Abstract

ABSTRAK. Sistem pelayanan Puskesmas Pembantu Pejukutan masih menggunakan sistem konvesional dalam pengolahan data obat dan data rekam medis pasien, berupa media pembukuan atau manual yang kemudian direkap kembali oleh petugas kesehatan untuk membuat laporan medis. Mekanisme tersebut menyebabkan proses pelayanan pasien rawat jalan sering mengalami keterhambatan akibat proses temu kembali data rekam medis pasien rawat jalan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Paper ini menyajikan model sistem informasi Puskesmas Pembantu Pejukutan berbasis website menggunakan framework codeIgniter. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan framework codeIgniter dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan mysql sebagai databasenya serta metode waterfall sebagai perancangannya, dan black box testing sebagai pengujiannya. Hasil uji fungsionalitas sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi berbasis Web yang dibangun dapat digunakan oleh admin untuk mengelola data obat dan data rekaman medik. Sistem juga dapat memberikan informasi rekam medis, informasi obat, dan dapat digunakan untuk mencetak laporan-laporan manajemen dengan cepat, kapan saja dan dimana saja. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Rekam Medis, Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat ABSTRACT. The service system of the Public Health Center, Pumberlandutan, still uses the conventional system for processing medical data and patient medical record data, in the form of bookkeeping or manual media which are then recapitulated by health workers to make medical reports. This mechanism causes the outpatient service process to often be hampered due to the process of retrieving outpatient medical record data for a long time. This paper presents a website-based information system model for Pinginutan Helper Health Centers using the CodeIgniter framework. The development of this information system uses theIgniter framework made with the PHP programming language with mysql as the database and the waterfall method as the design, and black box testing as the test. The system functionality test results show that the Web-based information system that was built can be used by the admin to manage drug data and medical data records. The system can also provide medical record information, drug information, and can be used to print management reports quickly, anytime and anywhere. Abstract

Storytelling is an art which can be done either with tools or not to convey message, information or entertaining story. Storytelling has many benefits for child development; one of them is to increase child’s imagination. “Digital Interactive Storyteller” is an application using Android devices that intended for blind user. This research aims to design and implement “Digital Interactive Storyteller” an Android-based Application for Blind People.Development of the Digital Interactive Storyteller” an Android-based Application for Blind People is using the software development life cycle SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) with the waterfall model. The main feature in this application is an interactive audio story using Android devices. Interactive here means the users can choose their own storyline.The result of this research is the design and implementation of the Digital Interactive Storyteller” an Android-based Application for Blind People that has been successfully carried out. The design is done by using a functional model of the UML (Unified Modeling Language). Implemented in Java programming language using the Eclipse editor and ADT (Android Development Tools). The entire functional requirements have been successfully implemented in accordance with the design.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Primakara Skripsi dan Tugas Akhir (PRISKA) is an information system that created to manage the final project of students in STMIK Primakara. Within the information system, students can manage the process of final project from the beginning until the end. This research is conduct to evaluate PRISKA as information system from the user experience perspectives. To evaluate the information system, researcher will use Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) as the usability testing methods.This research respondent are consist of third year students in STMIK Primakara. The results of this research shows PRISKA that used by students need to be upgraded and develop because student doesn’t give good impressions regarding to the user interface and the user experience

Abstract

The development of technology today is very influential in all fields. Including in the business field, information technology is very influential, for example, today many businesses depend on websites orapplications mobile in carrying out their business processes such as promotion and ordering of products or services offered. One example of a business that can use this business method is call vehicle service services. The problem found from initial observations is that online service orders are still very manual, namely still using thefeature chat (WhatsApp), which makes potential customers and mechanics find it difficult to find a mechanic or the location of the customer. Based on these problems, the researchers designed the user interface for the Montirkeliling.com application based on aapplication mobile that can help prospective customers and mechanics. The design method used is themethod sprint design. This method is a design method developed by Google Inc. which aims to solve problems by involving users through making, prototyping, designing and testing ideas quickly for 5 working days consisting of five stages. The result of this research is the design of the Montirkeliling.com User Interface which has been tested on prospective users using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Abstract

