A bank which is a profit-oriented service company must certainly maintain its level of profitability well. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect between liquidity and credit ratios on profitability. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative method through quantitative approach. Data analysis uses multiple linear analysis and Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) with the SPSS 22 application. The population in this study were 40 BPR bank issuers. The sample used in this study amounted to 33 issuers of BPR banks that reported their finances to OJK for the 2023 period which were obtained using purposive sampling technique. The research data used in this study include primary data and secondary data, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. The results of this study There is a significant influence of Liquidity on Profitability in Rural Bank companies registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period 2023. There is a significant influence of Credit Risk on Profitability in Rural Bank companies registered with the Financial Services Authority for the period 2023.   ABSTRAK. Bank yang merupakan suatu perusahaan jasa yang beorientasi kepada laba tentu harus menjaga tingkat profitabilitasnya dengan baik. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara likuiditas dan rasio kredit terhadap profitabilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis linier berganda dan Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan aplikasi SPSS 22. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 emiten bank BPR. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 33 emiten bank BPR yang melaporkan keuangannya ke OJK Periode 2023 yang diperoleh menggunakan Teknik Purposive sampling. Data  penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini Adanya pengaruh signifikan dari Likuiditas terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaab Bank Perkreditan Rakyat yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) periode 2023. Adanya pengaruh signifikan dari Risiko Kredit terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan periode 2023.

ABSTRACT. This research is based on the problem of decreasing income as a result of competition, apart from competition, the decrease in income is also caused by a lack of ability to plan short-term and long-term finances well, causing a decrease in income and an increase in the costs of raw materials, labor or other operational costs in the future. Without adjusting the selling price, it can cause a decrease in operating profits. This research aims to analyze the influence of access to financing and financial technology on business sustainability with financial literacy as a moderating variable in MSMEs in the beverage sector in Sukabumi City. Research data was collected from 132 MSMEs in Sukabumi City through a survey. method study using moderated regression analysis (MRA) with using retrieval techniques sample using proportional random sampling and obtained use questionnaire with data from 132 MSME sectors drinks in town Sukabumi processed use spss version 20. The research results show that the access to financing variable has a significant influence on the sustainability of MSME businesses, while the fintech variable has an influence but is not significant. The financial literacy variable moderates the effect of access to financing on business sustainability, while the financial literacy variable does not moderate the relationship between financial technology and business sustainability. ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini didasari dengan adanya permasalahan penurunan pendapatan akibat dari persaingan, selain karna persaingan penurunan pendapatan juga di sebabkan kurangnya kemampuan merencanakan keuangan jangka pendek dan jangka Panjang dengan baik sehingga menyebabkan penurun pendapatan dan Peningkatan biaya bahan baku, tenaga kerja, atau biaya operasional lainnya dimasa mendatang tanpa penyesuaian harga jual dapat menyebabkan penurunan laba usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh akses pembiayaan dan financial technology terhadap keberlangsungan usaha dengan literasi keuangan sebagai variabel moderasi pada UMKM sektor minuman di Kota Sukabumi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari 132 UMKM di Kota Sukabumi melalui survey. metode penelitian menggungganakan moderated regression analysis (MRA) dengan menggunakan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling dan diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner dengan data 132 UMKM sektor minuman di kota sukabumi diolah menggunakan spss versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel akses pembiayaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan usaha UMKM, sedangkan variabel fintech memiliki pengaruh namun tidak signifikan. variabel literasi keuangan memoderasi pengaruh akses pembiayaan terhadap keberlangsungan usaha, sedangkan variabel literasi keuangan tidak memoderasi hubungan financial technology terhadap keberlangsungan usaha.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence financial management behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 97 respondents. The population in this study were students of the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi. The data analysis technique used statistical and descriptive analysis with the help of SPSS Statistic Program Version 20. The results of this study indicate that partially financial attitude shows a significance value of 0.030 or <0.05, then financial self-efficacy shows a significance value of 0.000 or <0.05, it can be concluded that financial attitude and financial self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on financial management behavior of students. As for locus of control shows a significance value of 0.446 or> 0.05, it can be concluded that locus of control does not have a significant influence on financial management behavior. Furthermore, simultaneously the results show a value of 0.000, it can be concluded that the three independent variables have a significant and positive influence on the financial management behavior of students of the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of the entrepreneurial competence variable and the business network variable on the competitive advantage variable in dry cake MSMEs in the city of Sukabumi. The research method used in this research is a descriptive, associative research method using a quantitative approach. The population in this research are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector of the pastry sector spread across several sub-districts in the city of Sukabumi. The population members in this study were 50 members who were registered with the Sukabumi City Diskoperindag (industry and trade cooperative service) for the 2021/2023 period, using a method, namely nonprobability sampling with a saturated sampling type. Using IBM SPSS Version 22 software, as a data analysis technique tool. The results of this research show that all hypotheses are accepted, and it can be interpreted that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial competence and business networks increasing, so competitive advantage will also increase.

