduates in 2017 is 113 people. Based on the data obtained, classified based on the period of time and place of work obtained by graduates. For a period of time getting a job was first divided into three periods of less than three months, more than three months less than a year, and more than a year. Whereas the place of work obtained is classified into two, namely working in a field that is in accordance with the study program and working in a field that is not in accordance with the study program. The data obtained in the form of qualitative data so that the data analysis includes non-parametric statistics. The data distribution used is nominal and ordinal. In this non-parametric statistical method, it uses a comparation test with a Binomial Test and a correlation test with a Contingency Coefficient (Crosstabulation). Based on the results of the study obtained the first data analysis results with the Binomial Test : data in the Exact column. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.111, or significant> 0.05 (0.111> 0.05), then Ho is accepted, and Ha was rejected. This means that there is no relationship between the success of graduates who work in accordance with the study program. For the second data analysis, in the Chi-Square test table seen in the column Asymp. Sig is 0.993, or significance> 0.05, meaning Ho is accepted, and Ha was rejected. This means that there is no relationship between the study program and the period of time it gets a job. Keywords: success rate, majors, time period, place of work

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa tentang gambaran mengenai tantangan pengembangan jembatan udara di Provinsi Papua. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, Provinsi Papua memiliki kekayaan sumber daya alam yang berlimpah namun sedikit sumber daya manusia. Berbagai potensi yang dimiliki daerah sangat banyak sehingga dapat dijadikan sumber acuan untuk menjadikan jembatan udara di Papua semakin berkembang. Untuk penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa data dengan Metode Kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, diperoleh data bahwa Potensi yang dimiliki Provinsi Papua untuk mengembangkan jembatan udara adalah bandara sejumlah 70 (tujuh puluh) termasuk 4 (empat) bandar udara internasional yaitu Bandara Frans Kaisiepo (BIK) di Biak Numfor,  Bandara Sentani (DJJ) di Jayapura, Bandara Mopah (MKQ) di Merauke, dan Bandara Mozes Kilangin Timika (TIM) di Mimika, Papua. Rata-rata kargo berangkat per pesawat dari Biak 140 kg, dari Jayapura 4650 kg, dari Merauke 200 kg, dan dari Timika 930 kg. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar angkutan barang di Papua berpotensi diangkut dengan pesawat udara kargo tanpa awak  (Drone Kargo) dengan ukuran sekali angkut mulai dari sekitar 150 kg. Dengan demikian terdapat tantangan yang perlu segera dihadapi dengan cara mewujudkan sistem transportasi udara  berupa pengembangan jembatan udara di Wilayah papua dengan memasukkan potensi pemakaian Drone Kargo. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh Papua dalam mengembangkan jembatan udara adalah adanya empat akar masalah yang menjadi pemicu terus terjadinya konflik kekerasan di kawasan Papua. Permasalahan pertama adalah marjinalisasi yang terjadi terhadap masyarakat Papua. Akibatnya, terjadi ketidakseimbangan yang dialami masyarakat Papua dalam sisi hubungan daerah dengan pusat. Kedua, terjadinya kegagalan pembangunan yang bisa dilihat dari ketidaksetaraan hasil pembangunan. Ketiga, persoalan status politik Papua. Adapun faktor keempat adalah masalah pelanggaran HAM. Selain itu letak geografis Papua yang diapit oleh pegunungan dan banyak lereng yang terjal sehingga pembangunan sarana infrastruktur terhambat. Sedangkan upaya yang harus dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah harus adanya upaya perbaikan kerja sama antara Pemerintah Daerah Papua dan Pemerintah Pusat. Saat ini kerja sama sudah terarah lebih baik. Salah satu upaya yang saat ini akan diwujudkan adalah menjadikan Papua sebagai Provinsi yang berkembang dengan menata sistem transportasi udara nasional yang terarah dan berkesinambungan  melalui program pengembangan rute jembatan udara di Papua. Selain itu juga, adanya kerja sama dari dalam negeri dan luar negeri terkait sumber daya alam Papua yang melimpah. Sehingga dengan adanya proyek-proyek tersebut dapat menambah pendapatan daerah dan pendapatan pusat untuk pemerataan dalam pembangunan desa dalam rangka mewujudkan masyarakat yang adil dan makmur.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine the interest of students majoring in Air Transportation Management to become entrepreneurs in the air transport service industry. The hypothesis of this study discusses whether students already have an understanding of self-knowledge, entrepreneurship character, and interest in students majoring in transportation management to become entrepreneurs in the air transportation services industry. Based on the self-recognition test questionnaire distributed to 84 students, it was found that there were 48 students who were very strong in knowing and evaluating themselves. There are 30 students who are strong in knowing and evaluating themselves. There are 6 students who are sufficient to know and assess themselves. Based on the entrepreneurships character test, the results of the analysis note that there are 65 students who have entrepreneurships character and there are 19 students who do not have entrepreneurships character. Based on the test in the field of air transportation service business that is of interest to students, it is found that there are 16 students who, if they have graduated, are interested in becoming entrepreneurs in the cargo business. There are 35 students who, if they have graduated, are interested in becoming entrepreneurs in the field of tour and travel. There are 16 students who, if they have graduated, are interested in becoming entrepreneurs in the catering business. There are 10 students who, if they have graduated, are interested in becoming entrepreneurs in the field of ground handling business.          There are 7 students who, if they have graduated, are interested in becoming entrepreneurs in other fields and working in the aviation industry.