ABSTRACTThe process of accepting new students at STMIK Primakara Denpasar produces an abundance of student personal profile data. This will continue every year so that the data stored in the database will also increase in number. It is very unfortunate if the data owned is not used properly. This study applies a data mining method with the k-means clustering algorithm which aims to determine the pattern of study program selection for new students in the STMIK Primakara environment. The data that has been obtained is processed through a pre-processing stage which includes data cleaning, data integration, data selection and data transformation. After going through the pre-processing stage, the next step is the application of data mining using the k-means clustering algorithm. In this stage, data that have the same similarities and characteristics are grouped into certain clusters. The last stage is data interpretation on the pattern of information generated from the mining process. The results showed that after grouping student data based on the study program, regional origin, and type of school using K-Means clustering, 3 clusters were formed, where each cluster has different characteristics based on the study program, type of school, and regional origin. . The results of this study can then be used as a basis for making decisions to determine strategies in promoting study programs at STMIK Primakara.Keywords: K-Means, clustering, major, STMIK Primakara.ABSTRAKProses penerimaan mahasiswa baru di STMIK Primakara Denpasar menghasilkan data profil pribadi mahasiswa yang jumlahnya melimpah. Hal tersebut akan terus berlangsung setiap tahunnya sehingga data yang tersimpan pada database juga akan semakin banyak jumlahnya. Hal tersebut sangat disayangkan apabila data yang dimiliki tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode data mining dengan algoritma k-means clustering yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pemilihan program studi bagi mahasiswa baru di lingkungan STMIK Primakara. Data yang telah diperoleh diproses melalui tahap pre-processing yang meliputi data cleaning (pembersihan data), data integration (integrasi data), data selection (seleksi data) dan data transformation (transformasi data). Setelah melalui tahap pre-processing tesebut, langkah selanjutnya adalah penerapan data mining menggunakan algoritma k-means clustering. Dalam tahap ini, data yang memiliki kemiripan dan karakteristik yang sama dikelompokkan dalam cluster tertentu. Tahap terakhir yaitu data interpretation (interpretasi data) terhadap pola informasi yang dihasilkan dari proses mining. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan pengelompokan data mahasiswa berdasarkan program studi, asal daerah, dan jenis sekolah menggunakan K-Means clustering terbentuk 3 (tiga) cluster, dimana masing-masing cluster memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda berdasarkan program studi, jenis sekolah, dan asal daerah. Hasil dari penelitian ini selanjutnya dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu dasar pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan strategi dalam mempromosikan program studi di STMIK Primakara.Kata Kunci : K-Means, clustering, program studi, STMIK Primakara