In Indonesia’s economic growth, the telecommunications industry has become a growing company along with the rapid development of technology, information and communication. With this growth, it is necessary to compare various financial statements, especially the balance sheet and income statement to determine the profitability of the company’s. The result of this study indicate that Return On Asset in telecommunications subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period has decreased drastically. The research method used is descriptive and assiciative with quantitative approach. The population used in the study is the financial statements of the telecommunications subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2020-2022. The research object are Current Ratio (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), Total Asset Turnover (X3) and Profitability (Y). The data analysis techniques used intihs study are descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The result showed that partially (t test) Current Ratio has no significant effect on profitability, Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant effect on profitability, and Total Asset Turnover has a negative and significant effect on profitability. However, simultaneously (f test) Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover have a significant influence on the profitability of the telecommunications subsector listed on Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Bad Debt, Efficiency Level and Liquidity on Profitability both partially and simultaneously. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of financial statement data on conventional public banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. The research methods used are descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study used a non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques used are multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). Based on the results of the study, it shows that from the partial test (t test) Bad Credit (NPL) shows a result of 0.294 where tcount 1.065 < t table 2.024 with a significance value of 0.294, then the Efficiency Level shows a result of 0.000 where tcount 22.440 < t table 2.024 with a significance value of 0. 000, then Liquidity shows a result of 0.002 where tcount 3.396 < ttable 2.024 with a significance value of 0.002. the conclusion is that Bad Debt partially has no effect on Profitability while the Efficiency Level, Liquidity partially has an effect on Profitability.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Gold Price, Company Size, and Profitability have on Gold Pawn Financing at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, KCP Sukabumi Cicurug Setia Budi for the period 2021-2023. The objects of research are Gold Price (X1), Company Size (X2) Profitability (X3) and Gold Pawn Financing (Y). The research uses descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The population in the study was the financial statements of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, KCP Sukabumi Cicurug Setia Budi. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results showed a relationship between Gold Price, Company Size, Profitability on Gold Pawn Financing of 0.766 the level of relationship including strong relationship criteria. Then the results of the partial test show that the price of gold has a positive and significant effect on gold pawn financing, company size has a negative and significant effect on gold pawn financing, profitability has a negative and significant effect on gold pawn financing.

In the digital era, social media plays a very important role in selling beauty products. Displaying creative and innovative advertisements can increase purchase interest and improve the image of the product to be recognized by many people. This study aims to determine the effect of message appeals and brand awareness on purchase intention, as well as how the influence of brand awareness in mediating the relationship between message appeals and purchase intention in consumers of the originote products in the city of Sukabumi. This study uses quantitative research methods with a causal descriptive approach. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling method, namely purposive random sampling with a total of 155 people in the city of Sukabumi who are interested in buying the originote skincare products. The data analysis technique used in this study is structural equation modeling (sem) using partial least square (pls). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of message appeals on brand awareness, a positive and significant effect of brand awareness on purchase intention and message appeals have a negative and insignificant effect on purchase intention on potential consumers of the originote product in the city of Sukabumi.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or what are often called UMKM support 60% of the Indonesian economy. Sukabumi is an area that has 57,319 UMKM, one of which is Padang rice restaurant UMKM. Nasi Padang restaurant UMKM is Padang or Minangkabau cuisine, a cultural heritage from generation to generation, maintaining the authenticity of the tastes of the past as a regional identity that has problems with business performance as well as intellectual capital and relationship satisfaction. The aim of this research is to find out how intellectual capital and relationship satisfaction influence the business performance of UMKM at Nasi Padang restaurants in the city of Sukabumi. The population in this study were UMKM Padang rice restaurants in the city of Sukabumi. The method used is a quantitative method with an associative descriptive approach. With a total sample of 51 with saturated sampling. The statistical results of the f test (simultaneous) show a simultaneous and significant influence of the intellectual capital and relationship satisfaction variables on business performance. Based on the statistical results of the t test (partial test), intellectual capital has a negative and insignificant effect on business performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Compensation and managerial support on employee job satisfaction at CV. Indo Bata Beton. The method used is a quantitative approach, including several linear regression tests and classical assumption tests. The sample size consists of 36 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to respondents, using a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 27 software. The results of the study show that Compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of employees at CV. Indo Bata Beton, both partially and simultaneously, while managerial support does not significantly affect job satisfaction. However, Compensation and Managerial Support can predict the level of job satisfaction.
