STMIK Primakara is aInformatics and Computer College which of course cannot be separated from the existence of computerization. Most of the systems that are there are already computerized, including the processing of financial data. Where financial data processing, there is a process of cash receipts and payments like companies in general. This study discusses the development of an information system for cash receipts and disbursements at STMIK Primakara. This researchwas conducted using the Linear Sequential method. This research uses the PHP programming language with a code igniter framework. This research succeeded in developing a cash management information system, especially cash receipts and disbursements at STMIK Primakara. From the results of interviews with users conducted by researchers, responses from those who will use this system are quite positive because it canfacilitate them in the process of managing financial data.

STMIK Primakara Online Learning System (SPADA) is an LMS Learning Management System to carry out an online learning system between lecturers and students by providing classes for each subject in the system so that there is also a discussion of the system so that there is also a discussion of the assignments and there is also campus information related to lectures. exist in the system. This study aims to analyze the STMIK Primakara Online Learning System (SPADA) and find out the experiences of SPADA users. There are usability methods and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Respondents consist of all active students and lecturers who use this system. From the results of the study to get the problem formulation in the introduction where there is still confusion in using SPADA so it is necessary to analyze the system so that it can evaluate improvements.

At present there are many construction companies spread across Indonesia, so they have competition both in terms of promoting their companies and in terms of bidding on the right and quality construction costs. CV. OSA Karya Mandiri is a construction company that was founded in 2015. The bid for construction costs is CV. OSA Karya Mandiri is currently still recorded manually and computerized using Microsoft Excel version 2010 software which causes many errors to be found in recording and calculating the RAB itself. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to create a system that makes it easier to calculate the budget plan for a construction project by the company. This study aims to design a web-based budget plan management system using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The result of this study is an information system for managing budget plans (rab) in web-based construction companies (case study cv. osa Karya Mandiri).

PT Alfajores Bali Enak is a shop that sells cakes, cookies, and various other chocolate preparations. Currently, the recording of sales and inventories by PT Alfajores Bali Enak is still done manually. This causes errors in recording sales and inventory, which makes reports inaccurate. With the analysis and design of this information, the system is expected to assist in recording sales transactions and inventory management. This study uses the waterfall method, starting with needs analysis, planning, modeling, and maintenance. The results of this study are in the form of DFD, ERD, Database, and User Interface designs as an overview of the system to be designed. The method of this information system can later assist users in the process of recording transactions so that they become more accurate. This research only reached the design stage, where it is expected to reach the implementation stage in the future.

The impact of the spread of the COVID-19 virus on educational institutions is changing the education system into online learning. One of the formal educational institutions affected by this change is SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati. This school previously developed a Moodle-based learning information system in early 2020 with the aim of helping the online learning process. Starting from UTBK activities that require a system to accommodate student scores and the need for online learning activities. However, based on the results of unstructured interviews obtained from the admin, teachers, and students, that there are still many shortcomings in Moodle E-Learning. The lack of a system that has been mentioned will have an impact on the performance of the Moodle system in supporting online learning activities. The method used is the SDLC research method with a prototype development model. The results of the study used the PSSUQ questionnaire which consisted of 4 categories, namely the SYSUSE category (usability) of 3.27, INFOQUAL (information) of 3.37, the INTQUAL category (display) of 3.40, and the OVERALL category of 3.18. The results of the PSSUQ score where the INTQUAL category gets the lowest score or close to a scale of 7 or is interpreted as less good so an interview is needed with the result that the Moodle Information System in terms of appearance is acceptable, but not yet attractive to users as a whole, then in terms of functionality, the Moodle Information System has several functions that have not run properly and tested using the Black Box method, and resulted in an average overall score of 100, which means that the overall function is very good.

This research develops a Website-Based Biopori Management Information System as an innovative solution to overcome organic waste management problems in Peliatan Village, Bali. The village faced challenges in monitoring the One Million Biopores program due to the absence of an effective monitoring system, low community participation, and the absence of a centralized recording mechanism. Using Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, the system was developed through four stages: requirements planning, user design, construction, and implementation. The system has key features such as biopori data recording, harvest schedule notification, educational blog, and waste bank management. Testing using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) with 34 respondents showed positive results on the aspects of attractiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of the system. Although there were variations in the assessment of clarity and novelty, overall the system succeeded in providing a satisfactory user experience. The system is expected to increase the effectiveness of biopore management in Peliatan Village and become a model for the development of similar systems in other areas.

Di era digital, pemanfaatan teknologi dan strategi pemasaran online sangat penting bagi bisnis untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan menjangkau audiens target. Salah satu alat yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan ini adalah landing page, yang dirancang untuk mendorong pengunjung mengambil tindakan tertentu. Yellotek, perusahaan pengembang software, berkolaborasi dengan SimpanAja, perusahaan rental self-storage, untuk membuat landing page guna mendukung kampanye pemasarannya. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain UI/UX, pengembangan perangkat lunak, dan pengujian kualitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa landing page yang dikembangkan berhasil meningkatkan visibilitas SimpanAja dan memudahkan pengumpulan data calon pelanggan serta memperoleh umpan balik yang baik. Kesimpulannya, kolaborasi ini berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan digital SimpanAja dengan solusi yang inovatif dan berkualitas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna (user experience) aplikasi Sustainability Mobile System (SMS), yang dikembangkan untuk mendukung pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan di Desa Peliatan. Aplikasi ini menyediakan fitur-fitur seperti pencatatan biopori, pemantauan sampah organik, dan transaksi bank sampah digital. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) yang mengukur dimensi utama UX, termasuk daya tarik, efisiensi, kejelasan, ketepatan, stimulasi, dan kebaruan aplikasi. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, terdiri dari beberapa tahap. Pertama, dilakukan identifikasi masalah melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak pemerintah desa untuk memahami kebutuhan pengguna. Kedua, studi literatur dilakukan untuk memperkaya dasar teori. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner UEQ kepada pengguna aplikasi SMS, diikuti analisis data menggunakan UEQ Data Analysis Tools dalam format Excel untuk mengolah hasil kuesioner. Kesimpulan dirumuskan berdasarkan analisis data, memberikan panduan bagi pengembang untuk meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Sustainability Mobile System (SMS) mendapatkan respons yang sangat positif dari pengguna, terutama dalam aspek daya tarik, efisiensi, ketepatan, stimulasi, dan kebaruan, yang semuanya berada dalam kategori Excellent. Namun, aspek kejelasan masih berada di kategori Good, yang mengindikasikan bahwa beberapa pengguna mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami atau mengoperasikan aplikasi.

In the digital era, information technology development is essential for various institutions, including universities. As educational institutions, universities require efficient systems to support administrative activities, such as attendance management. This research focuses on designing an employee attendance information system for Primakara University using the Scrum method and Unified Modeling Language (UML). Scrum was chosen for its adaptive and iterative approach, enabling development through sprints with regular evaluations. UML served as a visual modeling tool to systematically structure system elements, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and database structures. The Scrum method was implemented over four months with 8 sprints, conducting two weekly meetings to ensure iterative progress. The research resulted in one use case diagram, 16 activity and sequence diagrams, as well as Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and physical data models. These outputs provide a structured overview of system flow and data architecture. This approach facilitates effective communication between the development team and stakeholders while delivering a comprehensive system design. The application of Scrum and UML in this study demonstrates a practical framework for building efficient, systematic, and adaptable attendance management systems, meeting the needs of modern educational institutions.