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the usability analysis results of the Teampal.id application in terms of users and find out interface improvement recommendations. Teampal.id is one of the start-ups under the guidance of the Primakara STMIK business incubator located in Denpasar-Bali. Start-up is a company that has just been established and is in the development and research phase to find the right market. Teampal.id is a start-up that includes a unique e-commerce that was formed in 2018. The product offered is a service for online farming communities. In this study using a combination of the Restrocpective Think Aloud (RTA) method and Post Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ). RTA is used to get results qualitatively while PSSUQ is to get quantitative results. This study used 30 respondents who came from active users of Teampal.id. Quantitative research results show that Teampal.id shows positive user acceptance results. This can be seen from the overall satisfaction score (OVERALL), which is 5.46 from a scale of 7. For system use (SYSUSE) scores 5.47, information quality (INFOQUAL) scores 5.47 and interface quality (INTERQUAL) scores 5.43. However, based on the results of research using the RTA method there are a number of things that must be corrected at the Teampal.id interface. Recommendations for improvements are made in high-fidelity wireframes, so they can be input in improving Teampal.id's interface. With this recommendation, it is expected to improve the quality of Teampal.id's user experience.Keywords : usability, RTA, PSSUABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis kebergunaan (usability) dari aplikasi Teampal.id ditinjau dari sisi pengguna serta mengetahui rekomendasi perbaikan antarmuka. Teampal.id merupakan salah satu start-up binaan inkubator bisnis STMIK Primakara yang terletak di Denpasar-Bali. Start-up merupakan perusahaan yang baru saja didirikan dan berada dalam fase pengembangan dan penelitian untuk menemukan pasar yang tepat. Teampal.id adalah sebuah start-up yang termasuk unique e-commerce yang dibentuk pada tahun 2018. Produk yang ditawarkan adalah layanan untuk masyarakat berternak secara online. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi yaitu Restrocpective Think Aloud (RTA) dan Post Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ). RTA digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil secara kualitatif sedangkan PSSUQ untuk mendapatkan hasil secara kuantitatif. Untuk kegunaan sistem (SYSUSE)337 Jurnal Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer, Volume 6, Nomor 3, Oktober 2020memperoleh skor 5.47, kualitas informasi (INFOQUAL) memperoleh skor 5.47 dan kualitas antarmuka (INTERQUAL) memperoleh skor 5.43. Namun, berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan metode RTA terdapat beberapa hal yang harus diperbaiki pada antarmuka Teampal.id. Rekomendasi perbaikan dibuat dalam high fidelity wireframe, sehingga dapat menjadi masukan dalam perbaikan antarmuka Teampal.id. Dengan rekomendasi ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman pengguna Teampal.id.Kata kunci: usability, RTA, PSSUQ

Abstract

Ganesha Hospital has implemented IT using SIMRS Ganesha in collaboration with Vendor CV Nayaka to create the system. But there are still problems in the application of the Ganesha SIMRS. In its application there are still errors in recording the patient's medical records that have an impact on the determination of patient medication as well as inputting patient administration payment data, this problem is included in the EDM4 domain (ensuring resource optimization) and APO7 (managing human resources), BPJS verification issues, namely for BPJS verification. health cost control and the absence of BPJS system integration, this problem is included in the DSS6 domain (managing and controlling business processes) and patient database maintenance has not been done, and if maintenance is not done, then the data in Ganesha Hospital is invalid this problem is included in the domain MEA3 (monitor, evaluate and evaluate conformity with external needs). Because there are still obstacles in the information technology governance system at Ganesha Hospital it is deemed necessary to be studied more deeply by evaluating governance. The method of research carried out based on the COBIT 5 framework uses the EDM4, APO7, DSS6, and MEA3 domains. Furthermore, calculations are performed with the ISO / IEC 15504 capability model. The results of the maturity of IT governance at SIMRS Ganesha are obtained with an average of 2.77 and are at level 3 (Established) with an average gap value of 2.23. To improve IT governance at Ganesh Hospital, it must improve governance in the EDM4, APO7, DSS6, and MEA3 domains according to recommendations.

Abstract

Storytelling merupakan suatu kesenian yang dilakukan secara lisan dengan alat atau tanpa alat untuk menyampaikan sesuatu yang dapat berupa pesan, informasi ataupun cerita yang menghibur. Storytelling memiliki banyak manfaat dalam perkembangan anak, salah satunya adalah mengembangkan imajinasi anak. “Digital Interactive Storyteller” merupakan  aplikasi storytelling dengan menggunakan perangkat Android yang ditujukan untuk pengguna tunanetra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan rancangan aplikasi “Digital Interactive Storyteller” Berbasis Android untuk Tunanetra. Pengembangan aplikasi “Digital Interactive Storyteller” Berbasis Android untuk Tunanetra menggunakan siklus hidup pengembangan perangkat lunak SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dengan model waterfall atau model air terjun. Fitur utama dalam aplikasi ini adalah audio dongeng interaktif dengan menggunakan perangkat Android. Interaktif yang dimaksudkan adalah pengguna dapat memilih alur dongeng sendiri. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu perancangan dan implementasi dari aplikasi “Digital Interactive Storyteller” Berbasis Android untuk Tunanetra yang telah berhasil dilakukan. Perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan model fungsional berupa UML (Unified Modeling Language). Diimplementasikan dalam bahasa pemrograman Java dengan menggunakan editor  Eclipse dan plug-ins ADT (Android Development Tools). Seluruh kebutuhan fungsional telah berhasil diimplementasikan sesuai dengan rancangan.

Abstract

eIQ Consumer Pulse 2019 determines the 6 largest e-commerce in Indonesia, namely Blibli, Bukalapak, JD.id, Lazada Indonesia, Shopee and Tokopedia. This is due to an increase in e-commerce transactions. The COVID-19 pandemic, which emphasizes social distancing and physical distancing, has also played a role in increasing these transactions. Indonesia is also predicted to become the market leader in Southeast Asia due to this. On the other hand, each e-commerce customer has their preferences in choosing e-commerce to use in transactions. Various criteria make customers confused due to intense competition between e-commerce companies. DSS is a solution in choosing the right e-commerce for each customer's preferences. The AHP-WASPAS and AHP-MOORA methods can be used in calculations for determining favorite e-commerce in Indonesia. The CRISP-DM framework also helps in preparing the research flow well. 3 decision-makers are used to provide weighting criteria using AHP. The results of this study indicate that the Tokopedia alternative is the best e-commerce, with a preference value of 0.8964 for AHP-WASPAS and 0.4245 for AHP-MOORA. The second and third places are Bukalapak and Lazada, respectively. The weighting of the criteria by the decision-maker, the alternative normalization process and the calculation technique for the preference value have a significant impact on the ranking results.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh e-learning menggunakan SPADA terhadap efektivitas belajar mahasiswa STMIK Primakara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mixed methods convergence model. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah 85 orang mahasiswa semester 2, 4, dan 6. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan identifikasi pengaruh e-learning menggunakan platform SPADA yang dikembangkan oleh STMIK Primakara berbasis Moodle terhadap efektivitas belajar mahasiswa. Peneliti menggunakan observasi, kuesioner tertutup, kuesioner terbuka, dan studi literatur sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Empat indikator efektivitas pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu quality of instruction, appropriate levels of instruction, incentive, dan time. Peneliti menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan analisis data kualitatif. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan skala Likert untuk menghitung data dari kuesioner tertutup sedangkan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan data dari kuesioner terbuka. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa persentase persetujuan dengan indikator quality of instruction menunjukkan hasil 86,35% (sangat efektif). Selanjutnya indikator appropriate levels of instruction dengan hasil 87,82% (sangat efektif). Indikator ketiga, incentive dengan hasil perolehan 88,94% (sangat efektif). Terakhir indikator time dengan hasil persentase persetujuan 89,56% (sangat efektif). Selain itu data kualitatif yang diperoleh juga menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan SPADA dapat mendukung proses belajar mahasiswa.Kata Kunci: e-learning, efektivitas belajar, metode campuranABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-learning using SPADA on the learning effectiveness of STMIK Primakara college students. In this study, the identification of the effect of was conducted to identify the e-learning using the platform SPADA developed by STMIK Primakara based on Moodle was conducted to identify the effectiveness of college student learning. Researchers used observation, closed questionnaires, open questionnaires, and literature studies as data collection techniques. Four indicators of learning effectiveness are used in this study, namely quality of instruction, appropriate levels of instruction, incentive, and time. Researchers used quantitative data analysis and qualitative data analysis. Quantitative data analysis used a Likert scale to calculate data from a closed questionnaire, while qualitative data analysis used data from an open questionnaire. In this study, it was found that the percentage of approval with the indicator quality of instruction showed the result of 86.35% (very effective). Next is the indicator for appropriate levels of instruction with a result of 87.82% (very effective). The third indicator, incentive with the result of 88.94% (very effective). Finally, the indicator time with the percentage of approval is 89.56% (very effective). In addition, the qualitative data obtained also shows that the use of SPADA can support college student learning processes.Keywords: e-learning, learning effectiveness, mixed methods
